Great shop right in downtown San Jose.

So I've been wanting to get a traditional Japanese back piece since I was in high school and saw a pic of one on the wall of the local tattoo shop.
After 30 years I'm finally getting it done.

André has a great eye for traditional style and it's been a breeze working with him. I highly recommend him for any work that you need.

Added #9 to my ink collection over the weekend...

Can never say enough good things about Matt! Had a spontaneous "I want another tattoo moment", sent him a text, and he was able to accommodate me that night. What tattoo artist does that? Umm, mine! :)

I had my design drawn out for months, so it was a quick & easy session.  I was a little nervous about the location of the tattoo since it is a sensitive area (left inner bicep), but he zoomed right through it.  "LOVE, LOVE, LOVE" my latest addition! Check out my pix and you'll see why...

    Analog Tattoo is awesome!
Matt Shamah worked on my back piece, and everything about this experience was extremely positive. Matt is an incredible artist, not to mention a really chill guy. The rest of the artists there are also very friendly and professional, and the place itself is super clean. It's expensive, at $175 an hour, but well worth it for what you get. Analog is sort of hidden away upstairs, but you'll know you are there by seeing the prints/paintings in the stairwell.
Thanks Analog, and thanks especially to Matt Shamah!

Went in on a Saturday to just look through books and see what the artists had to offer.  I was recommended by a friend, who had some insane back work done.  It was so hard to decide because the guys that work in this shop are all so good.   The artists in this shop are not one trick ponies, they do really eclectic work that spans many genres of tattooing.  I spoke with Andre, told him what I wanted. He got super excited, took some measurements and the NEXT DAY had a blueprint of what I knew was my next tattoo.  He went 3 hours straight on my arm.  Hardly any breaks.  Bananas.  He appears to really love what he does and he gets psyched from your ideas coming to life.

After visiting at least 2 other shops in SJ and being severely disappointed, I can't recommend this shop enough.

Setting the local bar of excellence is easy for these guys. Matt, Jim and Adrian all kill it. I signed up with Matt Shamah for a large phoenix piece two years ago. It was a great journey with all of the pleasures to be expected, blood, sweat and laughs. Matt is a great guy who can roll with the punches and give out a few as well. My half sleeve, chest and back piece turned out amazing. I'm very happy with my decision to work with him or better said let him carve me up. In fact, I've just booked him for the remainder of my sleeve, making it full. In general the professionalism from these artists is apparent, no B.S. just straight shooting. The skills Matt bring to the table are mind blowing. There were times when he was laying down the ink that I actually fell asleep for a minute, skills man!
If you want a quality tattoo that will impress look no further.

ANDRE! you are the Man! this place is the cleanest tattoo shop i have ever seen. It doesn't hurt that they have the best artists in town. these guys are professional and care as much about their art on you as you do. i would highly recommend coming and checking them out if you are in the market for a tattoo.

Got my tatoo from here about 7 yrs ago - & my tat is pretty sick! :) (A turtle w/ a tribal design on upper left of my back) -  ink was of awesome quality - very dark - & they were able to sketch out a pretty authentic island design for me in like 10 min....& I've gotten so many compliments through out the years about how nice it is! :)

I am starving for another tat & wouldn't think twice about going back. My tat was a little pricy but definitely worth it! I've seen so many shitty tattooos out there I'm just glad mine is still nice & dark after all these years!!!

Waking up on my awesome bed to a pile of dry ass black, red, green, and blue-colored, dead skin flakes everywhere is starting to become a normal thing.  good thing i picked up that mini dirt devil for $20.

just finished up a 4th session, added color and now the sleeve is starting to look more and more complete.  another appointment to book and that's a wrap (around my arm!).

I have one more final session to ink in a bit of grey shading, cloud elemental, wind bars and colorful flora to fill in a few skin gaps, produce a beautiful Japanese background, and connect everything to form a masterfully finished sleeve.  an amazing work of art is about to get even better.

    stay tuned

I've been getting tattooed by Adrian at Analog now for years. All you need to really know about Analog is that you're getting tattooed by people who are at the top of their trade. Their lines, their colors, their knowledge of how the design should work on your body, are nothing short of stellar.

I have a finished sleeve, and a second sleeve in process from Adrian. My wife had her upper arm 1/2 sleeve and shoulder back piece done by Jim Miner. Both look great and were exactly what we wanted.

All that being said, things you should know if you want to get tattooed at Analog. It's not a walk in college town ink shop, it's not the mentality of a walk in shop, and it doesn't really matter what you think you deserve as a customer because you're not going somewhere to get your oil changed.

This shop holds it's clients with an affection that could be called family. The clients equally become loyal to the end for the tattooers at Analog. The other reviews here on Yelp clearly resonate this.

These guys don't ever clock out, ever. This is a lifestyle, not a job! If they aren't tattooing, each guy is working on their own creative projects like books, short videos, photoshoots, paintings, gallery submissions, silk screen prints, and more. So you are not "hiring" an "artist". You are getting tattooed by a professional creative who's abilities are superior to most.

My advice if you work with any of the guys at Analog. Enjoy the experience, revel in the memories you're producing, and appreciate the friendships you'll end up building. If this isn't what you're looking for, go somewhere else because there's a long enough line behind you just hoping to be seen.

I am super disappointed that I have to give this a low rating--I had really high hopes!! Ok, look. The shop is cool, the artwork is beautiful, and there is no doubt that Adrian, Jim, Matt, and the rest of the guys are incredibly talented artists. But I am sad to say that I am in that minority of people giving this place low ratings because of the crappy customer service.

I understand that tattoo artists are busy; I understand that tattoo shops get booked way in advance. Believe me, I know! I went in here a few months ago, planning on waiting a while, but hoping to at least get an artist to hear me out. I looked through the books, found an artist I loved, in the style I wanted, and was prepared to be put on the loooong waiting list. I had envisioned getting a piece from shoulder to shoulder that would cover up a smaller tattoo with coloring and shading, that would have cost $800-$1000.

I was told to e-mail one of the artists (I won't name names) with a picture of what I wanted covered up, an idea of what I wanted, and my contact info. After waiting a few weeks for a reply, I e-mailed him again. No response. Finally, I gave up and went to a different shop and got a completely different (not to mention cheaper) tattoo that I truly love.

The reason I'm writing all of this is, I understand that tattoo artists/shops are busy--but if you have a customer coming in who is intent on paying nearly $1000, wouldn't you at least give them the time of day? I didn't even get a consultation, much less an appointment. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.

One day, I'm sure I'll go back to Analog, and hopefully I too will get to write a raving 5-star review, but for now, all I can say is I hope they hire a receptionist or something, because this is ridiculous.

Hands down, the best.  My husband has had most of his work done here, my first big piece was done here.  It's worth every minute you have to wait for an appointment and every dollar you spend on the work.

Why would you want just anyone to mark your body for life?  You'll pay thousands of dollars for furniture and cars that look nice, and when it comes to body art, you want to scrimp and save? Think about it...

I went back to Jim Miner for a tribal dragon piece on my other arm recently...
he was very honest and told me that he would love to take a crack at it if I wanted him to but tribal design wasn't his strongest suit and refferred me to another shop in San Jose called Humble Beg. Tattoo...
I am going in there today for my appt, they seem like they might be able to do a great job...Super Kudos to Jim for his honesty and guiding me a good neighboring shop....

I'm not getting tattooed here, but Peter is... and Peter LOVES getting tattooed by Adrian. He started his sleeve about a year ago, and I think it's basically done. He's going to get more stuff by Adrian too... his other sleeve and his whole front chest! I think that's a testament to the quality of Adrian's work.. because you know Peter has already spent a pretty penny on Adrian's time and services, and P's willing to basically give his life savings to have Adrian cover his body. Also, Adrian has tattooed him in NY too. It was super-nice for him to take time out of his busy schedule and fit sittings in with P on the east coast. Adrian is very nice and does great work.

After carefully researching and deciding where I wanted to go to get my tattoo.  I had no clue what I wanted to get done.  I wanted to do this and do that and do everything.

Pros:  I went to Analog being greeted and telling what I wanted to get done.  With just stuttering words, Matt Shamah shook my hand and said, "it would be a pleasure for me to do your tattoo".

After patiently waiting, because you only wait for the "Best of the Best".  It was time for my first appointment and I am really nervous because my other tattoo artists made me slightly nervous, even though they tried really hard to talk to me.  However, Matt is not only an awesome tattoo artist, but he's an awesome guy too. +++ for me!

My second appointment, I knew it was going to be fun, which is strange because pain is not really fun.  But he always made sure I was ok and if I needed a break.  Though my tattoo is not nearly done, I have gotten many compliments already saying they have never seen anything like it. +++ for me!

In general, I think Analog is just a great place to get your tattoo done. They are all just talented guys.  People are comfortable getting their butt cheeks tattooed by them, I mean, come on...You have to be  remarkable to get so many people willing to let you do that.

Cons:  I could say the high demand for his time, but is that really a bad thing?  You wouldn't want to get a bad tattoo right away and then need to run to Analog to fix it, right?  I think about it like a restaurants, only the good restaurants require reservations ahead of time and/or long wait.  It is definitely worth it!

Okay. I made two unsuccessful attempts to locate this place. The first is my fault, because I realllly should invest in a TomTom so that he can explain to me how downtown San Jose street planning is confusing. And the second time they had no visible sign out (because they were closed)

Why I wanted to go to them: I heard ALOT of great things about New Skool Tattoo, but unfortunately they split up into two: Death Before Dishonor and Analog. Went to both websites for each respective shop, and Analog seemed to float my boat a bit more. Matt Shamah's art to be precise.

I didn't want to discriminate just yet, so I looked around some more, went to some forgettable salon downtown and State of Grace. State of Grace has Horitaka to brag about, but I personally didn't like some of the artists' books besides Horitaka and Jill Horiyuki's. Also, it kind of put me off when I found out that they share space with Strong Tattoo. I don't have a trained eye for the greatest tattoos in the world and beyond, but I personally was not impressed by everyone's work. Just didn't get that feeling...

This was before Analog. I just wanted to come in, look at books, prices, etc. I was assisted by Max. Super nice and easy going. I guess how it works is you tell them what tattoo you're looking at getting and they recommend who'll do the job best. Judging by their books, it wouldn't really matter who, because they're all really reallly good at what they do.

Max recommended Jim Miner (though I wanted Matt Shamah, but I left it  up to the pros to decide). I made an appointment for the next week and did my research. Googled him. He's on Wikipedia. Was in a band called Death Before Stereo, has been tattooing for 10 years, has been in all 50 states by the time he was 20, has been on a few magazines, etc.  And he has been noted on alot of Yelp reviews. Sweeet.

Rates aren't so sweet. They command about $175 an HOUR. OUCH. Unless it's a small piece, in which case you should talk to them about that. But you'll forget about that when you're in awe in how great your tattoo is.

I came in unannounced the day before my appointment to give him some sort of idea of what I wanted. He had a client coming in, but he was kind enough to give me some time. I told him about the placement I wanted and what I wanted on me. Not too sure about everything else. Kind of vague, just like my haircuts. lol. I wanted to give him some creative control. Really, I just wanted alot of color. Homeboy specializes in that shit.

Nice guy. He was suppper patient with me in the 4 hours inking and the frequent 3-4 minute breaks I needed. He's not much of a talker, and I wished my manicurists followed suit. Plays great music. The shop is impressive. Clean tools, bathroom, space. He has great hygenic etiquette (changed arm plastic thingy and gloves after every break I took) and I read somewhere online that he stopped working for a guy when he found out the guy was reusing his tools. He owned a shop in LA, but sold his share to make a career move here in lovely SJ.

Unfortunately, this will have to be a half-assed review since I didn't finish the piece yet. Alot of friends and strangers are already really impressed with it. It's a beautiful work of art and I really appreciate the coincidence with the fact that he has a tattoo in the same area so that he emphatizes with me! I will have to return in 3 weeks to complete the piece.

He was super excited doing the piece that he even took a picture for his girlfriend to see!

5 Star Tattoo Shop. Simple as that.

    ______________________________________

To make it a bit more less-simple I can explain.  I got my first tattoo done at their old shop, formerly known as NewSkool Tattoo.  I am glad to have had the opportunity to get my first tat done there because since then I've been to a few other shops and also have had friends get work  done at other places in the bay area.  The work has ranged from OK to less than stellar.

That is not the story for Analog Tattoo.  Every artist there is capable of turning your skin into a piece of living art.  I've had the opportunity to get work done by Jim and Matt and they are spectacular artists.

So when you're ready, go up to the third floor and talk to the ever friendly Tyson and he'll set you up with the artist that will be perfect for whatever you need.

p.s. At first you might think their rate is a little steep, but c'mon.. you can't put a price on art OR something that will last forever right?!

I've been seeing Matt now since '05. I can't say enough good things about the guys at Analog. This is a real tattoo shop, with real talented artists, so if you have an idea of something and would like to collaborate with one of the artists, then you have found THE spot. Hands down the best shop in the South-bay. If you want to go to a shop and have something picked out of a book, or any other cookie cutter or trendy tattoo, I would advise you to go to one of the other 100 tattoo shops in the South-bay.

A very cool and artistic place! love the whole atmosphere here! it is a lil hard to find but once you walk in, you feel like you are in some kind of art gallery, you feel relaxed. the place is very clean and they put incense in the bath room which makes you more relaxed and the bath room is very clean too.(i like looking at bathrooms to see if the store is clean or no) all of their staffs are friendly and good looking guys haha just a lil side note :) i didnt have a appointment so they fit me in right before they about to close on a sat. it took my tattoo parlor 10 mins to finish the tibetan words on the back of my neck. he was trying to joke around with me since this is my first tat and i was super nervous. i give them 4 stars becus they could have give me more aftercare infos after i got my tat done. they did a awesome job tho but i just wish they could be more careful telling me how to take care of it after. i had to look up online. but overall a great place to get ur tat done but im not really recommanding u to come here for the first one cus if u dont know what u want yet . they might tell u just to get ur whole back done lol hahaha good luck!! oh and andre did my tat he's great!:)

I wanted a tattoo since I was 17, but since I was an intelligent teenager, I didn't rush off and get tattoos at homes for $20 just to say I have a tattoo. I let it sink in, and made my mind what I really wanted and that was a phoenix. The next step was, was I willing to spend $1000 on a tattoo or $500 tattoo? I was committed to a $1000 tattoo when I stepped into Analog Tattoo. I was amazed and excited about getting my tattoo done right away!

I went through portfolios that was laying at the front desk to pick which tattoo artist may fit my interest on what sort of style I want. Honestly, I wasn't sure what I had in mind.

So I looked through the photo albums and portfolios until a photo of an outlined unfinished tattoo hit me. That was it. That was the type of style I wanted. I asked the front desk guy who's photo album that was and next thing you know I was set up to have a consulation with Jim Miner the following week.

Upon my consultation date, the tattoo artist that I chosen, Jim Miner, was not notified by my appointment but was able to fit me through his tight schedule of tattoo appointments and made an hour to a 15 minute consultation at the spot.

1 month later, I returned and was prepared for that session. The sketch wasn't the greatest and I was skeptical of it but Jim assured me it'll turned out great and the reason I felt skeptical about it was because I had another imagine in my mind. I took his advice and went ahead of it since Analog Tattoo has a extremely well reputation by other shops and fellow tattoo fans.

During your session, it is recommended for you not to move and lay still and stretched out as much as possible, I did the absolute opposite. Thanks to my Jim, my tattoo artist, patience and understanding he kept on reassuring me that I'm doing very good (lying still), and that he was almost done. That gave me hope even though he wasn't done until 1 hour later. LOL

Almost a year later, I'm almost done with my tattoo (with out touch up left to get done), I have to say it's the best and proudest $1000 I have ever spent. I will be returning to Jim for future tattoos on top of which finishing off the touch up.

I recommend this spot and my tattoo artist who are looking for a tattoo artist they can trust.

    Jim Miner @ Analog Tattoo.

Analog is a great place, the tattooers are all friendly guys and do great work. Matt, Ron, Adrian are phenomenal tattooers and dare I say masters of what they do. Tyson and Max are great shop guys.
I have been getting word done by Matt for about a year now, it is rough getting work done by these guys because they are busy, here in San Jose, Japan, London all over the place.

Trust me the wait is worth it. I have been with friends to other tattoo shops because they get small pieces and don't want to pay a lot for them. I try to convince them to come to Analog because of the great work these guys do as well as the friendly atmosphere. Their work space now is a huge upgrade from where they were. It has a nice open feel to it and they invite people to come in, talk, and discuss what they want. Because hey... it is gonna be on you forever why not get the best job done and be happy you had some choice in the matter. Right?

Their rates may seem like a steep price but it really isn't. Every other reputable shop around the bay area will charge around the same price.  Let's be real here. You're not going to come into Analog and pick a tattoo out of a book. You're going to come into Analog to have either Matt, Jim, Adrian, or Ron create a one of a kind piece of art.

The artist i go to is Matt Shamah and over the years we've come to be good friends. The sessions with him are always fun and they go by quick. 3 Hour sessions only feel like they are an hour long. And it also doesn't hurt that the sessions become a two for one, not only is he a great tattoo artist, but he's also a great listener and gives some good advice. Therapy and ink all in one session. AWESOME.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Matt Shama is the best!!! I love all the guys at Analog :) They do great work.  It's a little pricey, 150/hr, but you get more than what you pay for!

I came to Matt after he did my ex-boyfriend's tattoo because I had a geisha on my back that I was tired of...  I got it when I was in high school and didn't plan out my canvas well, so I felt like it was taking up space and I wasn't able to do anything with it.  Further, I decided I didn't like the face anymore (sad huh!) I decided to add cherry blossoms to draw away from it and went to Matt.  He did a great job incorporating the flowers to the whole tattoo and I received many compliments about how it all looked like one piece and that you couldn't tell that I got them at separate times.

One thing to be forewarned: Matt is rough!!! His style is different from my last tattoo artist who constantly rubbed whatever soothing ointment it was on my skin so that I felt less of that burning scratching sensation from the tattoo gun.  Matt doesn't really do this... But it's only whiny, crybaby bitches like me who suffer.  All-in-all, Matt is awesome and I appreciate his style of tattooing no matter how painful it is for me.

Hell Yes! 6 months waiting was all worth it. Finally did my first session last Sunday with Matt. Yep superbowl day!

The shop is obviously dope. It can pass as a design studio. Very clean and professional. I haven't seen a tattoo shop that nice ever and that CLEAN. But that's not what the shop is all about it.

Lets see, there are tons of people that can draw and tattoo, but a person that can do both with no sweat. The service from his attention to detail in his drawings, his attendance to me the client was all done in the best way possible. Though it took me 6 months to get tattooed by Matt, he was aware and sensitive of my service needs. His team mates Marcus and Adrian {ones I've met} are really chill people. Very welcoming.

For my 1st tattoo ever, I've uploaded my Session #1 and will do a final color when done, I'm healing fairly quickly. The soreness only lasted 1.5 days. Unsure if that's the regular healing process but it really wasn't too bad. No wonder people get addicted to tattoos because once you get one, you'll be thinking of your next one.

Oh yelp, how I love thee! If it weren't for you, I would have never found Analog! :D I came in, in January, and set up a consultation with Matt to do my tatt since he specializes in Japanese style tattoos. That day my bf (Jose 0.) ended up leaving with a session with Jim two weeks later.

Finally after 2 months of waiting I had my first session with the great Matt Shamah today :) I got the outline of my back piece done today, and it was great. Well minus my tense &twitchy ass, and uncontrollable tense muscles it was cool and of course the pain. I felt bad bcus my lower back area is the most sensitive and ticklish so I was basically jumping around. Alllll bad! Hahah be he was sweet, and understanding. We even chopped it up a little bit.  Second session looks like it'll be in April for shading. SWEEET! :)

Definately looking forward to my second (and maybe last) session in April. Thanks Matt! :)

I've been going to Matt for a while now working on a big side piece. I am not from the area, so have to schedule carefully in order to complete the most work at a single session I can.
It's taken a long time to finish my piece (mostly because I requested it be added to about a year ago) but it's finally almost done. I get so many compliments on it from friends and other tattoo artists alike.
I highly recommend Matt and this shop.
Not only to they create amazing art, but the shop has a really cool vibe that I totally dig.

I have lots to say but I'll shorten it to one word "awesome". Price may be steep, but you get for what you pay for, especially with permanent art. You don't want to bargain. Matt worked on my quarter sleeve and my back tattoo. This shop is also custom art, not the stencil kind.  I recommend Analog tattoo and Matt Shammah.

All the artists here are truly amazing and it shows when you try to call and make an appointment with the owner, Adrian Lee, and the first availability he has for a consultation is 6 months to a year!!  JEEZ...Talk about in demand!

I LOVE all the artists here.  They do not have that stuck up "I'm the best tattooer in the world" type ego and they are so friendly and knowledgeable in terms of work, style, and creativity.

I've had the pleasure of being tattooed by Matt Shamah and my current work, which is my right sleeve is currently being worked on by Adrian Lee, the master of masters!  The lines are so amazingly clean and his work just absolutely beautiful.  My husband has never been tattooed but is definitely an admirer of the art.  My first session with Adrian, the hubs quickly grabbed my arm and was like "WOW...his lines are so freaking clean...It's so amazing!!"  I think my sleeve should be complete *crossing fingers* before the summer and I cannot wait!!  When I first approached Adrian with the concept I just told him I wanted a mermaid on my arm.  Little mermaid, sexy mermaid, I really didn't give a shit cuz I knew I could trust anything Adrian was going to do on me.  A month or so later he had called me and told me he was thinking about a "siren".  Again I replied, "Adrian honestly I do not care what you do, its an honor that you're working on me."  And truly it is!!  His talent is definitely unmatched and his work should go down in the history books as a tattoo artist beyond his time.

His rates are reasonable for his craft actually I think he should be charging more for what he does.  The guys at Analog are just amazing!!

Check out the photos a friend took during my second session!!  Call to book your consult NOW!

Analog Tattoo is a great place to get your tat done. I have had most of my tats done there by Matt Shamah. He did a sick one of a kind dragon tat on  me and I love it. Analog is the only place I go now to get my ink done.

Got my first tattoo here and it was definitely one of my best experience ever. Had an appointment with Blake (he's only there on Thursday) to get some script done. They were able fit me in asap and got me in contact with Blake to work out the details of my appointment. Blake not only did an excellent job on my tattoo but was super pleasant to work with. He's incredibly talented! I highly recommend checking out Analog tattoo and make sure you look for Blake!

i havent been here myself. i work 2 jobs.
so i dont really have all the time in the
world to make my way over here. but i
definately can say that ron earhart has
got some f_cking talent! i work at a tattoo
shop myself & i have a few customers
come in with pieces that are fully healed
& i bow down to him. i want one myself.

i know most of you are thinking.. "wtf?
why are you praising him if you work at
another tattoo shop?" well my babies..
you cant deny his talent when you see it.

hopefully one day i can come in & check the
place out & actually meet the guy behind the art.

This place is freaking fantastic. I went to Ron when they were still New Skool Tattoo and his bio-mechanical stuff is off the wall.  Adrian is phenomenal too.  Everyone has their own style and they are all fantastic.  The artists are super friendly and they are definitely worth the price of admission.

The reason I really like this place is because number 1. the shop manager Tyson is really nice and he came from New Skool and will match you up with the person that specializes in whatever it is you're looking for.  Even though every artist can do anything, let's face it, some are more eager to work on whatever it is they are more passionate about it.  Also, the place is very clean, very friendly and very skilled.  I just got a half sleeve done by Jim Miner and it looks amazing, I feel like a walking piece of art because he is also into painting and my piece flows directly with the curves of my arm.

Tattoos are for life, and I wouldn't hesitate getting one from these guys. I only have work done by Matt, but all of the art work I've seen from all the other artists are dope and original.

Analog is GREAT!! Its clean, professional, the shop is definitely different than any I've seen before (but in a good way). The shop has a lot of their work posted up in the waiting area; it gives off a good vibe and it shows that the artist are professional and know what they are doing. The people are friendly and they take their time doing what they do best. I had Jim as my artist and he did a really great job, designing and making my tat unique and different than any I've seen

I had my fourth session last night to finish up my tattoo sleeve I could not be more pleased with the results.  Matt Shamah does amazing work and is a true artist.  The talent at Analog is unbelievable.  I will recommend everyone I know to this shop.  I will definitely be back to get many more tattoos.  Thanks again Matt!

Analog Tattoo is by far the best Tattoo Studio around. It is super clean, the vibe is always great and certainly worth the money. I have been getting tattooed by these guys for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my work. Matt Shamah has been working on me for the last few years but anyone in that studio is amazing in their own right.

I got tattooed by Matt Shamah originally when he was working at Newskool.  When he left there to start Analog with Adrian and Ron, I followed as well.  Matt took a while to get an appointment with at the beginning but once I finally got in my appointments were on time and mutually agreeable for both of us.  Matt did an amazing job on my 3/4 sleeve and chest piece.  Cheap tattoos aren't good and good tattoos aren't cheap.  With that said, Matt charged me a very fair price for his time and I would have gladly paid more for the amazing art piece I now have.  The tattoo studio is clean and friendly.  They have awesome art pieces hanging all over the studio along with many tattoo books to review while waiting for your next appointment to begin.  I have referred many people to Matt and will continue to do so.  This isn't your in and out tattoo studio you might find by some strip mall.  This place is very professional, highly qualified artists and will give you nothing but the best.  Now quit reading about this place and make an appointment!
