Now this is how all businesses should be run! Great price, excellent customer service, honest, friendly and very helpful! They were hundreds of dollars less than any other place and installed in a reasonable time while I waited. I emailed customer service and Charles helped me find the right tire for my car and give a quote very quickly. They have a nice waiting area with comfy seats, a big screen with free soft drinks, bottled water, and a Keurig coffee machine.
I even asked how much they would charge for a co-workers tire that had a slow leak and he said no-charge!
I highly recommend them! -

I had my truck a body shop that uses Anaheim Wheel & Tire. The body shop told me they sent the truck over to Anaheim Wheel & Tire. I work in the area and have heard good things about both shops but now I have my doubts. After work yesterday 4/18/12 one of my co workers called telling me they saw my truck heading west on Miraloma Ave doing burn outs and running full kill. It is a diesel and you can tell when someone is on it by black smoke coming from the exhaust. Another witness said he saw the truck's rear axle hopping. The problem is the body shop isn't that far away and the truck was probably not warmed up properly, thus potential head gasket problems may occur. I can only imagine how they will treat other customers cars. Bottom line is this company treats your car with a real lack of respect!!!!!!!!

There's a reason why this place gets such good review, with only a few outliers. Good service on the phone and in person, prompt and competent work, and competitive prices. The waiting area and bathroom are spotless, and there are plenty of free drinks. Even the magazine are neatly arranged and current, better than a doctor's office.
The special touch this time for tire installation was swapping the rear wheels so that the right one with curb damage moved to the left, giving me a second chance with a clean wheel. -

One of the best tire shops I've ever been to. Im glad its 0.5 miles from work!
They have great prices and friendly service. Waiting area and bathrooms are modern and very clean.
Went in for an alignment today on my truck and noticed my driver rear tire was low. They checked it, it was just a slow leak. Aired me up to my specs all around too.
Its like you have a good friend in the tire industry. Well done Anaheim Wheel & Tire. Top notch company -

Came here after a few miserable experiences at Wheel Warehouse, and was so wonderfully surprised. These guys understand how customers should be treated. My first experience was a nail in my tire. I didn't even buy the tires at this shop, and they fixed my tire, aired me up, and sent me off. No charge. Have you ever heard of a shop doing something for FREE? I didn't think so.
I've been back a few times with different vehicles since, and even taking in my beat-to-hell offroad toy ('87 4Runner) for some new BFG's, they take top care of everything. The rims went in with bald tires and COVERED in mud, and came back with fresh tires and spotless, clean rims. (Made the truck look awfully dumb covered in mud with shiny wheels and dressed tires, but I still love them)
All in all, great service, totally competitive prices, and did I mention incredible service? -

A true honest tire shop. they never try to push unnecessary services great pricing on brakes I have a sprinter van and it's half what I'd pay at a dealer :) to get my brakes done here thanks guys

It's hard to find quality these days, but I found it. What can I say, I had been calling many tire shops for a week to get the best pricing on tires. They beat everyone's pricing hands down. Friendly, honest, and reputable that's what Anaheim Wheel and Tire is all about, go see them it's a mom and pop shop with better than big store and internet pricing, I bought four tires and a wheel alignment for my truck. Thank you guys I will be sure to tell all my friends!

Honesty and competency ! Two hard to find qualities, but they are both here. And it sure helps that the price is fair and competitive.
Yelp reviews were right on! Steve of Anaheim Tire, called and found the discontinued tires, and with the free alignment (from the yelp), this brought the price down to a competitive level. He called me back when promised.
The waiting area is spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable for an hour wait. The truck was ready before the time promised.
Polite and straightforward with the customer --- they were kind enough to SHOW me where the front end would need work, and write down what was needed to put the front end in better shape.
Brought it back for more work, and the bill was actually less than the estimate. Have never had that happen before in any auto shop.
Highly recommend! -

I've been here too many times.... Woo! Performance tires wear out soo fast! Well anyway, you can get prices here that are comparible with the online sources and you also get top notch service. They've always been fair to me. Best part about buying from a local shop is if there's a problem with the tire you can always pop over there and have them take a look at no cost.

So you know how the idea of going to a business that has to do with fixing your car instills feelings of trepidation? Well leave those at home because the guys here at Anaheim Wheel & Tire are straight forward, honest, patient, kind, and affordable. I went in last week and talked to the staff about some new tires for my car. I told them what kind I had and was priced out for some new ones. The price was good, but still a little more than I wanted to spend at the time so the staff member recommended a comparable brand for a much cheaper price. He did not try to convince me to go with the more expensive brand at all. He just had me sign some papers and said my car would be ready in about a half an hour! So you've got a nice staff, expedient service, and reasonable prices but wait there's more! And speaking of wait: http://www.yelp.com/bi... check out that spiffy clean waiting area with flat screen tv, comfy couches, and complimentary sodas or water. Yelp hooked it up for me again with this place. They can take care of you too. Mention Yelp for a free alignment! Bookmark this place for your tire needs. You'll be glad you did!

I give Charlie & company 5-stars because of the direct & honest service I received after having searched for weeks for the best deal in OC. Little did I know that the best deal was right down the street!
The best prices, service and a very clean waiting area! AND I got a free 4-wheel alignment for mentioning that I read their reviews on http://YELP.com!
I will continue referring and going to AWT for years to come!

This place is about 1 mile away from where I work, and according to their own description (which describes themselves like royalty), they are supposed to be top notch. Unfortunately, they are anything BUT that. I needed my tires flipped inside out, easy job that should take 20 minutes tops. I called a day in advance to schedule an appointment for 9am. Since I had to take time off work, I wanted to get this over with quickly. So I show up at 9, the place looks nice and they have a small waiting area like most automotive service businesses. However, I was a bit dismayed at the fact that half an hour later, my car was still not in the service bay, but was outside in the same spot that I parked it. Shortly after, they pulled my car in to the back. Expecting to wait around 20 minutes, I was chillin, sending texts to my boo, reading crappy waiting area magazines, etc. 20 minutes passed, 30 minutes passed, 40 minutes...WTH? Around 45 minutes after they pull my car into the back, someone comes up front and tells me "We can't flip the rear tires, they are bald on the inside." I said fine, and they took another 20 minutes after that to throw two wheels back onto my car??? My grandma could have put them back on in half the time it took them. And shes over 90! So all in all, it took these incompetent guys/gals about 2 hours to flip two front tires. No apologies, nothing. Like this was something that is normal. (Maybe some people love taking time off work in order to sit around in a small waiting room!)
I will NEVER go back to this place, their service is truly unacceptable by any standards known to mankind. (and animals as well)

I purchased a set of BFG G-force sport tires and "tuner" style lug nuts back in December of 2008 and I've had a few interactions with the company since then. Late last year, I lost a lug nut and they gave me a few others for free. Then recently, I've picked up a total of 3 nails in about 2 weeks time ( another story). The first two I had plugged by a Firestone in Diamond Bar which cost me about $43. I found a third screw yesterday and took the car back to firestone to be plugged again. They informed me it was too close to the sidewall and couldn't be fixed. I called up Anaheim wheel and tire and they told me to come in. I brought the car in and about 20 minutes later they were done. No charge. I was extremely happy that they fixed it for free and will definitely do business with them again.
