Last year I took my son and he won 1st Place in the costume contest (approx 200+ participants)! There are many booths and activites for children 12 and under. I remember everything was free and the prize was awesome, $25 cash, a certificate, and a disney goodie bag filled with mickey cups, straws, etc.

I recommend but you must arrive early because it got packed around 1pm. Costume contest was at 10am.

This place was SUCH a waste of time!  I was trying to find a family friendly event for Halloween and this LOOKED promising online.

It took us awhile to get there and arrived at 6pm only to find that EVERYTHING was already shutting down!  The flyer said it was supposed to last until 9pm!  Packing up 3 hours early?  UGH.

Anyway, the only thing left to do was stay for the parade that was scheduled to start at 6 and end at 8.  Oh goodness.. there were maybe 2 floats worth seeing and an elephant in a tutu.. everything else was painful.  Afterward, we tried looking for the "Haunted House" to no avail.  We finally left feeling defeated.

This place was DEFINITELY not worth it.  I guess if you have super tiny small children, it's "ok" since there's some trick or treating.. but I personally could do without.  Some of the kids were in regular clothes, holding a bag, and were expecting to get candy.  BUT it was quite amusing watching one family (of about 7) walk up to a pizza place saying, "Trick or treat!  We don't get no pizza?" and walked away looking irked.  LOL.  Honey, if that worked, I'd be walking up to the bank every five minutes.
