Anaheim Carpet & Flooring installed carpet upstairs in my two bedroom condo.
One of their representatives brought carpet samples out to the property. I was going for a contemporary, modern, neutral look for the carpet, and he knew exactly what I had in mind. The first sample he suggested was exactly what I had in mind, so we were good to go.
A few days later the installers came out. They were two brothers, and they were super nice and professional. They were clean and efficient, and did a great job installing the carpet. I really like the installers, because they did such a great job.
There were two small holes in the under flooring that I pointed out to the installers, and they were able to fix the holes so that the carpet would lay flat when installed. The two holes in the under flooring had really bothered me with the old carpet, so I was very glad that they were able to fix it. These two brothers are super nice, and I'm glad they installed my carpet.
What I liked best about Anaheim Carpet & Flooring is their helpful, easy going attitude and service. I didn't feel any pressure, and felt I was in control the entire time.
I believe their pricing was competitive, and their service was great.
I'm happy with Anaheim Carpet & Flooring and would use them again. -

I think that the one and only review for Anaheim Carpet & Flooring is hilarious and I do know what the yelper is talking about when referring to the old sign but now they have a new, new one and it is looks sooooo great! Anaheim Carpet has been around for a very long time and that says a lot. It is so nice to see small and independent businesses grow with the times, over time. I really respect that. The Mr. uses them all the time and so does his family for the business. -

I don't know much about carpet, draperies, or really home furnishings of any kind, so I don't know how qualified I am to review this humble business in my hometown of Anaheim. I've been inside and *shrug* there are a lot of carpets, floor coverings, draperies, window treatments, etc., as you might expect.
For my 200th Yelp review (also my 165th first!) this store gets a special 5 star salute from jozjozjoz not for its good customer service or vast selection or knowledge of the products... all of things this store has a reputation for.
No, this shop gets FIVE STARS for having awesome signage and being able to make me laugh every frickin' time I passed it for well over a year.
Signage, you ask?
My best friend noticed it one day as we were leaving school... the "D" had fallen off of their marquee-style sign by the street and the store proudly proclaimed itself to be "ANAHEIM CARPET & RAPERY!"
Now for two smart-alecky junior high school kids, this was pretty damn hilarious, and from there on out, this non-descript business we had never given a second thought to became our own little inside joke. Of course, rape is no laughing matter, but you have to admit, there is something comical about being able to get your carpet and rape on at the same place, no?!
The sign remained "D-less" for well over year until I'm sure someone finally complained and the business magic-markered a big ol' "D" in. Of course, this only drew more attention to the sign, so we just laughed even harder.
Eventually, the entire sign was replaced and I'm sure they got one where they could make sure that the "D" would never fall off again.
But for now and for always, this place will have a special place in my heart as "Anaheim Carpet & Rapery."
*PS - Back in the day, it never occurred to us to take a picture of the sign. But I swear, this is absolutely true.Listed in: Joz's ROTDs

Luke has been involved in flooring since 1999. He started out in the trenches installing all manner of floors and is now running the daily operations at All City Flooring and Anaheim Carpet and Flooring. He is knowledgeable in every step of your flooring needs, from purchasing your floor to how it will be installed. Whatever type of floor covering you are looking for he will be able to assist you.
