Bound to happen in my career field.. I live in stilettos and pumps at 39000 feet.. and after my last 4day trip from JFK and PHL I hit my turbulent vertigo fuzz... rolled my ankle and the rest winds me up in physical therapy.. and a much needed break from the friendly blue skies .. I admit I dont like going to physical therapy.. something about therapy on my injured ankle and knee just makes me cringe.. Nonetheless... the staff is great! My physical therapist.. was thorough.. friendly and knew her injuries... DID I love her massaging my ankle and painful knee.. NOPE.. but no pain, no gain.. I just want to run again.. I begged! She said shed see that happens.. The building is nice.. clean.. but the parking.. go early...but know that if you need a bit of PT for an injury or ache.. this is where you need to be...
