Amped Fitness has changed my life. The teachers and trainers have
Years of experience. Every body part is worked through a variety of exercises. There is Warm up, high intensity, and warm down; and a daily health or nutrition tip based on the latest research.
If anything is too hard you are free to slow down or just walk.
What do I say about my awesome trainers? They are Nice, Kind, Friendly, Smart, Encouraging, Motivating, Patient, Adaptable, Strong, Driven, and Approachable.... Questions are welcomed and encouraged. Positive life-changing attitudes are conveyed. I work out 3 - 4 times weekly. I feel good. I have lost some pounds and many inches, I'm firming up, feel like I've gained muscle, my clothes are baggy. I get many compliments that I look good. If I miss a workout I notice I don't feel as well. I am handling stress very well. I am happier.
I want everyone to try this since it has worked so well to improve my
Heath, complexion, blood pressure, attitude, strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, etc..... Sure, I could exercise on my own and I do that occasionally. But I find I am too easy on myself and don't get results.
So I am thrilled with the benefits I have by working out with these competent nice trainers. Also, the price is very reasonable.

For the first time I was not yelled at for not keeping up. Instead, I felt like a part of a group and worked out harder than I normally do.
It was a positive atmosphere, I actually wanted to work out and enjoyed it!!! The soarness did not feel so good lol but at least I know where I worked out and that it worked!

I attend Amped cross-training sessions three times a week! The trainers are all very helpful and walk me through all my workouts to make sure I receive optimum results. Since starting the program I've increased my stamina, strength, and as an added bonus I went down four pant sizes! The location is great, the price is right, its the best decision I've made to improve my body and mind. I feel great, two thumbs way up! Don't just take my word for it, come join us for a good workout and a good time.

I LOVE the classes they offer and can not say enough good things about them or the amazing people who run them!. I know "what" to do in a gym but always had a problem getting off my butt and "DOING" it! For that reason I always found personal training helpful in getting me to work out and getting the results I want but until that winning lotto ticket comes in I had to stop that. I tried doing the classes at my gym but seem to get lost in the large groups. Amped Fitness has AMAZING leaders who keep everyone involved (with a supportive touch, not screaming drill seargent style), and smaller classes that it feels like I have personal training at a TINY FRACTION of what it used to cost me. They have years of experience in ALL areas of health and wellness and I am glad I found them!!

I've tried to many different exercise classes, so many gyms and even a personal trainer...but I have to admit that I got more results (at much less cost) with Amped Fitness. The trainers are fantastic-they really take the time to make sure you do the exercise properly (which is incredibly important since I have injured myself in the past). I really wish they had classes more frequently because I LOVE the results I am getting!! Supportive instructors, positive and friendly classmates (we keep each other motivated). I am proud to say that I need an entire new wardrobe since all my clothing sags on me now!
