Where do I start my hubby was actually the person who found Amour Skin Care for me. I have been going here since just before my wedding (1 1/2 yrs) and I love it I don't trust anyone else with my waxing and skin care needs its the best. Also the store is very nice and cozy. Nadine is the best she is gentle and makes you feel comfortable and her prices are reasonable. I will not go anywhere else but here.

Very very fast and nice lady. She was very nice and squeezed me in her busy schedule. I was in desperate need for a waxing and she was there. Reasonable price. The place was very cute and neat too. But I kind of wish she would've taken her time a lil bit more because I went home and found some tiny hair remaining:(

I use Yelp for mostly everything now, but never set up an acct... but after meeting w/Nadine it was a must! She is the best... getting waxed below isn't the easiest thing to do. But she is a sweetie & makes the experience a comfortable one. I have found my new spot... I'm sooo happy!!!

Nadine is great! The wax was really quick! Just a tad more painful than any of my other waxes. She does try to distract from the pain with small talk but, for me, it didn't work all that well. But anyway the wax job itself was great and when you pay cash she gives you a little thank you gift from the store. : ) Oh and I was able to book a same day appointment, thank goodness!

I almost don't want to tell you how great this place is. I feel like its my own little personal secret gem, and even though I've shared my secret only with my close personal friends, I know I can't keep it all to myself forever.
This little shop not only has clothes, underwear and socks, but it also has purses, scarves, accessories, and makeup. You can even buy and sell things on consignment. You can find a fun gift or something fabulous for yourself. But that's not why you go to Amor Skin Care; you go for skin care, and not just any old skin care but form the nicest estatistion you will ever meet! Nadine is fully trained and certified in many fields, from waxing to facials. I think she even does microdermabrasion. She is so sweet and so nice; she helps you forget about all the pain well getting your hair ripped from your skin.
I've been going to her for almost 4 years now. And don't worry girls I know what its like to have never gotten waxed down there and being worried it would hurt and not wanting to be undressed in front of a stranger and all that stuff. But don't worry Nadine makes you feel as comfortable as you can well being bottomless on your back and having hair ripped from your most sensitive of areas. Lol Its not that bad. Call her, make an appointment, pop a couple of Motin's before you head over and just take it like a man. And if its not for you at least you can say you tried.
Her prices are great! Free Gifts for first time brazilin waxers, I mean who doesn't love a free gift am I right. I don't even live any where near the area any longer and I still go to her. She makes me comfortable; I don't even want to try any other place. Once you start going and become a regular, it will be like visiting a friend! Just chatting and having your hair ripped off kinda fun. -

Nadine, the owner, is a sweetheart! She has a cute little store with tops and socks and shoes. That's not why I go. I go because she does waxing. I was referred here by a friend and am glad I was. I'm not normally comfortable dropping trou in front of strangers. With Nadine, she makes you feel comfortable and calms you so that while she's doing a bikini wax you're not freaked out.
I have gone to her to do bikini and arm waxes. I have always left there a happy camper. Another reason is that her prices are fantastic. She is very cheap compared to other places that provide these services. She also offers a discount for first-timers. :) -

I've gone to various places to get waxed and Nadine is, by far, the best and most painless waxer I've ever encountered. She put me right at ease. Her prices are great to boot. I'm overjoyed by the fact that I finally found someone who 1) doesn't make me feel uncomfortable 2) doesn't cause me excruciating pain and 3) is genuinely nice. I have found my go-to place for waxing.

$55 for getting 3 things done that a steal compare to other shops. Plus, Nadine is a doll. She's nice, honest, and some times funny. I come back regularly. Recommend to your friends. The shop is a little hard to find, if you do not know the location-like me. My first visit I passed by it twice, it's hidden in a corner building with other shops. Always call to book an appointment, if go unannounced she may rush to get to her next appointment or be out. This a one woman shop, but an honest one.

i came across nadine after a day of yelping...thank god for yelp...i called her and made an appointment for my girlfriends and i...she has a little cute boutique sitting in a small shopping center...so we went in and met nadine...and she made us feel so comfortable...she is great...the entire process was quick and with very minimal pain...i mean waxes are not meant to be painless but the less pain the better...nadine is a sweetheart and if youre looking for any wax services she is the girl to see...while you are there you might find a cute top, scarf, or pretty accessories! dont forget to call her ahead of time to schedule and appointment...oh and dont forget your first timer gift...thats a nice touch!
