I learned about Amore Pet Sitting Services at a pet fund raiser event a few months back, where I won two free walks. I'm always hesitant to let anyone that I don't know take care of my dog, but since I won it through a charitable event and they seemed really nice I thought I would give it a try and see how things went.
I have to say that Jen has taken great care of my little guy (Diggy) as if he were her own. Just like the name says, she gives him plenty of Amore and attention on his walks/visits and is always very attentive. Diggy looks forward to each of his walks with Jen, and even knows what days/time she stops by so he can get all excited. Jen takes excellent care of my dog and makes me feel much more comfortable about leaving him at home when I'm busy, on vacation, or need to head out of town. She even leaves notes to update me on how the visits went, and anything interesting that they encountered on their walks. The final proof was seeing how happy and excited Diggy gets when Jen comes around. If he likes it, I love it.
If you are looking for a safe, reliable, and loving pet sitter, Amore is the way to go. That's Amore! -

What an amazing group of people. Janise and her employees truly care for my dog, Pike, and do their best at taking care of him. Their prices are more than reasonable, and they are possibly the easiest people to work with that you can find!

I and my family of people and felines absolutely love Amore. Janise and her staff are our guardian angels, taking care of our two cats while we traveled for the past three years. Last two weeks she took care of my convalescent cat, making sure he had all he needed to recover, visiting him twice a day and managing a sophisticated logistic inside the house to keep the two cats separated and tracking his food and water consumption. And making sure that we could travel with tranquility, sending photos and reports. Her Amore Pet Sitting service is just what you need when leaving your pets at home while away: reliable, reassuring and extremely friendly.

Janise and Ted have been watching our tiny flock of hens and persnickety cat for the past two years, and we've all been extremely happy. In addition to sending us daily pictures of the animals' goings on, they have happily watered our plants, indoor and out, and managed our mail and trash. Their prices are quite reasonable and they are very professional. We'd recommend them to anyone.

We have used Amore several times in the last year and have found their services to be excellent. I really liked the idea of having an initial meeting so you could get to see and talk to the person who would be looking after your pet. I also liked getting the daily e-mail with pictures of our cats showing them being looked after.
I will absolutely use this service again. -

I've used Jen and Janise for the past three vacations and I couldn't be happier. These are folks that truly love animals and understand how important a pet is to their owner. I just love that they send updates and pictures while I'm away so I can rest assured my Emmy Lou is doing okay. Additionally, they will check the mail and keep an eye on things at home while you are away. I'm so happy to have found Amore!

We love Janise! She's been sitting for our puppies and kitty for about a year now. and they all love her to death. Our most recent experience with her was similarly great - we had forgotten to contact her about a weekend we needed, and she sent her marvelous new partner Jennifer to our rescue! The dogs met her before we went and even our shyest, Ella, went right to her and wanted to sit on her lap. I am so grateful to Janise, and now Jennifer, for providing such a responsive and caring service for our family :)

Janise has been our petsitter for almost a year now. The first time she came over she met all our "kids" (4 kitties) and answered all of our questions. We hired her and have used her ever since. Even our shyest little kitten "Bunny foofoo" looks forward to Janise. She plays laser pointer like nobody else! I wholeheartedly recommend Janise for your petsitting needs. Our kitties give her 4 paws up!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PET SITTER IN THE WORLD. We have three dogs and Janise has been our sitter for almost 2 years. Each time we have been away something absurd happens - like a fruit tree falls in our yard, we changed our locks and forgot to give her the correct key - and each and every time she not only deals with the situation but is great about it. She called our landlord and got the tree cleaned up and made sure the dogs did not OD on the fruit and cleaned up the fruit, she waited at our door until someone came with the correct key. Absolutely amazing. Not only that, but she is just cool. She is a joy to interact with and you know that she loves your pets just as much as you do. The only unfortunate part...is that our dogs love her so much they are not as excited to see us when we get home :).
You would be crazy not to use Amore. Your pets are in loving, able hands. -

Janise is a really great pet sitter. She's has sat for my cats since I moved to the bay area a couple of years ago, and she's best. One of my cats is super neurotic and averse to new people, but she loves Janise, and always runs out to greet her. I have had a lot of different pet sitters before I moved here, so have many to compare her to, and Janise is by far the best. It's obvious that she really cares about the animals she sits for (and they love her!). I used to get anxious about leaving my kitties, but I honestly don't worry anymore when they are with her- she is also really good about emailing updates (and even sends the cutest pictures of my fur kids). Thanks Janise and Amore!

Janise and Ted are absolutely amazing!!! After we got married last year, my husband and I brought a puppy, Guido, into our family. I immediately fell in love with Guido. I worked full time and went to school at night. I couldn't just leave him alone at home all day and I didn't want to trust just anyone. My sister-in-law referred Janise to us and we have been using her for over a year and she is just great. We have since added a fireball to our family, Vasco. Janise and Ted are the only ones that can calm Vasco down!!!
Janise and Ted are very dependable and get you out of a bind when those last minute emergencies come up!!! :) -

Janise and Jen are wonderful with our pets! Janise took care of our elderly dog last year and we were thrilled to have found someone who was so reliable and obviously loves animals. This year when we called at the last minute she referred us to her partner Jen who is equally great. Our grumpy old dog perks up whenever she is around and our cat took to her right away. It's nice to get a text message or email while you are way, just to put your mind at ease about how things are going back at home. Amore deserves 5+ stars as far as I'm concerned!
