The lights at my place were going haywire, some didn't get enough power, some too much. And flipping on one switch would turn on something else.
Found Gil here and he thought the problem was a loose neutral, and that there could be a lot of damage to appliances if the power surged, so he came right away. After troubleshooting for about 1.5 hrs he found the problem and fixed it, also tightening other wires and checking the circuit breaker. Rates very reasonable, and he walked us through how he solved the issue.
Yay! Problem solved, I was afraid I'd have to chop open the walls to find the problem wire, but turns out it wasn't that drastic. Prices reasonable and he was very professional. -

I called for a consult. Gil was extremely honest and told me where to go for the cheapest DIY solution. If I ever needed an electrician, I would def. call him again. Thanks Gil!

Our heating thermostat went out and we couldn't turn off the heat. Simple problem but I didn't want to mess with the thermostat because I couldn't identify the circuit breaker to turn off the power.
Gil took care of the problem and, more importantly, educated me on my elecrical system so that I will be able to deal with this in the future.
He was not super friendly at first, preferring to get right down to business. Once he got into it he was happy to answer all of my questions.
His professional rate was well worth it because, thanks to his advice, I'll be able to replace these thermostats and handle this myself in the future. -

We had a great experience with Amor Electric (LOVE THE NAME!) when our power kept kicking off. He got back to me right away about the problem and came to our studio a few hours later.
He educated us on the problem and guided us on how to correct the problem without spending thousands on re-wiring.
I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable and was interested in helping us, not trying to make a quick buck. When we have any other electrical upgrades or challenges, we'll call them first.
