Ammirati's is located right off I-5 at the gateway to Castle Crags State Park. It's a great little convenience store that sells all different kinds of beer. I'm talking lots and lots of beer! In the summer months they get hit with those passing through on the Pacific Crest Trail and by me when I'm picking up a 6-pack before hitting my favorite beach on Castle Creek (aka mile marker 2).
The only downside is the employees seem to really hate their job or maybe they just don't like me, whatever it is, they're not too friendly. -

Hi, this review is for the bathroom, not the market which also has a Chevron station attached. The bathrooms have an outdoor enterance (fine in the summer, arctic in the winter). They have green retro tile. Not sure when the last public restroom I saw had tile like this but it was almost homey. No lock on the stall but there is only one stall so I suppose you could lock the actual bathroom door if you were concerned. All paper products full. Relatively clean. Smells a little
