One of the elite pizza joints anywhere in the St. Louis area. I know of no other place in town where you can choose from St. Louis style (cracker-like thin crust with ooey-gooey provel cheese), New York style (big and bad, by bad I mean good...capeche?), and Chicago stuffed pizza(chunky tomato sauce on top of a thick blanket of mozzarella and loads of toppings all on top of a  thick pan-pizza crust).

Not only does A'mis offer all three styles, but they nail each one. The Chicago style is the best I've had outside of Chicago and the St. Louis style is authentic as you can get.

Ami's salad reminds me of the Talayna's style with the authentic rope-provel cheese and the tangy, creamy italian house dressing is one of the best salad dressings anywhere.

There is plenty of seating, a large bar, televisions, and an added bonus is that A'mis delivers.

The owner always makes the rounds to check on you and thank you for your business and the smiling wait staff is very attentive. Don't be fooled by the strip mall location. You won't find much better food and service in St. Charles County.

We ordered a salad to share and the NY style pizza as we were in a bit of a hurry and didn't have time to wait for the Chicago style. The salad was heavy on the dressing but I'm sure that a lot of people would be A-OK with that, although, to me, it seemed a tad drowned. The pizza wasn't great but wasn't bad either - the sauce was a little blah - but not true NY style. It's cut into thin long pieces so it's almost impossible to fold over. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we had no complaints regarding the service. Our waiter was attentive and our food came out promptly. We'll be going back to give some of the other menu items a shot.

Meh is correct.  or...  mezzo mezzo

Based on the reviews, I may have to come back and try this mysterious St. Louis pizza they speak of.

I went for lunch as I work on tech. Blvd. and got the buffet.  Not impressed at all.  The sauce tasted like Ragu out of the jar and the pizza was very so so.  I have had Italian buffets in the past and they have rocked. The sauces are KEY and these were just not authentic.  At least not for a 4 or 5 star rating like some of these folks gave.  I'd hate to experience what these guys rate a 1 star joint.

Bryan Road location..Disappointing Saturday night visit,.place was full but manageable. Ordered appetizer, pizza, and child's meal. Appetizer came at same time as pizza, and kids meal 10 minutes after pizza. Had to ask for soda refill, and take payment to take out window after waiting another 10 minutes to pay.

Also, the staff is very sloppy dressed and doesn't reflect well on the business.

As you may have read in my other reviews, I am not (GASP) a huge fan of pizza.  My husband, on the other hand could eat it every meal of the day, so he was very pleased to find one of my "strange" cravings during my pregnancy was pizza and he had a much less difficult time trying to convince me to go somewhere and grab a slice.

A'Mis came highly recommended to us and isn't too far from where we live, so we decided to give it a try.  This non-pizza eater was definitely converted!

We ordered the New York style (husband hates St. Louis style and I can't stand deep dish) and WOW was it a lot of food.  I enjoyed every bite and stuffed myself silly.  We're simple people, so we stuck to pepperoni & sausage, but I know they have lots of options for you less boring diners out there.

I also started out with a house salad which wasn't anything spectacular, but I'm weird and like to have some sort of vegetable before eating something cheesy and greasy.  It's like I feel they'll cancel each other out...

I think my one complaint is that the server brought me an unwrapped straw and grasped the top of it when she put it in my drink.  NAST-O.  I threw it on the ground and my husband got me another one from the bar.  I don't know why she thought it would be okay to do that and it worries me a little that she brought us out our pizza (who knows what she did to that), but oh well.  It was so good, I almost don't care.  Definitely worth a try.

Widest selection of pizza in St. Louis.
While I pronounce it Amy's, its all pizza and pasta here.  The locale is tucked away out of site from Highway K in O'Fallon next door to a grocery store.

What makes this place special is your choice of pizza styles; New York, Chicago, or St. Louis.   Wonderful!  Who else does this?  The pizza is very good and the St. Louis style is not Eye-Mo's redux.

They do offer more the pizza; pasta, salads, chicken strips.

Good pizza, we had St. Louis style and New York style pizza......the rest of the menu was a little limited though. A good place to go for Pizza and Beer, but don't expect full service Italian......

This place has the most diverse pizza selection I have ever seen.  Not only are there a plethora of toppings along with your standard good pizza flavors, but you can get a St. Louis style cracker crust, a massive NYC style pizza, or a (in my opinion so gross) thick and chunky Chicago style pizza.  Where else in St. Louis can you do this?

The rest of the food I have had here is pretty good as well, but the pizza is what keeps me coming back.  The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get as well, so that's also a plus.

Minus one star for being one of many O'Fallon restaurants in a strip mall.

So we decided to try somewhere new on our date night and we went to Amis. When you walk in it is very well decorated, very clean, except for their booths they were a little beat up and ratty. Our server comes to the table wearing a t-shirt and dirty baseball cap, (they all were)???
You would expect to see them wearing a white shirt or something nice, when looking at the restaurant.
Anyway, we order our food which was delicious! I am very picky when it comes to pasta and the Alfredo sauce was very very good. What I did not expect was my $11.00 fettuccine would turn into $15.00 dish. The server recommended adding chicken breast and I was glad I did. Cooked very well and added to the dish nicely. Unfortunately he didn't tell me it was going to cost an extra $4.00. :( He also must have come back from a smoke break, because he reeked like a stale ashtray when he refilled our drinks. Overall the service was good, wish it would have been more professional for the price. I probably won't go back unless I have a coupon.:( $15.00 fettuccine is only worth it if you get the whole Italian experience!

We ordered the NY-Style pizza for carryout. I'm from NY, and this isn't what I'd consider real NY-Style pizza. Nonetheless, it's still good stuff, and superior to the other options in the area. I intend to get around to trying the Chicago-Style pizza as well.

I have never eaten in, it has always been delivery or to go.  I do have to say it is a little pricey, $50+ on Superbowl Sunday for just 2 people (I throw incredible parties...).

Their pizza is better than the national chains by far; but you will pay for it.  I do not know exactly what they charge for a large pizza off hand, but I know it is a noticeable difference.  Their pies are also a little smaller than what I feel a large or medium should be, but the taste makes up for it.

I always get a plain pizza when I first try a place out- it's kind of my benchmark for a new place.  You get to try the crust, sauce, and cheese without anything interfering with the process.  I have ordered a sausage, pepperoni, and even a Hawaiian pizza from here (the later was not for me).  I have never had a bad pizza.

Their garlic cheese bread is also very good; but I think it is the cheese that really makes it superior.  Also, you have to get the marinara sauce to accompany it, otherwise it just is not the same.

Back to the first time I have ever dropped over $50 at a pizza place for just a few things; I had an order of wings.  I love wings.  I don't know why, but I do.  A'Mis has great wings.  Perfect balance of heat and flavor.  You get the nice burn while still being able to taste the chicken and even the sauce.  I hate places that market incredibly hot wings, only to have something so hot that it has zero flavor, or something that is not really hot, but still has no flavor (think B-Dubs).

If you haven't tried A'Mis yet, go.  Right now.  And stop off at First Wok a few doors down for some incredible Chinese food, too!
