So much love!!!!
It's not every day that you find a secret egyptian oasis in your back yard. I had to give a five star review to share my discovery. They put SO MUCH LOVE in the food here. I don't think I've ever had such nice service ordering take out. Everything is fresh and made to order, and the owner insisted on bringing the awesome food to my house because it was raining. What a guy. To top it off he gave me an order of his AMAZING falafel for FREE!! The hummus and tabouleh was perfection. They even include the nutrition facts on their website, which just adds to the overall uniqueness.
I highly recommend this place, check it out! They do catering too! -

There's only so much you can say about hummus, I realize, but holy shit, this makes every other hummus I've ever had taste like amateur night. EVERY OTHER HUMMUS.
As far as I can tell it's just a couple dudes cranking it out somewhere in a Fortress of Hummus Solitude in back of the brewery in JP; the end result is so good that they'd almost certainly survive the Crisis on Infinite Hummus Earths.
