Fanstastico! I've driven by this place hundreds of times and never stopped in as it doesn't appear to be anything special on the outside, but how wrong I was. The pizzas are huge and so authentic thin crust Italian style, fresh, and delicious - just like in the North End of Boston. We also tried the chicken, ziti broccoli with garlic which was as good or I think even better than the expensive restaurants that charge twice the price. This is THE place to go for pizza and pasta in the Merrimack Valley.

My husband works near this pizzeria and it is a treat anytime he brings a pie home. I particularly love the sicilian pies....we always go for the amicis deluxe (a meat lovers style) or the leos signature (fresh tomato, basil, mozzie, etc.). If you're lucky enough to actually live near here - you really must try.

By far the best pizza in the area. Thin crust and yummy. I really have never tried anything but the pizza here. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that they take a long time to make the food, and usually don't have it ready when you get there. And it isn't open on Sundays

5-Star Take-out Pizza Review (for the second time around)
My wife and I have been ordering pizzas near our home for awhile and we live within a quarter mile from Amici's. We tried Amici's once when it first opened, but the pizza was a bit greasy. We weren't satisfied with other places either (and we tried them all), so ...I started making my own gourmet pizzas at home with a pizza stone. I didn't always feel like taking the time to make pizza myself, though, and I've often had work to do and couldn't stop to make dinner. It was at those times, we would again try ordering out, without satisfying results. Tonight, however, we have just tasted the best take-out pizza we've ever had. It was the Basilico pizza with the special request "light on the oil". If they keep it up, our go-to pizzeria will always be Amici's from now on. We'll be the ones asking for "light on the oil". -

Amici's Pizza offers the best thin crust pizza I've had in this area, which is North End style-thin crust Italian pizza. Located off the main drag, the shop itself is very small and cozy geared towards pickup and delivery. There are a couple small tables.and a drink cooler squeezed in there.
Besides the pizza, they offer subs, salads, calzones, appetizers, ziti, dinners, and cold drinks. See the menu and special offers at http://www.amicispizze...
I stopped in here to grab some lunch and I ordered the $5 Lunch Special which includes 2 pizza slices, bag of Lays chips, and a can of soda (Coke products). The owner was very pleasant and welcoming and the slices were heated up in the oven right away.
The pizza slices were big and really good with the right amounts of sauce and cheese, not too greasy. The thin chewy crust was flimsy towards the center so I needed to fold the slices just like NY style pizza slices. I could barely finish one slice, so I saved the other slice for dinner along with the chips. That's what I'm talkin' about!
(4.5 stars overall-rounding up for good quick service)

Yahooo! I finally tried the thin-crust pizza here and it knocked my socks off.
A few weeks ago, I picked up a few subs from Amici's and they were good enough, but nothing special.
Tonight, I got a large pie with meatball and ricotta, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was tasty and crispy, the toppings were generous and fresh, and the owner, who answered the phone to take my order and was working the counter, was personable and cheery.
I am so glad I found a good pizza place to close to my house. I can tell Amici's is going to become a family staple in no time. -

The most important thing you need to find out after moving to a new place is... where do I get a good pizza? Lucky for me, Amici's is only three doors down. It doesn't look like much but I hit a pizza gold mine on my first try. They have a crispy sorta-thin-crust pizza (which is perfect for me, I don't like super-thin crust) with great sauce and fresh toppings. And they claim they will custom make you a pizza in any shape you'd like (with advanced notice of course). I did try a meatball grinder here, which was only OK. I am still looking for a good grinder in the area, but I don't need to look any further for a great pizza.
They do deliver, though I can just walk over and pick up my pie. And they are closed on Sundays unless it is a special occasion, like the Super Bowl or Valentine's Day. -

Pizza was good. The crust is very thin and great out of the oven. Wait until it gets home and it turns a little chewy. Good traditional thin crust. I do prefer Pizza King in Lawrence over Amici's. Slices are huge.
Tried a couple of their pasta dishes and was disappointed. -

Best Pizza in the area! I drive from Salem to get my pizza from Amicis, and it is worth it everytime! Consistently delicious and fast and friendly service! Once you try it- you'll be hooked!

drove past the place the other week on commute home and though i live in another part of N. Andover and had been dissatisfied with a number of local pizzerias since i move here, didn't like the neighborhood convenience type appearance. I thought that alone would discount it for me but later looked at some reviews and got curious. Pizza is a highly subjective, individualized dish for most and i prefer nothing but thin crust, genuine italian. You get that here with fresh ingredients. Had the "ginormous" deluxe pizza and boy was it good an 18 inch orgy of italian ingredients. I can vouch for the owner's friendly demeanor, he's truly into good customer skills as well as making a good pie. Not the disappointing experiece i had after trying some other well reviewed and poorly reviewed shops in the area. Again this was just an endorsement for the pizza, i couldn't comment on the other menu items. coupons just good for pickup or eat in, i believe.
