Good Clean and Cheap stay.
Right off the hwy (i5) but now noise. Includes parking, breakfast and only ~100 +taxes. (walk in $, weekday in end of Aug 08)
Shower had great power, bed was a little soft, breakfast was std (OK). Microwave, mini-fridge, free wifi, pool. Very close to *bucks and Safeway, works great. Overall great value, would highly recommend for business travels.
A nice hotel in a nice quiet section of Olympia. There's lots of trees around keeping the noise down, making pine fresh smells, and giving me nice things to look at from my room's window. The hotel is spotlessly clean with nice quality furniture and beds. There's a coffee maker in the room (the supplied coffee is pretty skanky though), a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, and a fridge. Free wifi in all rooms, and a wired Ethernet outlet in the wall by the desk. No Cat5 cables though so bring your own. The cable TV channels are a little odd and perhaps too many bible channels for my taste.
That's not nearly as odd as the telephone in the bathroom though. Yes you read that right. the "tel" in Ameritel must be short for Telephone as there is a telephone by the bed, another phone 10 feet away on the desk, and yes a phone within reach of the toilet.
The woman at the front desk gave me a chocolate chip cookie. It was tasty.
