I am so impressed with the Baymont/Amerisuites. We stayed there for a few days, and I suddenly needed to fax about 20 pages, long-distance, and I was in a hurry. I asked at the desk if there was an office services shop where I could do this, and the clerk generously offered to fax it all for free and let me pick it up at my leisure.
I came home from a relaxing vacation and shortly thereafter got a bulging envelope from the hotel with a personal note: "You checked out...leaving the enclosed document at the front desk. It has some very important information on it, and I didn't feel comfortable even shredding it, so I decided to send it back to you. Not sure if it was anything you wanted, but I wanted to try returning it to you anyway."
The staff just made this a five-star hotel, in my opinion. -

When I read all the reviews about this place on the net, I was scared, wondering what I had just paid for. I even called my mom, crying that I may have just booked the hotel from hell.
All that changed when we arrived. Although the hotel is a bit far away from the city, and hard to find, the staff was courteous and the rooms were pretty nice. They were very spacious, and had a microwave and fridge, as well as a big bathroom and bed. The one thing that drove me crazy was the automatic air freshener, but we had that taken care of.
The outside area is beautiful! Everything is Spanish-style and there's a gorgeous fountain. I would definitely return.Listed in: Florida Girl
