I used Jim at Ameripro to finance my home. While I don't have other experiences to compare to, I can't imagine it gets any better than these guys. Everyone at their office has been very helpful and professional. Definitely worth giving them a phone call.

I would not recommend Ameripro funding for first-time home buyers. We worked with Gordon McMaude who was wonderful at securing the loan and was very knowledgeable about the industry. However, his assistant has been awful to work with. She is extremely curt in emails, is not clear with her instructions, takes an exorbitant amount of time to answer any questions, and MISPLACED our financial information. Everything was extremely disorganized and I felt like I was way more stressed out about the application than I should have been.
Maaaaaaybe this would have been a little easier if we had been through the process before and knew what was going on, but I don't know. I will probably have nightmares about working with Ameripro for years to come...
