This Amerihost is but a few years old. The rooms are a little small but very clean. Everything is very clean and new looking! Parking? Hellz yeah! Even for your big rig or Class-A motorhome. Indoor pool, computer with interyelp access, vending machines, ice machines, and the room access is interior...meaning closed off to mosquitoes and termites during the summer. And if you forgot your toiletries, they have complimentary ones at the front desk so you don't have to drive the 0.2 miles to WalMart.
This is one Motel that makes you feel like you're at a Hotel. The best part is that not only do they have little cute coffee makers in the room, but there is an evil *$ down the street. -

I'm being generous with the stars primarily because this is the best bet in town. The room was clean, the sheets were dingy white, the pillows bumpy, nice breakfast service, good wifi, nice service desk, but the bathroom sucked. I hated the shower. I don't have much hair so when I shampoo it shouldnt take long to rinse out. Not in this shower. I of course got the "special" room because I booked through priceline. Got what I paid for.
I came here for an overnighter to do some racing at Thunderhill Raceway. If I come back to the race track, I'll stay here again. This time I'll book through the hotel directly. -

The hotel was on my good graces from my last stay for the 24 Hours of Lemons but now they deserve minus 2 stars for their terrible customer service.
Rewind this about a day ago when travel plans were changed. I called the Baymont to notify them our changed check-in date. The service rep. tells me she can't find my reservation but she'll call me back. She never called me back. She didn't even ask for my call back number until I asked if she needed it.
12 hours later I call to check the status at which the customer rep. tells me they definitely don't have my reservation and they are sold out. She doesn't even apologize and tells me I can try at 12 noon and see if I have any luck then.
-1 star for losing my reservation, this isn't a tough job--how can they f*ck that up?
-1 star for blowing me off and not even apologizing. I had to scramble to find another room and thankfully I did at the Days Inn. -

Now called the Baymont. Need a place to stay before getting up at Dark:30 in the morning to hit up Thunderhill? This is your spot. Clean, A/C for those 160 degree summers, HBO, and fresh Belgian waffles in the morning. There is an indoor pool for the bench racing (or arguments) that is useful the night before a track/race event. Why do they even need a pool anyways? It's not like it's a resort. Ask for the special Thunderhill rates.
Bonus: few vending machines. Some that dispense sodas, waters etc... And 1 that dispenses nothing but M&M's. -

By far the nicest hotel in Willows. Room are clean. The shower is nice. Pool is excellent. A little bit further walk to places since its on the 'edge' of town. Excellent parking to back trailers in and out of the place.
