After reading reviews on Americlean, I was rather shocked to see how well our carpet cleaning went. Our technician's name was Michael C i would suggest you ask for him, he didn't push us into buying anything that we didn't want to and he was an honest guy. Michael told us where we needed pre-treatment and where we didn't. Many other companies charge for large area pre-treatments even if it is not needed.
I concerned about getting scammed by this company as many people had stated on yelp. However, after reading the flier that we used to to call them with I noticed that they list terms and conditions for a carpet cleaning, these terms and conditions stated that pricing would change based on the condition of the carpet. upon reading these conditions I wasn't too shocked when he told me that the cleaning would cost more than what was adverstised. Even with the increase in price Americlean was nearly half of what other companies had quoted us.
I have to say I can not be more pleased at how our carpet looks. It is bright white and vibrant again. -

Bait and Switch....Okay I know, I know, No one can show up and clean your carpet for 4.95 a room ...I knew that was to good to be true but I figured that with the 15.00 travel fee the most I could hope for, at that price, was the technician to drag the machine around with water ....if I wanted soap and scotch guard it would be twice as much ....well I was wrong for them to drag the machine around with water was twice as much the original quote, which was just a lie. I had 3 rooms, stairs and a hallway the quote was 360.00. Just so you know, that quote was for the soap, spot treatment and scotch guard. That price might not be bad but I didn't want to give my money to a criminal business.
My fault because I hired a criminal and hoped it wouldn't be too bad...it was awful...it took him an hour to set up and get me the quote...I gave him the travel fee and asked him to leave several times. He then called his boss to negotiate a price, which told me to calm down, I was being hysterical ( I might have been a little) ...it's worse than buying a used car ...I then informed his boss that I needed the technician to leave my home or I was calling the police....it was ugly and my carpet is still dirty ...I am sorry I didn't yelp this company first. -

Bait and switch, attitude, and left our house a mess!
They were supposed to do a steam clean of our love seat and sofa for $85. When the guy got to our house he wrote up a contract costing $325. Then when I told him I only wanted to pay the $85, he had to clear it with his boss and gave me attitude.
After he was done, he left the floor and wet and dirty.

I got my new carpet installed from this palce. Their pricing is pretty cheap. They have a wide variety of carpeting to choose from. Also, the people here are helpful and don't push you to buy from them-- they let you take your time.
