We were here this year for a birthday party.

We had one of the private rooms, which was just okay.  The worker lead the kids in some games, buffet, and cake.  Not bad I guess...not great either...kinda greasy.  Incredible it was not.

I get that it's a pizza buffet, but I've been to cheaper pizza buffets that certainly had a better quality pizza plus had a wider variety.  When we were there, there was about 3 different varieties plus breadsticks. Really? Certainly not worth the price of admission.

Games were fairly well maintained, and a nice plus is that they have gone ticketless (you know, the ones you get at ski-ball).  All of your "tickets" now get added to your gamecard.  Definitely a better variety of games than Chuck-E-Cheese.  I just wish they had their pizza.

It gets three stars because my toddler loves it and I'm kind of into the Go-Kart racing. Food is ok - not even remotely healthy, pizza is super greasy, salad bar is just meh. The cookies are tasty. Lots of games for kids, just not sure when any of them have been cleaned last. Or ever.

Friday nights you can get a bonus for game play cards - buy 10, get 5 bucks free; buy 20, get ten bucks free, etc.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE have a Birthday Party at Incredible Pizza!!  This place is the most unorganized, un-helpful, understaffed, uneventful, saddest excuse for a birthday party venue I have EVER in my life seen!  NOT TO MENTION, the most expensive place we could have picked to have my sons 6th birthday party at!!  What a complete WASTE of money!!

If there was an option to give this place ZERO stars, I would.

We arrived on time, 15mins early as suggested, and waited 20mins  (now 5mins into when our party was supposed to begin) to even be helped at the front desk -- only to be told that our party "attendant" was not quite ready for us yet and we would have to wait some more.  Not ok.  Meanwhile, all the kids were arriving and waiting in the lobby area which was now packed with parties waiting to go inside.  I made a fuss about it, so the manager came over and took our party to the party room, they had to quickly change rooms for our party because I was not ok with waiting any longer -- nor should I have been for a party that cost me well over $250!!  Ridiculous!

We arrived in our party room, which was set up well enough I suppose, and they told us to go ahead and get some pizza.  So the kids and adults went through the buffet, ok, fine.

Once the pizza was eaten, I flagged down our "attendant" to get the ice cream cookie cake I ordered, and when she brought it out, I was SHOCKED to find what looked to be a makeshift, halfway burnt cookie "pizza" with soft serve, not ice cream, sandwiched inbetween the 2 cookie "pizza's".  The cookie was hard, not soft as I had imagined, it was also very plain with no real icing on it other than, what looked to be, a teenager's cursive version of "Happy Birthday Evan" written on the top.  So ... where was I supposed to put the candles in?  The "attendant" says to stick them in the icing, uhh -- ok?  That was a complete waste of $12.99.

The "attendant" played 1 game of simon says and that was about all she did other than clean up our plates and bring us our "cake".  Why was she there again?  This was completely unorganized, almost mass chaos.

After the presents were opened and the kids were ready to go out and use their cards for the games, we only had 15mis left!!!  Really?!  Time management people -- I am not supposed to be the one moving things along, the "attendant" should have given us better clues as to what time it was and that our party was almost over!!

When we finally got out into the play area, most of the larger activities (bumper air boats, go-carts) were only running at half capacity!  Out of the 5 bumper boats, only 3 were running, out of the 12 go-carts, only 7 were being used!!  They had a 1.5hr wait on the go-carts!!  REALLY??  Cuz, I only have 15mis before every single one of my guests is being picked up by their parent.

I also ordered goodie-bags which were no where to be found, and when I went to tell our "attendant" that I would just like a refund because all the kids had left, she said, "well, I can give them to you and you can give them out when you see them again"  Huh?!  NO!  I want a refund.

I went into this party with high expectations because of the amount of $$ I put up for this, and I came out of this extremely and thoroughly dissatisfied with what I received.

Disappointed would be a complete understatement.

Great place to bring the kids for an afternoon.  We went during the lunch special.  While the food isn't great, it is what I would expect at a pizza buffet.

This was our first time visiting this location (had been to the South County location a few years ago and hadn't been impressed there either).  First of all, the food is very mediocre and I would hardly use the word "incredible" to describe it.  It's pretty expensive too considering the lack of quality ($7.99 adult buffet plus .99 required drink purchase and $4.99 kids buffet plus .99 required drink purchase), so beware that you'll spend a pretty penny to eat and the buffet purchase is required upon entry.  Next up: the dining areas are not the cleanest.  The floors are sticky (and we went at opening time!) and the tables were not clean.  Next up: the arcade area is disappointing.  About 25% of the games were out of order, and many of them take your money off the card and then don't work.

I can safely say we will never go there again.  If you are looking for games for the little ones, Chuck E Cheese (as horrible as it is) is probably a better bet only b/c you don't have to purchase food to play the games there.  And Swing Around Fun Town is a better bet if it's nice outside and you don't have to be inside.

My advice is to steer clear of the "Incredible Pizza Company" as the only thing incredible about it is how bad it really is.

This place is probably four stars for children, two stars for adults and teens.

I went here for a 4th birthday party for my cousin (once removed).  They rented out a party room, which was... well, just a room.  A nice touch was that there was an employee who kind of managed the party for them -- she played a few games with the kids, guided them to the buffet, and when they opened presents, she recorded who each present came from.

The food is pretty "meh."  The cauliflower at the salad bar was all brown, the soft serve ice cream had a really bizarre texture, and the pizza was *at best* comparable to Pizza Hut and they didn't have a whole lot of selections sitting out.  But if you're a 4-year old kid, you're going to be happy because it's pizza, right?

Games were better for kids than adults.  They have some fairly slow go-karts, some bumper cars, mini bowling, and mini golf.  Nothing terribly thrilling, and they charge for each game you play.  They have some games that give out tickets for prizes, some arcade games geared towards kids, and some arcade games geared more towards teens and adults, but the selection isn't all that big.  At least, not compared to Dave & Buster's.

But if you're bringing a kid, it might be a good alternative to Chuck E Cheese's.

Not very well organized. Machines not spitting out tickets, 2 hr wait to ride go-carts! Not very good for free spirited kids who want everything ready and working.
