Awesome place! Wish it was open for dinner. The staff is amazing, friendly and keeps the food and drinks coming. The food is amazing; home style cooking with large portions and good selection.
It's a small, quaint place that's kept clean and maintains a focus on quality of food and great service. We go here as often as we can! -

We stopped here first before reading the reviews since they have several street signs advertising their restaurant. Now that I've read the reviews after the fact I can say they definitely weren't close to what we would have expected. We waited quite some time before our waitress found the way to our table. It's a small place so it shouldn't have been too difficult. We were never offered refills on our coffee or Pepsi. I was half finished with my breakfast before my husband's breakfast of half-cooked pancakes arrived. When we asked the waitress where his order was she indicated they were busy in the kitchen. What does that have to do with one person at a table being served their meal while the other one watched? When his breakfast finally came the pancakes weren't completely cooked. He pointed out the doughy pancakes to the waitress and her comment was "they are? huh?" and then, she walked off. My eggs were ordered medium well and served over easy. That was the end of it.
Portions weren't large. They were just normal .. whatever that is. Hash browns were fresh and great. Prices were average for the area -- not really higher and certainly not lower. Service was definitely poor. Now I'm wondering about the earlier reviews left by Woodland folks? Either way ... we certainly won't be going back. -

Wow! The very best omelet I have EVER had. Great service and atmosphere - so much so that one of the reasons we stayed in town an extra day was to come back and have the Grandma's Favorite Omelet (with shrimp and a side of sauteed mushrooms) again! We'll be back for sure.

A great day for a motorcycle ride. So headed up to Woodland to try this place out. Don't be deceived by the appearance outside. The food was great, along with great customer service. GPS fans beware. The are located on the East side of I5, on the way to Cougar. My GPS had me heading West. Give this place a try!!

My son and I ate here a couple of mornings while staying in Woodland on our hiking trip. Unbelievable! Food/Service/Price was all top notch. One morning I had the shrimp and spinache omlet with toast. It was probably a 5 egg omlet completely stuffed with fresh shrimp and spinache. For $9. Next time I'm in the northwest I will make it a point to come here!

I heard this place was great. We went for breakfast and the chicken fried steak was gross and had a sour taste. I couldn't even eat it!

Best place to eat on the way to Mt. St. Helens. Great food, great people and great service. The only downside is that they aren't open for dinner.

When I walk into America's Family Restaurant I could have mistaken it for my grandma dining room. I was welcomed right in and promptly taken care of, given a charming menu with such descriptive titles as Britney's can't decide, or Sebastian's breakfast bowl ( I highly recommend). I was overwhelmed with great service, my water or coffee never went dry. My food was given to me in a timely manner, and it was wonderful. All in all this was a great breakfast experience, don't pass this little gem. A welcome throw back to 1950's where customer service, quality meals was the staple.
