Review from Lanie L.
I spent less on a hotel room per night than a ticket to disneyland!!!
I had a great great great experience here. I can't get over how cheap this place is and what a pleasant experience we had here. The walking distance to Disneyland is so close, it's closer than my dorm room is to my classroom during freshman year!
The people who own this place is this sweet family who doesn't talk a lot but are super helpful and friendly. We checked in no problem, parking was plentiful, and we stumbled inside our $50/night bedroom which contained 1 Queen Bed, a fridge, microwave, coffee pot with instant coffee packets, drawer, small table and chairs, a tv, a clock, and a bathroom with a bathtub, towels, and some cheap complimentary soap. and of course, a bedside drawer containing the Holy Bible. DUhhhh.
The first night, we had driven in from the bay and we were too tired to do anything, so we stayed in the hotel room and watched tv all night until we passed out. There was a heating/ac unit but beware, it's loud!!! the room is too stuffy without it though.
Bathroom was clean, I even took a bath and it felt amazing after walking around Disneyland all day. towels are scratchy though.
The sheets are not the greatest quality. We brought our own blanket so we didn't have to use their scratchy ones.
Our room was cleaned while we were at disneyland and the best part was when we came home and they lined up our stuffed animal friends next to each other on the bed. perfect.
In the morning, there's pastries, donuts, juice and coffee. Gets you up in the morning basically.
There's a large pool outside but we didn't have time to take a dip.
Bottom line: A very inexpensive hotel that provides you all the basic amenities and is clean, friendly, and perfect for disney travelers. Why pay $200 for a room that you only spend 8 hours in?? If I found myself going to disney again, I'd book this place right away. -

This place is perfect if you want something close to Disneyland (about a 5-10 minute walk), and a place to just crash at. I stayed in their mini suite with my boyfriend, little sister, and my little sisters boyfriend. The sheets were thin, but clean, and our refrigerator worked (some other reviews said theirs didn't). Overall for the two nights that we stayed there for I was pleased with the experience. It's nothing special, but it was just a clean place to crash at. I wouldn't mind coming back here for another quick SoCal visit.
And if you're into having a big hot complimentary breakfast then don't come here. Their comp breakfast is more for people who are in need of something on th go. It includes, Danishes, coffee, and orange juice. Check in and check out procedures were also pretty simple, and the parking lot in the back was on a first come first serve basis for customers - but convenient. -

I booked one night at this hotel for the same reason as everyone else - a cheap overnight for a weekend at Disneyland.
But even taking the super reasonable price into account, I can't give this place any more than 2-stars.
I would expect any budget hotel to offer less-than-comfy linens and pretty hideous decor because, hey, you get what you pay for. But I didn't expect itchy, threadbare blankets or lumpy pillows. The coup de grace was the USED condom under the bed. It was almost ironic that we found it in such a crappy, honestly horror flick-esque room.
The advertised breakfast comprised of squished muffins in a dirty plastic case, complete with two flies buzzing around, and burnt coffee.
Find somewhere else to stay. This hotel takes things way past "cheap" and into just downright nasty. -

More like 3.5 stars for the cheap hotel room which was small, yet cozy enough for two people. The service in the office was nice and informative and the distance to Disneyland was a plus for me since I flew there and had no car to use. We had a very cheap room, but it was pretty clean, bed was comfy. Sheets were clean, fridge was clean. I knocked off one star because we had a microwave which didn't work and the shower (it was a little dirty but not enough to be grotesque --more like little spots on the floor).
We only stayed for two nights and left during the day, so we were satisfied for the price that we got our room at. If you're looking to stay for more than 3 days/nights and you're not comfortable with simple hotel rooms I wouldn't suggest this for you. But if you're a very open-minded person and looking for a good price, I'd check this out. Don't knock it till you try it. -

This hotel...motel whatever you decide to call is worse than any hotel you can see in a horrible 70's slasher film!
If you're trying to save money while staying at Disneyland and are thinking this place seems nice...pack your bags and run!
The rooms are tiny, disgusting, I'd rather stay in a used frat boys bed after finals week then stay in this room. The beds literally felt like stacked cardboard boxes covered with sheets.
You may think you're saving money but just fork up a little bit more cash and stay at a reputable hotel near Disneyland. -

If you are short on cash, but need to stay near Disneyland, this is the place!
The staff was very friendly and accomodating to us. We had 2 adults and 8 pre teen GIRLS...oy what was I thinking!
Beware though because the rooms are very old and a little musty...but they were okay. I slept with a sleeping bag liner on the bed so that I wouldn't have to use their sheets.
They say free continental breakfast but when we went, there were only 2 small danishes left. When asked if they were putting out more the lady behind the counter giggled and said no. NOT FUNNY :(
You do get what you pay for so don't expect much from this place, I did my homework before I booked and had low expectations.....bleh. -

A barebones suite hotel. Clean, few amenities, microwave, fridge, two twin size beds in one room and a queen in the other. "Continental breakfast" consists of Entenmann's donuts cold from the fridge, but the kids don't care. Owner very friendly if slightly hard to understand.
For $109 a night within walking distance to Disneyland: a darn good deal. And frankly, after all the in your face multimedia extravaganza of Disneyland, simple hits the spot.Listed in: My Family SoCal Adventure

Cheapest hotel around, which is still within walking distance from Disneyland. Trust me, I spent over 5 hours looking for a cheaper place for around the same distance, and none of them will come close to this one.
My bf at the time, and I stayed for 2 nights and paid $65 a night. Our room had a queen sized bed, 1 jacuzzi, 1 closet, and 1 bathroom.
Jacuzzi was dirty and we didn't feel like cleaning it out so we ended up not using it. There was no wall separating the jacuzzi from the bedroom either, so if your blinds are open, then it's a free show for the passerbyers!
Bathroom was alright... until we saw the bathtub that is! They had some complimentary bath soap, shampoo and conditioner next to the sink. Many towels were provided. Bathtub.... was way beyond dirty, and the pole thing that held up the shower curtains kept falling down! :( Absolute disaster.
The bed part was fine. Sheets were comfortable. Blanket was a little scratchy. Other than that, not really any complaints.
The room also sported a TV, dresser, alarm clock, lamp.. and some other furniture, but I didn't really take too much notice since I wanted to spend most of my time at Disneyland. Overall, the hotel was fine, since I was only looking for a place to sleep for the trip, but if I had to stay in a hotel for longer than just those several days, I'd rather pay more for something cleaner and more comfortable. -

We were directed to this hotel after the hotel that we had originally booked said that their air conditioning didn't work. (I'm glad we didn't stay there..b/c it was a bit sketchy from the outside --I won't name the hotel..since that wouldn't be a fair review.)
The room was clean and there wasn't much noise - despite us staying in a room located with a window facing the main street. It's walking distance from Disneyland, so you don't need to drive there.
Overall, not a bad place...when all of the other hotels area already booked. -

This is actually a great place for the bargain. For 50$ I got a Suite unit with 2 rooms, 1 king bed in the main room and 1 queen bed in the other. Clearly this Inn is designed with families in mind for the Disneyland, but doesn't hurt for the couple too! Bigger the better!!
Overall it's very clean, spacious and well organized. It's about half a mile from the main disneyland entrance, and walking distance to some good restaurants.
Wireless is what really shines in motel, very fast and they don't wait for you to ask for the access.
America's Best INN really outdone my expectation, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Disneyland on the budget, (like it is not expensive enough already.) you'll definitely get a lot for the bargain. -

I really liked this hotel. Don't go there expecting a luxury hotel room though. This room had the necessities and that's about it.
Pros:
Comfortable bed
Good size fridge, microwave and a coffee maker
Very close to Disneyland. It was about a 10 min. walk.
Close to restaurants & the Garden Walk.
Very friendly staff
Cons:
Housekeeping schedule is weird. They clean from 9-6 p.m. It was disappointing to know that we walked into a dirty hotel room at 5:00 p.m.
If you're taking the shuttle BACK to the hotel, it's the last stop. You're better off walking esp. if you take the last shuttle at 12:30 a.m. On the other hand, if you're taking it TO Disneyland, you'll be there at the very next stop.
Like i said, there's nothing breathtaking about this hotel but as you can see... the pros outweigh the cons. -

Bargain! This is the cheapest hotel within walking distance of Disneyland, and I mean walking! (3 blocks-7 min walk) Alot of hotels advertise that they are in "walking" distance, but they consider 1+ miles as walking distance!!
I surprised my boyfriend to a trip to Disneyland for Valentines day. Every hotel that i searched that was near Disneyland's entrance was $130+. Almost giving up, I stumbled upon this place. I was shocked it was so cheap and so close that i searched for reviews. I was expecting to hear things like they had roaches and or filthy rooms, but it was quite the opposite. Its clean and the rooms didn't smell funky. The rooms though are BARE BONES. For me it didn't matter that it was plain and lacking the foo-foo soaps and complimentary lotions ect., we were only staying for a night and a clean place to lay my head was all i needed.
The attendant was nice enough to let us park at the hotel before our check in time so we could walk to Disneyland and afterwards when we checked out the next day. The only thing I can complain about is the walls are REALLY thin and you can hear conversation from next door. But all in all, you cant beat the price of $57 a night within reasonable walking distance from Disneyland. We will definitely be staying here again for a Disney trip. Oh and TONS of GOOD food options a few doors down! -

Hi,
I just wanted to write a quick review for these guys because I had a good stay at their motel. Its a block from the convention center and a couple of blocks from Disneyland.
Its run by a really nice Indian family. The room was well sized and everything worked fine. It had HBO and wireless, although the channels were a little fuzzy and the wireless slow. The rooms were very clean and had a microwave, frige and coffee maker. There was also a pool and jacuzzi which was really nice after being on my feet all day. I also used the tub in the bathroom for a nice soak.
I was in town for business, working a booth at a trade show at the convention center. They were nice enough to let another employee leave her car at the motel and were nice about me leaving my car there for the day after I checked out.
The free breakfast was just donuts but there were lots of food choices within easy walking distance, IHOP, California Pizza Kitchen, etc...
For the money, I would definitely recommend this place. I give it 4 stars because they were so nice and the room was very clean. I just can't give it 5 because it was a basic motel though. My opinion it was definitely a good value for the money. -

call me a hotel snob, but i can't help it if i want to stay somewhere comfy and clean. especially for three nights. i mean, this place isn't a jail cell, but i'll admit that i HAVE been spoiled by las vegas hotels. therefore, i do not have high expectations for anaheim hotels when i go to disneyland.
it's definitely a good price for a suite that has four queen beds. but it looked kinda dingy. the walls were so bare, the decor was just...not there. there was one bed in a room by itself, and the other three were in the "main room."
good things about the place:
price ($139 per night)
four beds that aren't too bad
microwave
refrigerator
the people seem nice
close to disneyland (walk a couple of blocks)
complimentary continental breakfast
bad things:
the dinge
the shower was a little dirty
no alarm clock
complimentary continental breakfast (this means danishes and donuts, danishes and donuts, danishes and donuts...for crying out loud, i'm frickin' SICK of danishes by now!)
and the bathroom...our toilet (with one flush!) overflowed! there was some kind of leak, and the water was just pouring all over the floor. so we call the front desk, and they said they would bring up some towels so we can wipe it. TOWELS?! WHAT THE FRICK, TOWELS?! our toilet is frickin' leaking and you want us to soak it up with TOWELS?! then they said that they didn't have a cleaning staff on hand. but dude, seriously, that's just not working out for us.
eventually a dude came and fixed it. but i still think that toilet is kinda wonky. like how i always have to jump away when i flush the toilet 'cause it splashes a little.
this place isn't bad if you're not picky about hotels like i am. it makes do if you're just there to sleep and go to disneyland. it's definitely convenient for that. just hope that you get a good toilet. -

Clean and simple..Friendly service and very inexpensive. Perfect for a quick one night trip to Disneyland. Bed and room were very clean. The bathroom was really clean..BUT the bathtub drain didn't look like it was cleaned out as well as it could've been(couple strands of hair). Tv had enough channels, very quiet building. Decor was lacking but I didn't mind. I noticed they used two different carpets to separate the bed area from the eating area. Ok? but i didn't mind that either...Ok so it's not as pretty as other hotels but It was nice and had all basics covered, bed, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and lots of space to put your things. So if you can't live without your towels folded into birds than this might not be the place for you.. I on the other hand definitely recommend this place and would come again. I came to disneyland on a budget and wanted to spend some quality time..with my 4 year old and I did. thanks! :)
