Came here to grab a sandwich at 7 am for the trip back home but they don't start serving sandwiches until 11am so I got a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee for about $8. Friendly and nice staff: service is outstanding.

The buffet line was too long and I regrettably ended up here. You'd think you can find more than just burgers and sandwiches but that's all they had. Our waitress mixed up almost every person's order, got something wrong with every order, and then brought up burnt toast.
I will not be back here again -

My bf and I came here after we had made the 3.5 hour drive from the Bay Area. Why we picked it? I don't remember...
...but I do remember the food. :(
I had Americana Melt and it left me with a greasy stomach. It was just too oily for my liking! ..and the potato skins were okay. I should have just had a soup or something non-fried.
Despite the unfortunate food experience, the service was good. -

Pretty much what you'd expect. A limited selection of acceptable (but not breathtaking) food at reasonable prices. The service was variable. One guy who made our sandwiches a couple of times was amazingly competent and fast. If I had a restaurant in the area I'd offer him a job in a heartbeat. A couple other employees seemed more interested in chatting than working.
The low point: many employees didn't seem to grasp the point of wearing gloves. They would touch their hair or faces, or open doors and go to other rooms, all while wearing the gloves. They would then resume handling food while wearing the same gloves.
The high point: the clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl is surprisingly good. I'd suggest sticking to that, as the sandwiches and chili were unremarkable. -

Food here is good. My family and I usually come here for breakfast and we never had a problem at all. Our waitress was friendly but it did take long to get our food. The price is reasonable and not too expensive. I'd usually order a Denver Omelette with waffles and its really good. The Rueben Sandwich is really good here too. I've tried a breakfast burrito and It was delicious. I've had a great experience here and never had a problem with this place. I will continue to go to this restaurant for breakfast and probably lunch too when I plan to go to Reno again.

Stopped in for brunch, not being hungry enough for the buffet where there was a long line. Single this time so took a counter seat. Almost ordered the Steak & Egg Special that's around $8.00 but the Omelet Lorraine caught my eye. 3 eggs, sauteed spinach, onions, diced bacon & swiss cheese. Sour cream on the side. Had fresh fruit instead of hash browns. Also really tasty rye toast.$8.25 Honestly delicious. More than enough food. I'll be back. Oh yeah. Great service too. Thank you counter waitress & even the busser or whoever poured me coffee & got me real 1/2 & 1/2. (:
