Not reliable. Sooo disappointed. Made a reservation two weeks in advance for a wine tasting limo for my 5 family members that came from out of town. I called twice and confirmed the date, gave them my credit card. When it was 15 minutes after the hour, I called to find out where they were. I was not in the appointment book, he had "forgotten", and said that he wasn't able to honor the appointment.
