While dealing with the difficult process of home buying for the first time, my own realtor has been very unhelpful. While an escrow company is "unbiased", Noreen from American Trust Escrow has been fair and helpful through the entire process. She is responsive, explains questions thoroughly (even when I'm slow to understand), and nice to boot! I would recommend Noreen to anyone needing an escrow officer.
