Things are tough enough out there without adding additional worry to ones plate. When it comes to choosing an Escrow company I only look to American Trust. I know I can count on their complete professionalism in dealing with both Buyers and Sellers and how smooth they make the entire process. I have plenty to do without wondering if the proverbial apple cart will be turned over. For years I have counted on them to do the most difficult job and they always come through with flying colors. You should, too!

This escrow company recently handled the transaction of my home purchase. Somewhere along the paper trail they mixed up my name. When I caught the mistake my realtor and I submitted paperwork to correct it, but they weren't able to correct it. American Trust Escrow recorded my name incorrectly with the County of Los Angeles grant deed and now I am receiving mail at home with the wrong name on it. A company that can't get a person's name right is clearly not paying attention to the "little" details in their work.
