I called ATS based on these yelp reviews, and was very happy with their service. I called and spoke with them on a Friday and had them out to fix my laptop the next morning. The service was pleasant, knowledgeable, and my problem is fixed in time for work on Monday!

We came to Denver to visit family and my husband's work computer stopped working. He had a lot of very important work that, of course, hadn't been backed up. Ed met us at our family's home *on a Saturday* got the computer up and running, set up an external hard drive and a cloud back up for extra protection and charged a very reasonable price.
On top of all that Ed is a great person!
Would highly recommend to anyone.

5 star customer service!! If you're having computer issues, call Ed! He was gracious enough to take time out of his busy day to help me with some stupid computer issue I was having. Dealing with computers, like anything, it could be 2,526 different things that could be the problem and trying to pinpoint that over the phone without knowing or seeing the computer is pretty tough. Just the fact the he was willing to help and get back to me multiple times without sounding annoyed or put-out was relieving to hear. I got my computer figured out and Ed definitely helped steer me in the right direction. I hope to never have a computer problem that I can't fix, but if I do... I'm calling American Tech Support!

I finally stopped procrastinating about having someone come over to help me clean up my computer and found this company. The tech support person who came over deleted files and solved every problem I shared with him. He also solved issues that I did not even know I had!!! He also taught me how to work with my computer in ways that I did not know. He was very patient, knowledgeable, efficient, capable and cheerful. My life has been greatly improved by the help I received and I am very grateful for this excellent company. I highly recommend them!

Ed is such a dream! I have a complex schedule of availability, and he was quite understanding and willing to work around any scheduling issues. He fixed my software installation problem, and I was up and running in short order. I will definitely be calling American Tech Support for my office IT needs in the future. Very professional!

Upon moving to Denver, we tried to set up our modem, wireless routers, laptops, and printers on our own. Our ISP modem/router was not great and kept failing (surprise). So we purchased a new router and enlisted Ed to resolve our networking issues. He is super knowledgeable, professional, and fast.
Fast forward 6 months later, issues pertaining to our ISP again caused networking issues. I work remotely with minimal corporate IT support so when systems go down, I need someone who can quickly respond or I am offline indefinitely. Called Ed in the morning and he was able to come by that afternoon and resolved all issues within the hour. Thanks Ed! Terrible and overpriced! He charged bunch of money for sitting round and talking about his family and homeschooling instead of fixing the computer, at the end told me to download the virus and after that he said my computer will start working, it never did. Ed said he will fix it for more money. We usually relay on reviews but in this case I think they are fake or lot of his neighbours,friends wrote them.

Computer issues can be SO frustrating and I rely SOLEY on Ed to help me with these issues. We have a very small office, so I can only do so much when it comes to IT. I know that Ed can always fix whatever is causing the problem. Call Ed if you need any tech issues resolved or to set up/change your system! He is usually there within 24 hours and often same day!

I've left 2 messages and have never received a call back. No one ever answers the phone. Not sure what is going on with this business but they apparently don't want my business.
