I recently have had to move, oh the joys!!! NOT. I wavered back and forth between hiring movers, or heaving all my crap to a big self storage unit, or hiring Pods type storage containers.... I decided on PODS. Well, sort of.... PODS is 3 TIMES the cost of American Storage in Santa Rosa for the exact same thing! American Storage, has great affordable rates, you talk to a live person who is very kind and helpful everytime you call, and they were efficient, and prompt. I would highly recommend American Storage for your moving and storage needs.. 2 thumbs up!

I was going to have a storage unit moved for me. Called around all over the bay. I wanted to go with a local company. Bad Idea. Scheduled the pick up, had the driver on site. He was looking for any reason not to do the job. So he tried to back up to the box, tried one time... I had traffic blocked both ways. So he leaves the truck blocking traffic, gets out of the truck walkes around it a couple times, then says he can't do it. This yellow belly hill billy driver is named Gary. Gary the truck driver that can't drive. Watch out for him? So I went with Jim-N-i storage movers. The owner even came out and made it happen like that! Go with Jim-n-i, not the loser American Storage. Suck it Gary.
I'm forced to give one star, but if I could there would be no stars.
