I was ripped off by this bank. Just check out the Honolulu Advertiser archive and you will see what I mean. The ripped of an elderly woman who took them to court and won. I will be switching banks. The people there are not very professional.
If you are new to the islands, avoid this bank. They ripped off an elderly customer and paid their way out of a lawsuit. They actually tried to have the elderly woman sign a contract avoid responsibility for it. A higher-up tried to fudge the documents regarding this whole affair. He resigned. Their so-called disgruntled security personnel turned them in to the FBI. He in turn got paid to keep quiet. It's like straight out of a movie. If you don't believe me, check the newspaper archives. This bank is corrupt. Don't entrust your money to these people. You're better off leaving it in a piggy bank. At least your piggy bank won't walk away with your hard-earned cash! Believe It or Not!
