My boyfriend and I moved from Orange County California to Bellevue Washington at the beginning of this month and used this company. They were amazing and professional from the customer service agent, the guy who gave us our quote, and the movers. They had the lowest quote out of all large moving companies and completely accurate. The movers called the day before to confirm, called the morning of to let us know what time they would be there and showed up on time. They were very professional and finished packing up a large 2 bedroom apartment in an hour and a half! They even managed to deliver all of our stuff a day before they had originally told us! Nothing was broken, scratched or missing and again they did it in an hour and a half! For all the people who had a bad experience, you probably treated them like they were servants and you got the service you deserved. Thank you Christine, Tony, Jesse and team! ( I forgot the other movers name, but that guy worked like a beast!)

I would give them zero stars if I could. The are a poor poor company that should be out of business..A nightmare to deal with from beginning to end. Dont waste your time and money with these unprofessional clowns. They were supposed to deliver my mattress last Saturday. Called me at 7am saying they will be on their way. I drove all the way across town to meet them at the designated spot and when they got there, they could not find parking. After parking for 20 mintues in the red zone they said they had to reschedule for today. I was told they were coming between 9-10am this morning but did not show up. After countless phone calls and voicemail messages, someone got back to me at 10:15 saying they will be here in 30 minutes. They actually arrived an hour later. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Their customer service is Horrible. Complete waste of my time.

By far the most unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful company I have EVER dealt with. Every time I attempt to contact someone regarding a delivery to Downey, CA, the receptionist is brash and never gives me clear answers. I have been trying to figure out for (2) weeks when our item is supposed to be delivered. They say they've left messages... nothing. They say they'll call me back with more information.. nothing. When I finally found out they're supposed to deliver it tomorrow, I called to see what time they'll deliver it and all I got was "you'll get a call later today" *click*. Seriously?! I'm over them and will NEVER use them again. I hope we even get our item tomorrow or if they even show on time considering the other reviews I saw on here. SMH. How do these people do business??

This company was subcontracted to delivery my sofa. They called me on 3/14 and said the delivery will between 9am - 1pm, and, too, that the driver will call me 30 minutes before he arrive. On 3/15 at 1pm, I thought he wouldn't come and I decided to buy something to eat. However, around 1:20, I got a phone call said that they would be at my house in 15 minutes. Then I rushed back to my house and found that they were gone. I called the driver but he didn't pick up. I also called the customer service and left my message to someone who might be responsible for this. They finally called me until 2:37pm and said I have to set up the re-delivery stuff. I gave them a call and tried to re-arrange it on 3/17, but they asked me to leave a voice message AGAIN. And now, I still haven't received any call from them....

I used American Relocation for my recent move from Los Angeles to Seattle. I was referred to them b/c they are a Mayflower Agent. I also called FlatRate Movers. Anyway, Amberly from Mayflower/American Relocation came over & gave me a maximum price quote. I really don't know if my move technically costs less or not, but let's be honest, you're naive it you think it will ever come out to less, so I appreciate a maximum price. I went with Mayflower/American Relocation b/c they quoted me $1000 less than FlatRate Movers.
American Relocation was esp great when I made multiple date switches b/c I needed to move later...then sooner than planed, and then stored my items when I found out my new place wasn't ready on time. My salesperson Amberly gave me his cellphone so I could contact him whenever I needed to...anyone who is in customer service or has clients know you never give out your cellphone number! The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is b/c when my stuff was getting delivered, there was only 1 guy. The other guy didn't show up apparently and that meant the delivery took longer than normal. He also was missing a box, BUT and this is a big BUT, I called and the driver looked for it, found it & delivered it later. Can't ask for much better than that. -

This company was sub-contracted to delivery a mattress to me. A day before the schedule delivery, they called me to let me know the delivery would take place between 11am - 3pm, and that the driver would be calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival.
On the day of delivery, at 3:01pm (AFTER the deadline and AFTER I had spent the better part of the day waiting), I received a phone call stating they would be at my house by 4pm.
At 4:08 (and still NO delivery), I finally tracked down the phone number and called customer service. They tried calling the driver, but he didn't pick up. Who knows if/when customer service will ever call me back and when/if my delivery will ever arrive.

This company was sub-contracted to complete a delivery for me. I took the day off work to wait at home during the scheduled peroid... that was confimed by them. Finally showed up at about 6pm!!! I shouldn't have taken the day off work. Call to talk to someone multiple times and the receptionist just kept forwarding me to different voicemails. I hope Overstock stops using them for deliveries. With this company, you can count on poor delivery service and voicemail!

As a Top Realtor, I take my vendors seriously, as they are a reflection on me - That said, I can say without hesitation that Bill Saleebey, and American Relocation & Logistics is as good as it gets - every client I have referred to Bill raves about his professionalism, his care, and his pricing - when it comes to moving, you can stop looking, because this company is the best there is! took 2 weeks and endless phone calls to get my mattress delivered even though they are only 5 miles away. if i knew it would have been this bad iw oudlnt have ordered. this sub contractor doesnt care about making deliveries.

This company was subcontracted from http://Mattress.com to delivery a mattress to me and my wife. The delivery date was arranged by phone calls via Gina several days earlier, and we were told that we would be informed the day before as to the 4 hour window we needed to be here. It turned out to be 0900-1300. As I was not able to be present at the time, my wife took the phone call 15 minutes before delivery----all within the aforementioned time frame.
Oscar and his assistant were courteous, safe, methodical, mindful of not knocking anything over, etc., and in-and-out in a short time frame. Excellent service gentlemen!
I want to add here that the way Gina helped orchestrate delivery and set up....that is what I call "taking the extra step" for customer care.
I would recommend this service to all. And, speaking from the consumer side to make it a smooth operation from the get-go: its all about communication and courtesy on the sides of both parties. Thank you, A.R. & L., you did your part! -

these guys delivered my couch. they were dicks. actually smashed parts of my doorway cause they didn't take off the bottom pieces of the couch beforehand. then i offered them some cash to take my old couch out and they wouldn't do it. sigh...

Can't say enough about Craig Fulmer and AM&L. I've used them for a major commercial move of 100 employees and Craig's organization of the move, training of staff and the teams execution were outstanding!! With all the planning it went off without a hitch and completely on time. I've also used them for 3 personal home moves, and yet again they came through with flying colors. I had stored several pieces of furniture with them for a few years and it came out looking exactly the way it went it. I'll use them again and again!
