If there was an option for negative stars this store would earn a negative 5. I bought my kitchen table from them on 5/13/2011 and it is a piece of crap. One of the chairs broken on the 3rd day and the table tops has a lot of scratches on it that I reported the same day the table was delivered. The 1st week there technician was to come out her was a no show. The second week he did show up and replaced the chair but tried to cover the scratches on the table with a wood marker... really a marker... I laughed... I didn't pay $600 for a table to have it colored on by a marker. Now they are trying to say my kids must have scratched the table top, but lets get one thing straight I called the same day within 20 mins after the table was delivered and reported the scratches and my kids were at there dads for the weekend further more my table has always had a table cloth on it and because I hate mess my kids eat on top of a towel on top of the table cloth.... mmmmm... I should have bought the table at Kmart because the one I got from here is the cheapest piece of crap.. Will be calling my credit card and having charges reversed if it's not resolved by 6/17/2011...
