SERVICE: So during our recent purchase of a home, our real estate agent arranged a home inspection for us as required. Derek was very thorough, even removing the cover of the utility box in order to inspect wires and the cover of the utility box itself. Every drawer and door was opened and every water source turned on. His inspection lasted a total of about 45 minutes (including out brief) for a 992 square-feet condo. Houses would obviously take longer. I liked that he spoke to us more than the realtors who were present. His focus is definitely on the customer, a definite plus. He took pictures of all the significant findings during his inspection and emailed a summary of our report with pictures and detailed labels documenting visually all of his findings. He emailed the report within 24 hours.
PRICE: Cost of about $225 after discount for being active duty military. He accepts credit card including AMEX.
CONCLUSION: What great service from someone who sincerely wants to do a good job and does it. Timely and professional. His emailed report was very well done especially with all the pictures. He is also military friendly and gives military discounts! I am glad our real estate agent picked out Derek for us! -
