Specialties

American Construction Benefits Group, LLC ("ACBG") is a parent holding company with a risk retention group subsidiary ("ACBG RRG"), and a risk management subsidiary, Contractors Risk Management Services, Inc. ("CRMS"). The Members of ACBG are 1st-Class commercial contractors who understand that the health and fitness of their respective workforces is a risk that can be proactively managed.

Membership in ACBG allows its Members to leverage group purchasing power, implement best-in-class risk management techniques to reduce claims, gain knowledge from the synergy of the group, and build equity. This gives ACBG Members a competitive edge over other contractors who are not managing the risk.

History

Established in 2005

American Construction Benefits Group, LLC (ACBG) was founded in 2005 to help contractors manage their employee health and productivity risk more effectively. The founding shareholders are Duininck Companies, LLC, Heussner Enterprises, The Jaynes Companies, J.D. Abrams, LLP, Phillips and Jordan, Inc., and Total Risk Management.

Together, we manage the risk more effectively because we own the risk and we share the risk with like companies. Through the ACBG Edge Process, contractors are able to lower their healthcare costs, increase worker productivity and safety, and build equity. We accomplish these goals by leveraging our group purchasing power, by implementing best-in-class risk management techniques and by leveraging the synergy of the group.
