I'm going with Consumer F. I would not recommend this club to anyone. I mean ANYONE. The place is gross and equipment is constantly breaking down. I feel sorry for the staff at the other gyms who get a bad rep due to the nonsense that works at that Murrells Inlet office.
Conner's Manager Ward is a jerk and idiot. A rotten banana has a better personality than him. Conner's assistant is the worst of all. She is lazy, slow and smug face jerk. As Consumer F mentioned she is unhelpful. To be such an assistant you would think she'd know something like when Mr.Conner would be in to answer questions.
My account was also debited fraudulent charges even when I did the required paper work and certified letter. So instead of doing honest work they are crooks. The rest of the staff looks like their miserable to be there.
Fitness Edge Crab Tree or Sky Fitness are much better than American Scum -

I am right around the corner from the location off Dick Pond but I drive out of the way to this location. You have a variety of machines, clean locker rooms and a variety of rooms to work out if you feel uncomfortable exercising around others. There is also a large room that only women can workout in. The staff is very welcoming.
