Great restaurant, I am a frequent customer and have never been dissapointed. The sizes of the dishes are huge, no exaggeration here, I can never finish my food in one sitting. It it's kinda off the beaten path if u don't know the area but don't let that fool you, always a pleasure.

Review from Rob N.
American Asian runs hot and cold.
If you're looking for decent Chinese-, Thai-, and Japanese-style eats, and lots of it, for a good price, this is your spot.
Hot and Sour soup is my Chinese restaurant litmus test. Here, about average.
Avocado salad: good, with avocado slices dressed with soy and sesame.
Lettuce wraps: not bad, and about twice the size you'd expect for $5.95. Honestly, a bowl of soup and these would make a decent meal. If ordering as an appetizer, share with up to four people.
Thai fried rice: pretty good flavor, interesting preparation. Grilled shrimp, not-too-oily rice, Thai seasonings and black pepper, and a generous amount of scrambled egg.
Spicy eggplant: Huge, but not very spicy. Pretty oily.
Hot tea comes via a Lipton bag in a pot of water, but service is prompt, food comes out quick, it's hot, and did I mention cheap? We had four apps and two entrees for just over $30. A nice touch - little, hot, fried donuts with whipped cream after your meal. -

It's mediocre at best,, but less than a half mile away and prices are not bad. My husband generally get the sushi, but i wouldn't touch the raw fish here with a 10 foot ball. The chinese food is typical, staff is friendly, and delivery is VERY quick! Sushi pieces are tiiiiiiiny, but the rest of the orders are huge and can be used for a couple of days worth of lunch depending on how many people are eating dinner!

First of all, what a name. This is a great example of "don't judge a book by its cover," a lesson I sometimes need to be reminded time and time again. Located in a little side parking lot with a 7-11 in Halethorp, just outside the city, this place is shockingly good. Worth a trip outside of Baltimore? No, but if you happen to be local or work in the neighborhood, this place is quite a find.
Lunch specials are well-portioned for their prices, and I can easily get 2 meals out of them. The eggrolls are fried perfectly, not greasy at all, but way too much cabbage for my tastes. The Thai dishes are my favorite, both the Thai Basil and the Thai Panang Curry are fragrant and flavorful, and all around outstanding dishes. -

Great takeout Chinese spot. Got the lunch special - love that they have it on weekends too. Usually I am wary of places that do Chinese/Thai/Japanese but we got all 3, and all were quite tasty.

Good, hot food. Service seems to be above average. I called in an order for a combo platter and they allow substitutions with no hesitation.

Good food and lots of it. The sushi is middle of the road. If I'm getting Sushi from there, I will dine in so that it's fresh. The Miami roll is mighty tasty. The appetizers are pretty standard for an asian place. As far as the hot dishes, I've had the soups, fried rice and noodle dishes, and numerous entrees and combos. My favorites,
Steam dumplings
Hot and Sour soup
Thai Pineapple fried rice
Mongolian pork and Panang Curry with Tofu
The prices are reasonable and it can get packed in there with locals and college kids. -

Quite possibly the best Chinese / Thai / Japanese restaurant in the area. Good selection, including a wide selection of sushi and maki.
The combo platters are really a good deal. A soup, egg roll, and healthy sized portion of your entree usually means leftovers, and all for around $7.50.
This place appears to do a good deal of business, and usually has several patrons who eat-in.
Eat in dining, carry out and delivery. -

Such a great neighborhood, delivery restaurant! We had our order taken and delivered within 30 minutes, which was great for starving kiddies. I asked for extra fried noodles and they sent 4 bags! The delivery guy was prompt and friendly - all around good experience.

Cheap and good food, they have a nice and varied menu, the wait staff was great and my meal of a shrimp Tom Yum and Pad Thai came out to less than $9. Tom Yum was good, Pad Thai was decent but for a quick meal it was great specially for the price.

Don't underestimate this little place! They have an impressive menu and their sushi is very good. I'm amazed at the variety of stuff they make - pretty much a full Chinese and Japanese menu (though I'm no expert here.)
My favorite part is the little pastries they give you at the end with an entree. Whatever happened when they switched management awhile ago I don't know - but the place is much improved! -

Just went to dinner there. It has a good variety. The 'Chicken Green Curry' was just right.
I've tried alot on their menu. So far, so yummy -

This is a real find for vegetarians. You can get pretty much anything with tofu. The whole menu, including Chinese, Thai, and Japanese, dishes is open to your protein choice: beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and TOFU. I will say some of the dishes are hit or miss... Panang curry with tofu = yum! lemongrass tofu = meh. Thai Basil tofu = pretty decent. I also enjoy a little Kung Pao and Garlic Sauce now and again. Overall, though, I'm a happy repeat customer.

Food was good and service was good. Had the shrimp in garlic sauce and it was plentiful and spicy. Wife had General Tao's chicken.'I would recommend as a nice out of the way place. Nice little gem in Halethorpe

I got tipped off to this place by a co-worker, and took the girlfriend to try it out last night. The pan-Asian menu was pretty comprehensive with all the standard Japanese, Thai & Chinese dishes present. We decided to try the shrimp toast, and a combo platter each of General Tso's chicken & Fried Rice w/ Won-ton Soup and Chicken Drunken Noodles w/ Miso.
The shrimp toast was pretty good, and spot on for what was expected. The soups were also both good (and it had been a while since I'd had a decent bowl of Miso, myself).
Girlfriend was pleased that the chicken was all white-meat, and the General Tso's was quite good. The drunken noodles were the perfect amount of spicy for me (good kick but not so much that it overtakes the rest of the dish) and had equal parts chicken, noodles, and veggies instead of a giant bowl of noodles and a bit of the rest like I've had elsewhere. There was enough to where I even had leftovers (which is a-typical for me).
We were quite pleased with the meal, and even with a couple sodas it was still under $25 for the both of us, when we got our fortune cookies and two complimentary donuts with a dollop of whipped cream. Nothing like surprise dessert to seal the deal. -

Cheap and tasty, but service speed inconsistent. Where else can you get a lunch for two for just over $10 and also have desert? (did I mention they give you a fresh doughnut) The food is always fresh (warm) and that ususally seems to affect when even the appetizer portions show up for a party (soups not coming with the egg roll, so you lunch partner is left staring while you eat). It is a bit out if the way, but well worth the stop. For folks who also can't decide on an Asian cuisine for lunch, is serves as the best compromise.

This place is a joke. What did they do...write thier own reviews??? HaHaHa! Bring a date!!! LOL. Crackheads. This is how it really goes down...first thing that hits you is the overwhelming smell of week old dead fish, wet socks and piss. But you are a sucker and read their reviews right??? So you have to try it. Service sucks. Friendlieness sucks. The place is a dump. You are left to thinking will I need a tetnus shot or die of food poisoning. Then the food arrives and you can't help but be overwhelmed again by the smell of death. I don't belive food can be more bland even it is just cooked in water. But who needs to taste anything when the food is so temperature hot necessary to kill all the living bacteria on it...your tastebuds will singe right off. Then all you have left to look forward to is the tasty dessert donut all the creative owners raved about in their self reviews while on dates with their wives or daughters. Wow!!! Cardboard, flour and sugar crystals!!! Yum! Impressive!!! Rest assured if I survive the night I wil NEVER be going back to this cochroach motel gourmet dining experience!!! Save yourselves...you have been warned!!!
