Restaurants are always a problem when we drive from California to New Mexico. I don't know which is more difficult to find in this part of the world: healthy food or delicious food. This place was a real surprise. The food was both healthy and delicious.

Ok, just driving down the road from Holbrook to Pinetop, Arizona and my wife, 4year old son and I were hungry, so I pulled out my blackberry and yelped Snowflake and found one good review. We stopped in and had a fantastic relaxing lunch. I had the lentil salad with warm goat cheese and my wife had a green salad and portobello quiche, they made a nice grill cheese sandwich with carrot wedges for my son. Chocolate pudding was for dessert... all was fantastic (my salad was best) we couldn't resist shopping a little in the store. We got some organic coffee, a t shirt some candy for my son and some children'ts probiatics that we can't find at our local store in Phoenix! Highly recommended!!!
