I hired Denny and his crew to remove a leaky tile patio, replace the waterproofing membrane (the patio is above our garage), and put a new tile patio back down.
They did a great job, worked incredibly quickly (including on Saturday), and did everything needed, including moving all of the stuff off the patio before demolition, putting it all back after the work was done, and re-painting the stucco that they replaced around the walls. Everything was on-time and on-budget.
One thing that should be noted is that Denny is very hard to understand sometimes. He is not a native speaker of English, and his thick accent gets in the way sometimes. I found it almost impossible to speak to him on the phone and feel confident that we both understood each other. However, all of our conversations turned out to be productive, and I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. So if you're worried about this, just relax. Everything will turn out fine.
