AMC Delancey bought my building several months (21/Walnut) ago from Signature Properties/Green Street Management. This past month, I ran into an issue with PECO that took weeks to resolve and Steve and Wade were amazing and on the ball to help me take care of it. The management was easy to get in contact with as well as professional to deal with and I felt confident that my issue was genuinely their concern as well.
The building has historical significance (pictures of it from 1923 can be found online!) and is currently going through exterior renovations and I couldn't be happier! AMC is giving the building new life and exposing the potential it has always had in the Rittenhouse area. I can't wait to see the final product! -

M and I were happy campers in our Delancey apartment. Oh so fancy on delancey. It's very fancy on old delancey! However, then our apartment was bought by AMC Delancey and Steve wanted to make our apartment even fancier.
He was pushy and thought just because he gave me a ride to 30th street station once that we were best friends. Then we started to have problems with our internet. M was not so happy if he came home from work and could not play bejeweled. This went on. Well I thought I'd call my buddy Steve. I texted him because we were buddies right? Then he was like lets talk on the phone about this like adults. Oh Steve I don't want to talk I just want wifi! They finally got it figured out.
We went from being able to pay our rent online to one time me having to run over to 8th and Arch and slipping it under the door. Not convenient especially when I used to have to commute on regional rail past the airport to work.
M still lives in the apartment with his friend. Wade is still the manager for the property and still pretty inconsistent. I'm happy I don't have to deal with them anymore! -

One word. Terrible. I would rather live on a park bench than ever give my money to this company. Don't let the "middle man" trick you. He is really the son of the owner of this company. I am sure there will be five positive reviews (written by the "middle man") that will follow my review. They always tell you to look them up on Yelp, so you can read the reviews that they type themselves.
