Tejel did an amazing job coordinating our wedding/reception.
After all the stress of planning the wedding, i was ready not to me stressed on the day of. Its amazing to not be stressed and worried about little things on your big day. She's definitely GREAT at what she does. Super professional and friendly. She made sure we stuck to our time-line, coordinated with all the other vendors about where they need to be, when and what they needed to get done.
I absolutely love her OCD tendencies! She's super reliable, professional, organized and just easy to work with. -

Tejel is smart and efficient. She will make sure that what you need and want will be what you get. I had the pleasure of working with Tejel at an Indian wedding as a photographer, and I literally photographed the couple's delight at the perfect decor and wonderful organization of their wedding day. They were pleased and so was I! Thanks Tejel for creating something wonderful for me to photograph!

Attended my friend's wedding which she planned. Great job, tough challenges through the wedding, she handled them all well. Being in a similar industry, I noticed all her hard work and heard what my friend had to say. If you are planning a wedding, Indian or otherwise, give this girl a call.

As an assistant I have noticed many things about Tejel that makes her an ideal wedding planner. She is well organized with her vendors, very friendly and outgoing, and always prompt. As a guest of many events (including but not limited to weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, and many special occasions) put on by Tejel, I can say that these events were planned with every detail taken into consideration to ensure the satisfaction of every guest. I definitely recommend Tejel to anyone looking to plan and execute a fabulous event.

When my husband and I talk about our wedding last weekend we always talk about Tejel. We booked her back in February after getting her name from our videographers. They spoke so highly of her that I had to meet her, and from the first moment I felt that she completely understood what we wanted for our fusion Indian-Chinese wedding. We had 4 months to plan and immediately she jumped on the opportunity. I really feel like when it comes to planning the biggest day of your life you need a planner who's not like totally on top of things but someone who can listen to you as a friend. We got both in Tejel!! She's amazing at responding to emails, just as fast as I would write it there would be a reply back! I could text her any time for anything and she always made me feel like i was the most important bride in the world even though I know she was working with other clients at the same time. What was important for us was that we live in Las Vegas and were planning a Cali wedding so I needed someone who could talk to vendors and go look at sites on my behalf. She came through like no one else I've ever worked with, she never pushed us to spend more money, this girl can bargain like no other! She worked SO well with all our vendors which I felt was really important and the vendors she chose for us were phenomeonal. And on the day of the wedding it went FLAWLESSLY. We were on time, everything went off without a hitch, and everyone had a great time. She took care of little things for us so we could focus on our wedding day. I have to say I have recommended her to ALL of my friends regardless where in Cali they are getting married. I want to plan another party so she can coordinate it!!! She is the reason our wedding was so beautiful and perfect!

After interviewing several full-time coordinators, and contemplating not hiring a coordinator at all, we decided to go with Tejel as our "Day-of" coordinator. As our "Day-of" coordinator, she basically took over vendor communications a month before the wedding and took responsibility of adhering to our wedding-weekend schedule. To be honest, we were initially hesitant going with Tejel since, at that time, we were her first Indian wedding clients. However, Tejel delivered with her performance. During the events, we basically saw enough of her where we were confident she was taking care of things, but not so much that we felt she was 'in the way'. She kept a good balance between keeping us informed (and getting our input/permission), without overburdening us with questions. Without looking stressed, she took on whatever challenges came her way, and it made me, as the bride, feel like I didn't have too worry as much.
Three important characteristics that made her stand out:
* Our vendors (most of whom had never worked with Tejel before) enjoyed working with her. That was very important to us. (As a bonus, she got along with our families as well!)
* She was always early to any meeting. The stress reduced by never having to wonder where she is, and whether she would get there on time, is invaluable.
* Tejel always responded to our emails/texts/voicemails quickly -- even at odd hours.
