Unfortunately I went here to visit my grandmother who's a patient here. It's kind of strange because I believe I've been here before as a kid to do Christmas caroling. Anyway- I walked in and the staff at the reception desk was friendly, polite and told me the direction to head where my grandma was in. The staff is friendly and seemed to handle and interact with the patients nicely. The front was nicely decorated for Christmas but in my grandmother's room, it could have used a little work (chipped dressers and a dented wall).
From looking at the calendar they have some pretty neat activities for the residents. Weekly visits from dogs, children... Tai Chi instruction, and even a "pretty nails" day. And from overhearing conversations in the hallway, they have a speech therapist and I believe rehabilitation specialists as well.
