Ok we were at costco yesterday, they had their new samples of chocolates for this winter. I tried the new Peppermint White Chocolate and OMG it was delicious!
We ended up buying a box of it. We might go back again tomorrow for more before the road show ends.
You don't have to be a diabetic to eat these yummy treats! I'm not diabetic and I'm tryly enjoying them.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I have been buying Amber Lyn Chocolates at Costco for several years. Two years ago, I tried to find their store but it was hidden in the back.
Now they have it in front and you can easily see it from Sunset Boulevard. I stopped in on the way back from doing some rock art exploring and I bought a supply of things you can only get online or at HQ.
All their candy is sugar free and it's delicious. I also tell myself that it has no calories either, but I know I'm kidding myself. Well, maybe not.
Thanks for the new store Amber Lyn. When I'm in St. George again, I'll stop in again. The staff was super friendly! -

I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. I was fine following the diet to the letter for the first couple of weeks but after that I longed for something sweet. I am 9 months pregnant after all, I should be able to eat something yummy!
My dad turned me on to this sugar free chocolate company. I am a little skeptical because my husband is a chocolate connoisseur, especially dark chocolate, and as a result, I have been exposed to some pretty fantastic chocolates.
My dad assures me that he tried them at a tasting booth in Costco and they are way above the sugar free chocolate standard. So, I logged onto their website and checked them out. My first order consisted of the coconut and mint truffles, a build my own box of chocolate bars, and a box of the milk and dark chocolate caramels. OMG! They were delicious!
I especially liked the coconut truffles and milk chocolate caramels. I just placed a second order yesterday for more of both. I can go back to the real thing once I have this baby in late March or early April but I will keep this place in mind if I am pregnant again and find myself temporarily diabetic or if I need to buy a treat for anyone who is diabetic. -

Excellent chocolates! Amber Lynn has been a relatively new chocolate brand that I haven't tried before. They are sugar free, but judging on the taste you would never know it. They get just as easily devoured as any other chocolate bar. I had the dark chocolate with cocoa nibs as well as one with milk chocolate with coconut. Both very delicious! If you don't live close to St. George, UT and not many people do(very pretty town though) you can buy these chocolates at Vitamin Cottage. Chocolate scores again!

Great sugar free chocolate. It's creamy and tastes as good as the premium stuff like Lindt or whatever it's called.
