The burfi-type desserts are excellent and fresh. The snack-mix type foods like sev are very good too. My family went there yesterday for the first time, and we are going back tomorrow! The prices are reasonable, there is a great selection, and the owners are very nice/helpful. If we lived closer, we'd go there at least once a week!

I found this place on accident with a friend. Definitely in a spot you wouldn't expect but the sign pretty obvious. Not sure why I never noticed it...
Anyway, this place is great. They have a pretty decent selection of vegetarian Indian cuisine as well as a nice selection of sweets that are out in a case for you to see. They also have a minimart of Indian goods. I'm not too familiar with them but it seems like a wide variety of items from "junk food" to a great selection of spices.
Everything I ordered was pretty darn delicious for a very low price. My friend and I ordered about four items off of the "snacks" menu, two samosas, and two sweets for about $12. We also had a hearty portion of left overs for the both of us.
One thing, if you are not familiar with Indian foods, definitely research Indians foods a bit. When we looked at the menu, there were no descriptions of the actual foods. We picked based on half remembering names of past orders from other restaurants and what words sounded fun.
If you don't research, the lady that works there is very nice and would probably be happy to explain some of the menu items for you.
Also, $10 limit for cards. Bring cash! -

Cute little mini-Indian grocery store with all the basics of Indian cooking you'll need. Plus, my favourite! A hidden kitchen in the back dishing out delicious, authentic take-out!
They don't have an extensive menu, and usually have 2-3 dishes that are fresh for the day -- as it should be! So you can pick up an entree for $6.99 plus some frozen naan, all in one stop for a v. satisfying dinner. Depending on how you time it, they also get in a good selection of Indian sweets delivered from somewhere in the area -- let's just say, jalebis that remind me of the motherland!
