I don't think I can say enough good things about Amanda. She helped me buy a unit in a TIC building in the city. I would have never gotten this place without her, there were a ton of bids on the place and I got the place because of her incredible expertise in the market and because of her ability to really build relationships and sell her clients. She is truly amazing.
Amanda is incredibly organized and will make life very easy for you. She really understands how busy people are and makes sure to give you enough information to keep you in the loop but not too much to bog you down. She is also very good at educating you through the entire process (e.g., I didn't know anything about TICs before buying my place). She is completely honest and trustworthy. She will tell you how it is to make sure that you know exactly what the situation is, no B.S.
I still call Amanda now for all kinds of advice (like now I am renting out my place) and do not know what I would do without her expertise. She will always be my go-to person for any property advice and I will recommend her to everyone I meet. -

I haven't used Amanda to buy or sell...YET. I met with Amanda to talk with her about our condo in Cow Hollow. She was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and she provided sound advice about what we should and should not remodel. She has been gracious in answering my questions. She is down to earth and straight forward, which I absolutely appreciate. I referred her to a friend, and Amanda helped her find a great condo. We have met with a couple other realtors recently, but Amanda's knowledge, performance record, and professionalism will almost assuredly bring us back to her when its time to sell.

I am a Realtor in the Oakland/Piedmont area of the east bay and having a specialist in the City like Amanda Jones and her team has been essential.
I have referred a number of clients to Amanda and they always call me with positive feedback. She is responsive, knowledgeable and diligent in her practice. On top of that, Amanda is fun to work with/be around.
Just the other day I was speaking with Amanda about a property she is listing and going above and beyond, even using some of her own furniture for the staging! Doing whatever it takes to make it happen for our clients is what it is all about in this business. -

Amanda is the definition of a straight shooter. She is very open and honest, and will tell you what you need to hear instead of just what you want to hear.
You will quickly notice that Amanda's goal is to build a long-term relationship with her clients, and not just to earn a quick commission like many agent do.
I am in the real estate business myself, and I like to seek Amanda's advice prior to making a decision on a property. -

We hired Amanda and her team to sell the remaining units in our TIC building .
The previous agents did a reasonable job, but they were running out of gas, so we made a change.
Amanda et al did and AWESOME JOB. They brought in some quality marketing, tons of knowledge and lots and lots of energy.
Bottom line: All the units are sold with a minimum of muss and fuss. She's a straight shooter with lots of integrity...something that's sadly missing in the industry. A five-star performance if ever there was! -

Amanda was very thorough with helping us to close on our property in the Hayes Valley area. She was fair, and helped out with an extremely stressful period when we had a delayed closing. She assisted in mitigating the stress we had and worked with the sllers agent who allowed us to move in early, before our condo closed.
She is very detailed oriented with paperwork process, and knows the San Francisco market very well. If you are new to buying or are already in the city she is a great person and agent. Also, she is never late, which is key in this industry! -

I have worked with Amanda on many projects, and she has been one of the best realtors I have ever done business with. She is very forthcoming with her clients, and knows the business inside and out. She will go out of her way to help her clients, even when it doesn't immediately result in a commission. She really cares about the long term relationships with her clients.

Amanda is truly a professional at what she does. She and her team recently sold my condo in North Beach and I couldn't be happier with their level of service, expertise and professionalism.
This was the first property that I have owned and therefore it was the first sale that I went through as a seller; Amanda led me through every step of the process with a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. I had a lot going on in my life during the sale (including my wedding), so I really appreciated Amanda taking everything over and running with it. I truly trust Amanda, which was so important during this process.
I am confident that I was in the best hands with Amanda and would not hesitate for a second with referring her to anyone in the future! -

As "property virgins," having never bought a home, let alone in SF, we needed a realtor we could trust, someone who would communicate with us quickly, and someone who could educate us about how to buy a home. Amanda did all of these things and then some; you will note the past tense of the earlier sentences, as Amanda not only helped us buy our first home, but helped us get an INCREDIBLE deal on it as well (I guess the economy helped that, too, but I'll give the props to Amanda!). Amanda was recommended to us by several friends, all of whom have gorgeous homes, and I hope we can pass her name along to others as well.

Can't recommend this real estate professional too highly! She took my TIC unit over from another agent and had it under contract in 10 days! (November 2010, extremely tough market!). She had the right marketing ideas and the right buyer profiling ideas. Amanda was fantastic at details and follow through, including dealing with a complete refinance of out TIC into fractional financing. There were many details of my transaction that didn't go so smoothly, but they all stemmed from things outside her control. And as they arose she was fantastic at helping get things back on track!
BTW, did I tell you that my original agent was the one who recommended her? That is the height of peer endorsement! -

Awe Amanda Jones- I would never ever use any other agent than this woman...She got me an amazing house at a super fair price...dealt with my very difficult and demanding ex husband with patience and was a great, support to me during my split. Amanda is a top notch professional through and through. My wife and I trusted the Yelp reviews when we contacted her to sell our home and Yelp delivered. She sets reasonable expectations and keeps the project on track during "dynamic" economic times. She has good marketing ideas and a circle of professionals to execute them. It's no fluke that she's a top agent in the city.

Amanda Jones is AMAZING. I would never even consider using anyone else. Period. She was fabulous with us as first-time buyers in the insane market that is SF. She worked so hard for us and was always friendly and calm and at the top of her game. She takes the time you need--whether that's driving around looking at houses until 9 at night or being a bulldog about getting your offer in front of the sellers, she makes you feel like you are her only client. She knows the market like no one else and has so much experience.
And oh yeah, I hired and fired 4 agents before finding Amanda. Now you don't have to go through what I did. Buying a house here is stressful enough as it is! -

I interviewed a few realtors and then decided to go with Amanda. She had assisted one of my friends with her condo purchase in South Beach and one of my friends with the sale of their apartment complex. I had heard nothing but great things. When I first sat down with Amanda, her approach was different. She really tried to educate you on what you needed to look for. I was looking to buy a condo and she would tell me the inside scoop of the developers. She also told me which areas of the city had the best chance of increasing in value. She told me that she rarely if ever takes vacation. She loves her job that much.
On the first day that we looked, she scheduled something like 10 places to look at. She knew that I wouldn't like a bunch of them, yet she wanted me to see the good and the bad. Amazingly enough, I found my place the first day. Unfortunately, someone else made an offer, yet all of my friends knew that if amanda was involved, I would get it. I did.
If you are looking for a new place in the city, there is no one that I would recommend more than Amanda. She is professional, organized and will get you what you are looking for. Plus, she wants to be there when you decide to sell. -

I just bought my second house through Amanda and am thrilled with her. She did so many things right to make this improbable deal happen I really don't think it would have happened without her. We finally closed after a six-month short-sale ordeal. Amanda is someone who is definitely in your corner and who knows how to play the game. She is my agent for life!

Amanda was the listing agent for a condo recently purchased by one of my clients. She was extremely helpful in providing us with all of the documentation that I needed in order get the get the financing wrapped up for my client. She was great at keeping on top of all of the key milestones in the purchase process in order to protect her clients interests. Working with her was wonderful.

Amanda is a truly professional and competent real estate agent. Her communication skills are excellent, as is her knowledge of the local markets. She is dependable, always performs exactly as promised, and goes above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate broker. I have been involved in buying and selling real estate, both as a real estate broker myself, and as a buyer ans seller of my own properties, and I have never dealt with anyone as capable as Amanda. Amanda is an amazing agent. She is very thorough, understands your needs and works tirelessly to make everything happen quickly and properly. We managed to sell our condo in just two weeks during the most difficult economic times. We live in LA and had a renter living in our SF condo. We were in a big hurry to sell when we found out that our tenant was moving out. We were worried about being far away, but she handled everything so professionally that everything worked out smoothly. She took over the whole project including pricing, staging and making minor fixes. Her level of confidence made us feel so at ease. We had worked with a few other agents in the past but she is absolutely the best. Having a great agent does make a huge difference. It is not often that you can completely trust your real estate agent. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Amanda!
