This is a really great company. I discovered them a few years ago using Service Magic (which I am sort of obsessed with) and have now used them 3 times - once at my home, twice at my place of business. The latter is somewhat of a complicated order because we are 20 floors up and they have to use their portable cleaners, which they stress do not do as well as the one connected to the truck. I really could not tell, though, the floor looks amazing. Both of those services were completed by Josh, who is awesome. He is really nice and personable and does a great job. Overall, I've been consistently impressed and will use them in the future.

Just had our carpets cleaned by Always Green for the 2nd time, and were again so impressed by how good they are. We have a cat with a severe anxiety issue and found out that she had been repeatedly marking the corner of our formal dining room. The area was saturated and we were ready to rip out the entire 330 SQ foot area and replace it with new padding and carpet. We called Kevin and he did the entire room- extracting the urine, cleaning the padding and carpet, deodorizing and scotch guarding. He also cleaned our traffic-heavy/dog-frequented family room which had a persistent stain- it is now gone and the whole room is clean and fresh. Jesse was informative and helpful and explained each process in detail and took his time to do the job perfectly. The cleaning was extremely affordable and thorough. I have already recommended them to my neighbor, who saw the van out front :)

We had Always Green Clean come out yesterday and clean our carpets. They serviced a total of 4 houses (my grandma, mom, other grandparents, and my house) - Can I just say, Josh did an amazing job! My carpets look amazing! A-MAZ-ING! Very professional, kind, on time, efficient! I am so pleased with the service we received. I definitely recommend Always Green Clean - I will use them again, for sure!!

I used Always Green Clean after reading some of the reviews on Yelp and was very pleased with the service...
Pros: Cleaning was fast after tech arrived on time with prior day confirmation.
Cons: Would of liked it to be a little more affordable to use the service more often.

I just want to reach out and thank Always Green Clean as both a business owner and a consumer. I found this company almost a year ago after one of my install crews had a small accident on a HVAC installation on a rainy day. Needless to say both I and the customers were very pleased on how quickly they responded and how professional and thorough Always Green Clean was. I have since then used them on multiple installations since then for both accidents and customer gifts around the holiday seasons.
I recently got to use them on my personal residence as well. I had Josh out who was great. He did the carpets, couches, and even the interior on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this company. You definitely get what you pay for and more with these guys. -

EXPERIENCE: I needed to get my carpets cleaned before a party on Saturday so I did a search on yelp and Google. I found these guys to be rated the top 2 in Sacramento. I visited their website and submitted the information that was needed for a return phone call from Kevin. He called me back within 2 hours and was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, his staff and confident that it will be done properly the first time.
One of the Technicians came out 1 hour later and started the work.
TECHNICIAN:Upon arrival he parked nicely in the front of my house. He came in, was very clean cut and professional. He asked about the rooms and told me the process in plain English. He made sure the bad spots were completely sprayed good and done properly. He also did the stairs and got the vertical portions of it also!
QUALITY OF WORK:The Tech took his time and made sure that every inch of my carpet was clean and gone over at minimum twice! Very good work!
I would STRONGLY suggest this company to anyone looking for a very fair price and Professional work done to your home.

We just started using Always Green Clean for bi-monthly home cleanings and are very impressed! The pricing is competitive and Yvonne did a very thorough job. My wife and I love that she is personable and a pleasure to have in our home. In addition, Kevin, Sara and the rest of the AGC team are top notch in customer service!

Ben just left and I couldn't be happier.
I was a little skeptical about how clean the carpets would get, they hadn't been really cleaned for a couple years. And I have a black furball of a dog.
The carpets are now so clean. Ben went the extra mile and made sure to get as much doghair as he could.
I have another house to be done next week and have requested Ben to do that job too.
At the end of the day, I'm one happy client! -

We just had our carpet cleaned today and I can not believe how wonderful it turned out. We just moved in and are renting this home. The carpet was just cleaned before we moved in and it was SO BAD. I mean, it looked fine and there were no stains, but there was so much residue left from the chemicals the other cleaners used. We bought a brand new vacuum when we moved this last time and it's now caked with white film. When we first moved in, our feet were covered with residue and our socks were sticky and dirty. Also, after several times vacuuming, I started to smell dog smell. The previous tenants or owners had dogs and the smell started coming up after getting through all those chemicals. And it was getting dirty looking fast because every grain of dirt stuck to the leftover residue.
I had been searching online for ways to clean organically myself with our steam cleaner. Thankfully I found Always Green Clean! There is no way I could have come close to doing the job they did on my own! Tonight our carpet is bright, (it looked really dull before) fresh smelling, soft and clean! I walked around in my white socks and after about a half hour, my socks are still perfectly white!
I really missed hard wood floors after moving in here, but now I'm actually pleased with having carpet. Now that it's clean, Baby will have a softer place to fall and a more comfortable surface to play on! -

I had found this small 4 month old malnourished puppy wandering in a parking lot. I took him home of course and of course he had a few "accidents." My cat, always the competitor, saw his stains and raised him a few more. I don't know if you have ever had to negotiate a room saturated with both a puppy's and a male cat's urine, but let's just say the smell was putrid, abundant, and unbearable. It was so bad that if when I stood in the room for a little while my girlfriend complained that she could smell it on my clothes. Something had to be done. I quarantined the room, and got a referral from a friend for a carpet cleaner who hopefully also worked miracles.
I was referred to Always Green Clean. I called Kevin (one of the owners) and we set an appointment. When he arrived he was very clean and polite. He surveyed the damage and went to work. I tried not to bother him, but when boredom and curiosity got the best of me I peaked my head in to observe. He was happy to explain his all-green method and plan of attack on the carpet. At one point I even witnessed the stains (and hopefully the smell) being drawn from the carpet. Once he was done he explained that it might take a bit to tell whether it had worked or I had to buy new carpet. He said about four hours. So I left the windows open, turned on the fan, and crossed my fingers.
Sure enough once I opened the door the smell was gone. Just the faint smell of the cleaner he used (which smelled quite nice) and has since dissipated. Overall I am very satisfied with the service in every aspect. The price was right, the service was friendly, and effective. In fact, I am writing this review in that very room.
...and I guess the biodegradable cleaner might have saved a tree or two -

We've typically used cleaners from the Pennysaver and Craigslist because, well... We really just didn't see the value in carpet cleaning and honestly thought all carpet cleaners had a very similar process.. You know, the big truck mounted cleaning system.. they all look the identical. I couldn't have been more wrong.
So after dealing with some pretty lousy cleanings and shady service from ex-cons on craigslist, I decided to give AGC a shot.on the recommendation from a personal friend. I think I'm a pretty hard customer to please, but AGC did an amazing job. They didn't give me some absurd 4 hour window to show up, they arrived on time and everything about the service was organized and well planned. The end result is that the carpets looked and most importantly smelled 1,000 times better. Tough stains in high traffic areas were entirely eliminated, something I didn't even think was possible. Kevin, the owner of Always Green Clean just cleaned my poor pathetic carpet. It's sand beige, 20 years old, hasn't been professionally cleaned in 10 years and it looked bedraggled. I had some real challenges for him having the residual affects of raising 4 puppies, 3 kitties, red wine stains, and dumping hot spaghetti sauce on it.
Not only does it smell terrific, even with my nose in the fibers but it looks 100% better. I thought I had to buy new carpeting, but his expertise bought me some time.
Kevin returned my call immediately, was able to schedule me quickly and he and Dan were professional, hard working and knowledgable with customer service at the base of their business.
I would never call any one else to clean my carpet.

Firstly, I'm thankful for Yelp because I would never have found such an awesome carpet cleaning company. Our problem was with BAD pet odor (our dog pee'd all over the place) and I was worried that I'd have to replace some areas of the carpet. I decided to try my luck with a pro cleaning company.
Kevin (who I also talk to initially on the phone) arrived right on schedule which was great! I can totally tell that he prides himself on promptness.
He started to look at the carpets and I was almost embarrassed because they were so bad. He was very nice and courteous so this feeling went away pretty quickly. On the other hand, I kept thinking that this whole situation was a lost cause and that I was wasting my money even trying to clean them. Overall, I went into this with a lot of doubt and worry especially after reading up on how bad carpet cleaners can make situations like this worse!
I think the cleaning process took under an hour. I sat on the porch with my laptop and before I knew it he was done. All in all, he cleaned 2 bedrooms, the front room, and the hallway all by himself.
When I walked in, I was in disbelief! It smelled so good and all the stains were gone. It looked like the day we first had the carpet installed! All I wanted to do was run through the house and roll around on the floor, but then I found out that I had to stay off of it for awhile ;)
Now that it's a little later in the day, I'm starting to really feel like I don't have to replace the carpet. Even the areas that I thought were just lost forever smell great! I can't tell you how happy I am for getting a second chance with our current carpet.
I need some upholstery cleaning done and I can't wait to call back for another appointment :) :) :) -

Hired AGC June 7, 2011 to clean the tile/grout after a complete kitchen remodel due to the high reviews on Yelp. New cabinets and appliances were just installed and were still being completed when Aaron and Ben from AGC arrived to clean the tile flooring. Got a call towards the end of the day that they were almost done so left work to come home only to find out they were still sealing the grout. No big deal, spent some time watching them seal the grout in the family room and speaking to Aaron about family stuff and what not and left my CC# and headed back to work. Aaron locked up and called an hour later saying they were leaving and all is well. Came home to see the tile floor was clean as expected, grout not as clean as promised BUT nothing really matter after I saw the damages to my NEW cabinets.
Almost 90% of my NEW lower cabinet's doors were dinged up deep enough to show the actually wood underneath the finish. Called Aaron's and Kevin's cell phone that night and got a call the following morning from Kevin saying he would be out to take a look at everything. Aaron never returned my call or even picked up my numerous calls to him.
Needless to say, Kevin isn't willing to man up and take care of the issue. His first response when seeing the damages is there no way his employees and tile cleaning methods could have caused this... Even though the cabinets/appliances were literally brand new and we basically were still in the process of moving in and he had no other explanation on what could have caused the damages to just the lower portion of the cabinets. Also had a contractor there that was there the night before the cleaning giving me a quote and swore that he didn't see the damages there and he would have definitely saw it if it was.
After taking the cabinet doors to the finisher to see if they were salvageable I was informed on top of the dings, some type of chemical was used that also etched into the cabinets finish making it un-repairable. Came home to investigate other areas that may have been hit with the chemical and noticed all my NEW appliances also have the spray on them and 2 of the appliances have stain/rust marks where the chemical ate into the stainless steel finish. Total cost so far, $4500+ for damages alone and we haven't even got into legal fees and time spent trying to fix everything that was damaged.
Hired an attorney to resolve the issue since I wasn't getting anywhere with Kevin and will be filing a small claim suit shortly if no resolution. AGC may be good at cleaning carpets but they carelessness when it comes to tile cleaning and lack of taking care of issues that their employees obviously caused shows what kind of company this is. It wouldn't surprise me if there tile cleaning method has completely changed since my home, but either way be careful if you hire them and no matter what they say have someone at home during the whole process.Comment from Kevin M. of Always Green Clean 8/26/2011

Got a Groupon and gave these guys a call. Their work and service are pretty awesome. About a week after they came, a weekend houseguest spilled coffee on the stair landing. I gave them a call, and they came back out the next day. They were fast and very professional. Since we have dogs, I'm glad the chemicals they use are safe for them to be around. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the coffee stain they cleaned on the second visit didn't completely go away.

We heard about this company through Groupon and decided to try it since we're new to the area and they got such great reviews. Am I glad we did! Ben came and did wonders on my parents' 24 year old carpet, throughly scrubbing and sanitizing each inch. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again!

I wanted to sell my house so I decided to clean it for the open house. I sent out an email to different carpet cleaners in the Sacramento area. I immediately received an email from Kevin (the rest didn't bother to reply). For the carpet in the dining, living, and family room plus hallways was $130 plus the 15% off was worth it. The job was finished in an hour. Word of advise, move your furniture since they won't move any furniture (for liability reasons). The carpet area that was cleaned looks as good as new. I am happy to say I received a great offer 5 days into listing my property.

Had the carpet and sectional cleaned. Aaron showed up right on time and did a great job. He was there about 2 hours and really did a nice job. I would hire these guys again. They were not the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I was able to move the furniture back in with 12 hours (I like to make sure everything is really dry.) They did offer to put things back in place, that was my choice.

Professional and courteous. The personal service went beyond simple salesman type rhetoric, you could quickly see that customer satisfaction was a major priority. I originally called about cleaning my living room carpet, but had them take care of my kitchen tile grout as well. Absolutely outstanding job and I'll definitely use them again in the future to keep everything looking sharp.

Aaron, who cleaned the carpets in five rooms of our home, arrived exactly on time, was courteous and very thorough. After a new puppy, and a lot of mud from the rainy weather this winter, I thought we might have to replace the carpet in our living/dining area. They look practically new now! I called on Tuesday to try and get my downstairs carpets cleaned by Sunday. For some reason, I missed Kevin's vmail back (he had called RIGHT back) and I didn't call him again until Thursday afternoon. He was stll able to fit me in on Saturday by doing the job himself, showed up exactly when he said he would, did a terrific job for a good price, and even agreed to clean my dining room chair pads (which I'd forgotten to mention via phone). The carpets look great, the house smells great, and I'll be calling again soon to have him do the upstairs.

I found Always Green Carpet Care doing an online search and was happy to find they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. I spoke to Kevin and he was very personable and quoted me reasonable prices to have my upholstery and carpet cleaned. Their service was outstanding. I LOVE my newly cleaned couch and carpet! I also appreciated how professional they were and thoughtful in their cleaning (they took the time to use "bumpers" at corners so as to not ding my walls). I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a busy week and forgot to schedule an appointment to clean our carpets on a Saturday. I have used Chem-dry the last few times I have needed my carpets cleaned. It was Friday morning and I spent all day trying to contact a Chem-dry to come out -- I could not find anyone who could do the job. Luckily, I was able to find Always Green! I called Kevin around 3pm on Friday and he gave me a fair quote, and made an appointment with me for 9am the next morning. Kevin arrived on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning our light color carpets. He was even able to remove a couple of rust stains left behind by the feet of our couch. I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism. Most of all, I appreciate how well the carpets were cleaned. Thank you very much
