Altitude Cycle

Camping over the holiday weekend when I discovered my front tire was flat and my bearings needed repacked. I brought my front tire in and they repacked the bearings, trued up the spokes, and even installed my tube for me. They did all this promptly, with a smile, and surprised me by charging me only $10 for the work. Thanks guys. I'd recommend you to anyone.

Altitude Cycle didn't give a damn about my business. Brought my bike in for a repair, they said they'd get back to me with an estimate. 3 days pass so I call them to get an update. Says they need to order a part and will get back to me. 2 days pass, no update. So I pick my bike up because I'm leaving town.

Also interested in purchasing a bike. Their website says they have certain models in stock. When I visited the store they didn't - just more expensive bikes.

Visited Grail Cycle and Skate based on a recommendation from a local. The vibe there was completely different. The owner was knowledgeable, helpful, and it was obvious he loved to bike. I bought a bike from them.

Altitude Cycle = waste of space. You'd get the same experience at a Wal-Mart.

Very friendly staff. I was visiting from out of town and had issues with my tubeless tire. They were able to sneak me in and get it fixed quickly.

Bought my first mountain bike here. Staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I will be back for all my future purchases
