Alphagraphics

I started using Alphagraphics a while back on the recommendation of a friend.

Janey and her team do an AMAZING job and always exceed expectations. Great prices, very high quality results, very speedy turn-around.

What's not to like?

I have experience working with AlphaGraphics at my place of work. We request various types of orders from them on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. We've ordered anything from large-scale posters mounted on foam core, banners, stand-up banner stands, booklets, folders, postcards, invitations, etc. from them.

Our account manager, Matt, is always ready to talk us through paper weight, types of printing processes, setting up artwork to specs, etc. AlphaGraphics is prompt in returning proofs after artwork is submitted, sending over quotes, and is willing to work on tight timelines for some of our projects.

Owner, Janey Greenlees, has helped mock-up and create custom solutions for us and is always reaching out to make sure we are satisfied with our products and is interested in how we believe they could improve as a company.

All in all: I would highly recommend AlphaGraphics, especially if you envision needing regular printing needs.

Janey and the Alphagraphics Team are so easy to work with! Janey is a great problem solver and has helped us get exactly what we're looking for at the most affordable cost. Every print job I've completed through Alphagraphics has come back to me quickly, with a very high level of precision and attention to detail. It's always a pleasure to work with Alphagraphics!

I couldn't think of a way to improve the service - Alphagraphics employees are always extremely helpful and patient, especially with the insanity of our multiple annual events. Meeting with Janey this week was a revelation for the marketing and printing possibilities available to our organization.

Place has no knowledged people working there to get any answers you have to email 1000 times can walk in and talk to a human they don't even know what Eco-solvent or the brand Roland.... Never do business here!

Alphagraphics in Hillsboro was initially recommended to me about a year ago. The first job, a small order, went perfectly. Since then I have been back multiple times for additional small to medium-sized orders. The work product they turn out is truly 5-star quality and only exceeded by their commitment to "genuine" customer service...you know the kind of service you get when someone really enjoys both their chosen profession and serving their customer base. They provide everything I need at a fair price...design, communication, accuracy, punctuality, marketing, mailing lists and mailing it for me, and delivery to my office if needed...just to name a few. And they do it effortlessly and in a manner that makes me look forward to working with them again and again. My interaction has mostly been with owner Janey Greenlees, Matt and Carla. It's hard to find businesses who still get it. This one does!
