Alpha Fitness Chalet is a charming studio! Ella Boghossian is the best Zumba instructor. I have traveled and attended many Zumba classes across the country and few, if any compare to Ella's. She retains the Zumba moves with that extra *UMP*, her music is great and Includes a variety of genres. Her energy and movement is amazing.
There was a yoga class that i had been curious about for some time. After a few casual conversations with the yoga instructor Camille and the salon owner I decided to attend, and OMG I am so glad I tried it! The instructor Camille is the best. I had never tried yoga and she assured me that would not be a problem and it was not. I was totally comfortable in her class and have purchased future classes. -

Alpha Fitness Chalet has some of the best instructors that I've ever had classes with in all of Los Angeles.
Specifically, Camille's yoga classes and Ella's zumba classes are both AMAZING. They are incredible instructors, care very much about their students, and are passionate.
Alpha Fitness Chalet as a fitness studio overall was very accommodating and really cared about their members; everyone from the instructors to the owner is very friendly and gives personal attention. -

My friend and I went to check out a yoga class here. The studio is hard to find - it's actually located behind the Sam Pierre studio. There is ample street parking if you cannot park in the lot (only a few spaces). When you do park and find the studio, you will be welcomed by the warmness of other students and the instructor.
Camille is fabulous. She is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. I liked that she offered varying difficulties for poses depending on your experience level. She was also helpful with making adjustments to improve your poses. It was a great hour and a half yoga session. I felt rejuvenated and destressed.
For being a free class, the owner - who by the way was also a student in class - did not pressure us into buying a package like so many other places do. We had such a positive experience that we definitely would have bought classes! My only regret is that my friend and I don't live close enough to the studio otherwise I would be writing this review a regular. This place is great! My mother and I each bought the yelp deal 6 classes for $36 ($72 value) and have been going to each yoga & zumba class all week. We will definitely continue our membership at Alpha Fitness Chalet even after our 6 class deal is done. All the instructors and students are kind and very welcoming. Zumba & yoga is a first for both my mom and I. Zumba is so much fun, like a little party more than a workout. Camille is an awesome yoga instructor. She offered beginner poses for those who were new at yoga and still offered more difficult poses for those who were more advanced or for those that wanted a challenge. Parking is minimal but street parking is very easy to find. The studio is located right behind the Sam Pierre studio on the corner...so look for that! I highly recommend joining! :)

If you are looking for a fitness place, look no more!!! Awesome place....I am taking Zumba and dance classes at Alpha fitness and love it....The instructors are fantastic. Very reasonable prices too.... They even offer Zumba for kids. You have to check it out.
