The food here is great! If I was only judging based on the food it would be all five stars!
Some of the favorites:
The Thing of Ours pizza is to die for!
Of course wings too, some sauces that are incredibly addictive:
Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Lime Chili
The original sauce for the wings is good, but I don't understand why the wings come out so dry and so much smaller than the wings for the other flavors
Service is never consistent. Sometimes its terrific, other times the waiter/waitress could care less.
Also, if there is a big game playing or if its lunch/dinner rush, COME early and avoid the rush. The wait can go for about 1-2 hours!
Overall if you're looking for yummy food, this is the place to go! -

Skip the long line, and grab/wait for a seat at the bar!
Trust, it's a shorter wait.
SERVICE:
Friendly and attentive. However they treated the customer next to me horribly. They seemed annoyed whenever he ordered anything, got his order wrong, and was just plain rude to him. So I guess the service here is bipolar.
FOOD:
Cheese Balls: I admit, they are good, but nothing to rave about.
Pizza: We ordered a 12 inch with half Gambino and half Outfit
1) Gambino: Tender chicken breast, fresh garlic, and flavorful julienned basil with creamy alfredo as the base sauce.
-sounds good on the menu but belongs in a pasta, too creamy.
2) Outfit: Grounded beef, tavern smoked ham, and crumbles of Italian sausage. Topped with our house southwest dressing.
-average pizza, didn't taste much different from Pizza Hut's meat lovers.
Wings: Mild beats Honey BBQ here, especially dipped in their unlimited ranch sauce. The downsides to this order are: 1) at 25 pcs you're only allowed to pick 2 sauces 2) it comes with very little ranch and celery sticks, costing extra if you want more.
OVERALL:
Based on taste and price factor alone, I would only come back for the wings, and dare I say, this place is much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. -

first time experience on a saterday night
okay heres the nice first, the wings were good n crispy like i like 'em and they got great selection of foods , but being that this is a restaurant you would think that they would worry about actually serving people!
Maybe it was my fault for coming at 11:00 when they close at 12:00 on the weekend.
Myself and 2 friends went in with the best intentions of stuffing our faces with delicious food off the Alondra's menu. But it seemed as if we were not welcome by the looks and body language of the employees. It took about 5 mins for the meathead looking host to notice we needed to be seated. Another 10 to get the server to us. We all ordered beers and she asked us to put our orders in cuz it takes a long time.I got the wings of course while my other friend orders the nachos. my last friend ordered alot of food cuz he was real hungry( he can put it down!), he got a half dozen cheese balls,16 wings and an order of chili cheese fries. i liked that they give you a receipt for your food order or else i would have never known exactly how long it would take.
the nachos came first in 5 mins so friend no1 had at it
15 mins later my wings and hungry friend no3 get ours
35 mins later the server comes to tell us that the cheese balls and chili cheese fries were given to another table. The server apologized to hungry friend no3 and offered to put the same order in at what was now 11:40. Friend no3 was mad now of course and said forget about it.
so to sum it all up. dont come here unless you like poor service and employees who start closing an hour before their posted hour -

The current rating for this place (3.5 stars) is exactly what I think it deserves. I had posted a tip about looking for any place nearby that had fried snickers after trying them at the LA County Fair and found Alondra to be the place via Yelp. We did order a lot but that makes for a thorough review, right? =)
So, of course, we did get the wings but what sucked was that we were only allowed to get a maximum of two different flavors. We ordered the Thai chili and Cajun flavors but the latter was SO bland. Actually, it was just fried chicken wings with dry seasoning piled on top that ended up landing on the plate instead. That was disappointing. To make up for it, the Thai chili was MUCH better and it was really good. Another thing worth noting was that their wings were much smaller than the other places that I've tried. =/
We also ordered the Scarface pizza which consisted of mushrooms, rib eye steak, fresh tomatoes and bell pepper. I really like the toppings for the pizza but this, too, was bland. I hate saying that because I'm such a huge fan of pizza. If I were to come back here again, I'd probably order something else to try to see if it was just this Scarface pizza or not.
For the fried snickers, it was much different from what I got at the fair and I wasn't expecting anything similar but it would have been nice regardless. Either way, I really wanted to come here and try their rendition. So we got half dozen of the snickers doughball and another half dozen of the cheesecake doughball. It was disappointing. I don't know what else was in it but I'm thinking it's cheese (it wasn't listed in their menu). Also, there was only a little amount of chocolate inside but it was definitely better than their cheesecake doughball, for sure.
As for service, the waitress was friendly and she was trying to be attentive. It did get hectic after an hour of opening so if you want to try this place, come here early so you won't have to wait!
Overall, I don't think I'd come back here unless I was in the area and have no idea what I'd want to eat. -

This place was pretty bomb. A friend of mine took me here cause I love hot wings and I'm always complaining how there aren't enough good hot wing places around. I ordered the original hot and a couple of atomic ones which were RIDICULOUSLY spicy. I practically drank the ranch and after the atomics, the original hot were practically sweet.
Although I can't complain about the hot wings, the pizzas could be better. It tasted all right but the toppings and cheese fell off the pizza waaaay too easily. It was basically eating bread with a side of meat filled cheese. But other than the fragile pizzas, this place was awesome. -

Came here with the fam cos we had a $25 http://restaurant.com certificate. You have to spend a minimum of $35 and there's a mandatory 18% service fee added on to the bill at the end of your meal. By some weird miracle we really ordered exactly $35 worth of food ! So our bill should have come out to about $45 after tax and tip, right? Well it didn't. It came out to about $51 and then $25 off with the certificate making it $26. Now I'm not complaining too much since I did get the certificate for only $2 using a promo code, but come on. Where is that extra $5 going ?! I didn't want to say anything because my server was actually really, really nice and he wasn't the one that totaled my check anyway. It was $5 so I wasn't complaining too much, but just imagine, if they did that to every table they could on a regular basis, how much are they really taking from us?
Also, they serve Tyson's wings or maybe just the sauce. In any case, the wings were fried too long and just felt extremely dry. And then they just poured a shit ton of sauce on top. Maybe they thought it would re-hydrate the wings? I don't know but I highly doubt that I'll be paying $50 the next time for them to serve me something I can buy from a grocery freezer aisle. Or make better from scratch, just saying. If it weren't for our really nice waiter, they would have probably gotten 1 star. Thanks for a dry cup of Miso Soup Alondra's, happy eating ! (; -

Though being named "Alondra HOT WINGS", I absolutely did not enjoy the hot wings at all. They tasted and looked like they were double-deep-fried because the chicken meat was so dry to point that it was crunchy and jerky-like (not to mention, those wings were PUNY). I was definitely very disappointed with the wings. For hot wing comparison, Buffalo Wild Wings definitely surpasses Alondra's.
However, the Gotti pizza is really yummy as well as the Onion Straws. We also tried some other of their usual appetizers like the chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks (which were just typical), but what really impressed me the most was the CHEESE BALLS. Such a simple appetizer that is so so delicious (:
Try to get here early like around 5-6pm to avoid the wait! Good amount of parking in the back inside the lots and street. -

This is the place to be if you want to watch a sports event and cannot drive to other cities. If you can drive or willing to take the bus, then BWW for sure. The service over the years has gotten sloppy. When it first opened, every body was extremely polite and it was super clean. The cleanliness and the service has taken a hit since then. I don't know the reason behind.
Make sure you show up ahead of time. Most of the time there is a 20 minutes wait but sometimes there is even 1 hour wait. I've never actually waited an hour here.
Onto the food. Just like any other place. It has different kinds of sauces. The best I would say is Limon and Lemon BBQ. There is atomic but that's just for the challenge because if you really value your taste buds and want to enjoy your wings, then I'd recommend that you avoid the atomic wings. The Don pizza is pretty good as well. -

The food here is delicious. The wings are awesome. I always get X-Hot wings with a side of Suicide sauce (for an additional $0.75 each). Comes with ONE dressing and more can be ordered (for an additional charge $0.50-$1.00 each).
That is probably the only thing I don't like about this place, they charge for condiments. Really, you guys are going to go broke for giving out a little more?
The pizza we ordered last time was 'A Friend of Ours' which comes with all-beef naval pastrami along side slices of dill pickles and drizzled with tangy mustard. It was real good. The pastrami was thinly chopped and it had great flavor.
I usually get the 'Gotti' which is piled with pepperoni, savory italian sausage, fresh mushrooms, and sliced black olives. This one is pretty good if you want something more traditional.
The service is very good. The host and server were very friendly and professional. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. Great atmosphere!
Overall, they should STOP nickeling and diming for condiments. -

A friend and I were actually planning to go to bdubs for their 50 cents wings night but when we saw the line we were like let's just go to Alondra's since we haven't been there in a while and we thought the wait shouldn't be as long and 75 cents wings aren't that bad either. I mean I actually like the various sauces they have for their wings here. Their fried doughballs are pretty decent desserts and their strawberry sprite drink is refreshing!
All I have to say is wow, what happened to the service at this place. I understand we came on a Lakers game night so I expected to wait until people left when the game was over. We came right at the end of the fourth quarter. The game went into double OT so I didn't mind waiting for 30 minutes. What I did mind was that when the customers left after the game and we could have been seated at the booths they left because our party of two was next in line on the list, none of the bussers, servers, or host thought about clearing the table in a timely manner. We waited a good 15 extra minutes before the table was finally cleared and were seated.
After we were seated, we waited another 15 minutes before our server came to ask if we wanted to get anything to drink. I ordered my strawberry sprite drink. She came back with two waters. We ordered our food, it came twenty minutes later and I still didn't get my drink. Maybe this place should learn to train their staff about how to provide service at a restaurant.
If you drive by this place and see people waiting in line outside you're probably thinking it must have some bomb-ass food. Don't be deceived. The food here is alright. It's not bad but it's not the best place for wings and pizza around here either. The reason the line is so long is probably because the staff here need to play some diner dash and learn how to get customers seated promptly and clear the tables so that they're able to seat the next customers in a timely manner once the patrons occupying the seats before have left. -
Review from Steven F.
I like the flavors they have, we ordered the 150 piece of wings, yep that is a lot. We had several flavors; Hot, Lemon Pepper, Lime Chile, Thai Chilli, Honey BBQ, and Teriyaki. I didn't try the teriyaki or the lemon pepper because they didn't really look that good, plus I am not a fan of lemon pepper on wings. My friends said they didn't taste that good so meh. I did enjoy the lime chile and thai chilli, I think the thai chilli is my new favorite, sorry hot. The wings do come with carrots and celery with a size of ranch.
The service here is mediocre, the people are nice, but it take over an hour to get our order out, granted we did order a lot of wings, but we were like the only people in the restaurant and probably like 2 more tables.
But minus the wait, the wings are good, I haven't tried anything else here like the pizza or sandwiches. -

My friend was craving wings so we first decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings but it was super packed on a Tuesday night with a Lakers game. Alondra was not that packed and we just had a party of 2 so we didn't think it would take that long. Well the game went into double overtime so we ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seated. (There was only 1 party in front of us).
After we finally got seated we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. We had already knew what we wanted to order because we were looking at the menu for 30 minutes before being seated!
After we ordered our wings it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive and
the waitress forgot the drink that my friend ordered as well.
Total waiting time until food came: 1 hour 5 minutes
I only saw 1 waitress the entire time I was waiting; to be seated, to have my order taken and for my food to arrive. This place needs to hire more waiters/waitresses.
Last week when I went to Buffalo Wild Wings, I made a comment on how many employees they have. I said they had 3 hostesses and 2 more to just open the door! I laughed at that idea but when I came to Alondra, I understand how having many employees is much better for customers.
I seriously do not know what the hype about this place is. I always see hoards of people waiting in line to be seated. Sometimes the line extends all the way onto the sidewalk. But now I know....it's not that this place has good food, its because they do not have enough servers and are SLOW! -

I think this place has the best wings Ive ever had :) I have tried the BBQ, Chili Lime, and plain. ALL good. The fettuccine alfredo is delicious as well. The employees are always polite and quick. One thing that does get annoying is when they come and ask "Is everything ok?" like every 5 mins !! Uugh But at least I know they are concerned about how my food is and I know they dont forget about me lol.
The reason I gave Alondra's a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the loooooooong AND I mean looooong line. Every time I go (weekdays & weekends) there is always a waiting list. I see people standing outside because it is crowded with more people waiting inside.

Packed as always... We dont mind waiting. But the when it was our turn , the host jumped us and crossed out my name . I ask why did that guest sat down before me ?, his response was that he thought he sat me . With out saying sorry i felt like we were ignored, i felt like slapping his gay face but i swallow my anger because i love the food There!!!! You should hire or train another host that knows and very professional on this kind of matter. Food is awesome , service was average ( like always), music sucks( wayyy too loud, dont you guys have managers??)

Wings are yummy! Service is.... meh.
We came here for a post-workout waste fest and it was worth every calorie. :) The lemon pepper and original hot flavors were delicious. Wings were a bit more crunchy than I'd like them to be. Wings are really good but don't compare to Hooters!
Service is chaos. We came in during what looked like a pretty happening lunch crowd but it was a fail. Hostess was crazy flustered, our server didn't greet us until 10 minutes after being seated and both of us having time to use the restroom AND come back AND having to ask the hostess to bring over our server, wings were served before having any plates or napkins, she'd often forget our requests for dressing or more napkins.. it was just a mess.
Now, my pet peeve is people who have never worked in the service industry complaining about service. But I've been a server in what I guarantee was much crazier than this crowd, and was able to give at least decent service.
Probably won't be back for dine-in. Take-out... maybe! -
Review from Macy H.
San Gabriel, CA
We ordered 50 pieces but only got to choose 3 different flavors :( Whaaat. BWW let's me choose a whole mess of flavors, hmphh.
We ended up with:
Lime Chile - I thought it was okay, but my friends didn't like it
Spicy Honey BBQ - I LOOOVE this one
Lemon Pepper - Good
Also got a Strawberry lemonade, which comes with free refills yay! They add chunks of actual sweet, soft strawberries to balance out the lemonade. It is so good.
The pizza they have, called "This Thing of Ours,"(16-inch for $17.99) is ridiculously good. A pizza with chunks of (boneless) buffalo wings as the topping, drizzled with their delicious House Ranch. Can it get any better?
I like that this place gives you a literal TUB of ranch when you order wings. Other places are really stingy, and charge you per extra teeny sauce plate filled with ranch. (I love Ranch!)
What I don't like, is that the wings are more on the crispy side, rather than meaty and tender. Where did all the meat go? Sometimes we would accidentally mistaken a chunk of bone as their crispy meat... and vice versa.
Also, there is a abnormally long wait. If you are coming in a big party, you're probably going to have to wait a while.. as they can only really seat large parties at the center of the restaurant and so the space is limited. The rest of the place is covered in booths, so if you have 2-5 people I'd say you're solid.
I still love Buffalo Wild Wings better, but the Spicy Honey BBQ here keeps me coming back for moarr :}Listed in: Wings & Things

I. Love. Hot. Wings. They rank 3rd in my list of "Favorite Finger Foods" just past nachos and french fries. I've been to Alondra's twice and they've delivered the goods each time.
While pizza and burgers are featured items on the menu, keep in mind that the place is called Alondra HOT WINGS. These tasty morsels are the star of the show and should be the main reason for coming. Hot wings should be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My wife and I ordered a 25 piece the last visit and most met these requirements while the rest were at tad dry. Not the end of the world.
I'm a big fan of dry wing coatings and the Cajun is my favorite thus far. Definitely get the atomic or Thai chili if you're into the wet stuff. I don't really get caught up on wing toppings though cause I usually eat them with blue cheese or ranch.
In non-wing related news: The pizza and crispy chicken salad are respectable costars. Definitely not my first choice for pizza but if you're here and not in the mood for wings...punch yourself in the face. Kidding. You won't go wrong sharing a medium pie or getting a personal.
Soda is usually the beverage of choice when eating wings but if you feel like mixing it up, go with the strawberry lemonade. On par with Red Robin in my opinion. Yes, it's THAT serious.
Alonda Hot Wings is a great place to bring the family or catch a game with your buddies. There is truly something for everyone here. With reasonable prices and plenty of parking, everyone should have a place like this in their stable of eateries. -

I've been here several times and there is always a wait. No doubt about that. Don't come if you're starving. Leave enough time for your starvation to build up.
I am not a fan of wings. But my friends are. I eat one or two when I come with them. I don't think they're that spectacular. The last time I came (on St. Patrick's Day), they were extremely dry.
The southwest salad was good. The mozzarella sticks were delicious! They served it with ranch, but I believe they're typically served with marinara. Had to request for it.
Liberty Stix is what my friends and I usually order. We just love cheese and bread. Perfect combination! Plus, my friend's name is Liberty, so we must order it!
But before we even get to the food, we had to wait. A long time. But thats not unusual. We don't have that much of a problem with the waiting. I mean, yeah, we hate waiting for such a long time, but it angers us more if the host(ess) gives the next table to someone who just walked into the door!!!! The host tells the party, 30 more minutes...Then, 2 minutes later, they get buzzed to get seated. What the helll?? My sister confronts him and he says he buzzed the wrong #18. Why are there two #18s in the first place???? And why are you buzzing the wrong one??? That just puts one whole party in front of us, making our wait time even longer. Tables are getting cleaned at a snail's pace making the wait longer. There are many things that could be done to decrease the wait time. -

One word to describe this place would be... AIGHT... it's AIGHT. ( urban dictionary )
The food description and concepts read a lot better than they taste. The ingredients used in their dishes sound CONCEPTUALLY delicious but they fall short of what you would expect.
The Rockefeller Burger:
I've had a burger like this at different places but under different alias'. A sunny side up egg with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and an angus beef patty. Sounds good right? Great description poor execution son!
1. THE FREAKIN BUN... was TWICE the size of the beef patty what the hell? The damn thing looked like a clay turd in a sandbox.
2. They overcooked the patty and didn't offer to have it cooked otherwise. There is no point in having an angus beef patty if you're going to nuke it and dry it out. No matter what cut of beef, well done, is WELL DONE.
3. American kraft single cheese? Step yo game up up playas.
Fries:
1. Way too salty. Can I have some fries with my salt please?
Wings:
Tiny as hell. And the sauce was ok. The texture outside was nice and crispy but they cooked it too long because the chicken was dry on the inside. This is probably because the WINGS ARE SO SMALL. So turn up the heat on the oil and cook the wings less.
Root Beer Float:
GADAAMN IT WAS GOOD! No joke the best thing I had there, and PROBABLY the best one i've ever had. If you're a float nazi you might disagree, but it was pretty damn good to me.
Service:
The service was pretty amazing. Very attentive, quick service, and did everything with a smile. This and the root beer float is why this establishment even got a 3 star cause the food is sub par.
So if you're looking for a place with OK food but quick service and a lot of variety, then this is the place for you. But for the PRICE, you would and should expect more. -

If you're planning on picking up food from here for a major sporting event, ahem superbowl, STOP, turn around, and walk away. I could not believe the chaos I walked into, when i stopped by to pick up my phoned in order of 25 thai spicey chicken wings, which was phone in the night before. I don't even know where to begin. The sad looks of the elderly lady by the waiting wall, the upset burley men in their tank tops and A-Line shirts, the poor tired working mothers who only wanted to feed their families (cause seriously these women had no interest in the super bowl), was completely unbelievable.
Get it together please Alondra. It was no surprise what the day of Super Bowl Sunday would look like, you had pre-orders to tell you that. All i can say is please try to implement some of the following suggestions.
- Let people pay for their food in advance so they can just pick up the their food and go
- Make the food for the people who've already paid first, to get them out of there, so they don't rage at everyone else there
- limit your menu on Super Bowl Sunday ( alla Prix Fixe menu of Dine LA style)
- stop running around and just have people work at a specific station ( cashier, waiter, etc..)
- have a display board to show who's order is ready for pick up instead of yelling out names and then only to yell out those same names again 10 mins later. Only makes people who you are not calling out rage even more.
- Please provide some kind of complementary gesture for the poor customer service, aka discount, coupon, extra wings, something.. anything..
please please read this and make things better. I want to be able to turn to your wings for our next super bowl gathering but will really need to think 4 time before considering going back for a big event day, like super bowl Sunday.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Me and my boyfriend LOVE the lemon pepper wings and the Lime Chili ones. They are good. I think this place is better than Wingstop.
Everything here is good, sandwiches and all.
The only con about this place is that it's REALLY small and the wait time could be up to an hour and a half. Eeekkk. -

Deelish!
A place where utensils are an option. I'm not a huge fan of wings but this place knows how to make everything tasty and savory. Our waiter was friendly, he offered excellent suggestions and we ordered 1/2 bbq honey and 1/2 original hot wings, a small pizza, 1/2 This Thing of Ours & 1/2 Little Italy. It was FANTASTIC! I LOVE pizza and especially fluffy, bready pizza. This was the right amount without skimping on the toppings. Even the side salad with the sliced carrots and celery, and of course perfect ranch, was gooood.
We also ordered regular teas but our waiter slipped in a peach tea to try, it was sooo good! Light, fresh, filled with thinly sliced fresh peaches. Mmm. Can't wait to go back and try more wings, pizza and tea!
Definitely a hot spot right now, it's always crowded but they do a good job of getting people seated and keeping their customers happy. I'll definitely be back! -
Review from Derek T.
::The Prelude::
This is my second time coming to Alondra's Hot Wings - the first being semi-disappointing (read about it here: http://www.yelp.com/us...). This time, we came with a large group of 7, so paying a little of our time waiting outdoors for an open table was expected. Standing outside wasn't so bad; It was a nice breezy Sunday afternoon, the Lakers were going to start playing soon, I was hungry after a recovery day from pounding electro-music on Saturday, and we were in good company. After a while I couldn't help but notice Alondra only had ONE person bussing tables. There were piles of plates and glasses on many tables that could have been cleared to minimize wait times. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes - Now, I totally understand no one can predict the future and that many come to Alondra's to drink and eat wings for hours, so waiting comes with the decision to come here - but we waited for about an hour and 10 minutes. Watching the swamped busser caused me to become compassionate for the guy, but at the same time a bit annoyed.
::The Service::
Waiting besides, my/our meal was a very pleasing experience. Our service was top-notch, to which our server, Erik, seemed to be the Road Runner on steroids ("Meep meep"). We needed extra sauce (and consequently more napkins), it was there in a flash; we needed refills on our drinks, it was filled before we asked; our food was hot, wings were fresh, nothing more I could ask for from the service.
::The Food::
For starters we ordered the Cheese Balls, they were alright. Not great, but not bad I must say. The ranch blasted fries were a tasty and heavily loaded plate of fries smothered in a dense spicy ranch sauce. The plate didn't last long and it seemed as though just as our server had dropped it off, it was being collected for dish washing.
I ordered The Big Apple Burger medium-rare...oh mah gawd... It was VERY good. A tad over-cooked to be medium-rare in my opinion, but at this point it didn't matter. The flavors melted together like chocolate on a hot car dashboard during summer.
I must say, this time the wings were better in texture and better in meatiness than the last. Our group ordered the 75 piece wings in the Thai Chili and Spicy Honey BBQ variety. I liked the Spicy Honey BBQ more, boy were they spicy! The Thai Chili reminded me too much of the orange and tangy "Buffalo Wings" sauce that we are all familiar with.
::The Verdict::
In retrospect, I would oddly suggest you come to Alondra Hot Wings for the burgers, not the wings. Nope, get the burgers, beer, and great service. I just...I just..I can't get into their wings. Now, the service has always been great whenever we manage to wrangle a table, and I'll come here solely for that and the burgers alone.
Just remember: Show up early evening to minimize your wait time and get a burger.1 Previous Review: Show all »

This place is pretty good. They have a wide variety of foods that are pretty tasty. A lot of people go to watch games and eat game food (wings, pizza, fries, etc.)
The pizza is good and so are the wings. Expect a long wait, Especially on game days. Lunch time is usually a good time to go. -

YUMMY!
I love their hot wings, but definitely eat them while fresh, they do not taste good as leftovers the next night!
And the waits can get really long for dinner, especially on game nights too, so plan ahead! :) -

Their garlic fries are to die for! typing bout it makes me wanna go get some!!! Their wings are great! Lemon pepper is the best!!! and suicide if you want to spice up ur life or get the atomic if you want fiery ass!!! Avoid going if there's any sport games going on because you'll be waiting for 1 hour or more. Capone pizza w/wheat dough was filfulling and didn't make you feel bloated after like normal pizza dough. Service is on point too didn't have to ask for refills for my drinks! I think Sunny was our server name he was always on top of it!

Be prepared to wait if you're going on a weekend. I think my boyfriend and I waited around an hour, which was a little frustrating because we noticed that people who had come after us were being seated before us- the staff seats larger parties first.
We ordered fried pickles, which weren't as good as I thought they'd be as they were on the soggy side. But, the spicy honey bbq and lemon pepper wings and the pastrami works sandwich definitely lived up to expectations. My boyfriend said the pastrami was the best he's ever had. -

Tebow got lucky again!!!!
I came here to watch the game Denver vs. Steelers. Just glad we got seatings because its pretty bad on Sat. and Sun.
We had the spicy wings.. it wasn't that great, the wings got soaked in too much sauce. Days like this.. service really sucks. I couldn't get a refill or more napkins. We also had pizzas. half with tomatoes and ham and the other half sausage. Not bad.. The game was too exciting to focus on the food. -

During my visit, I ordered, ready?: Garlic Fries, Hot Wings (regular and lemon pepper) and a pizza. Garlic Fries are DELICIOUS! Must try! Hot wings were yummy, but I prefer the Wing Stop Lemon Pepper more. The pizza was decent, however, what WAS a bit troublesome was the fact that when we told the waitress we wanted WHEAT bread (bc u know, I'm totally health conscious), she told us that it isn't really whole wheat...loved the honest, dislike the dishonesty of the establishment. BUT it is a greasy wings and pizza joint, i cant be too nit picky. All in all I enjoyed the establishment, although the parking was a bit confusing.
I would go back for wings, and only stick to those. No higher than a 3 because aside from the Garlic Fries, the pizza was lacking and it wasn't THAT SPECIAL :) -

I visited this place with a few good friends for a late lunch. One thing you will notice are the big screen tvs set up all over the place with sports games on. I don't think there is seat in the house where you won't be able to look up and a game is in your face. The servers were quick and really nice.
On to the food. Our table ordered the house chili, 50 pieces of hot wings (25 in honey bbq and 25 in thai chilli flavor), sampler plate, and The Don Pizza on wheat dough.
The wings were good. I think i enjoyed the thai chilli flaovr over the honey bbq. Had more of the asian flavor to it. The house chili was probably one of the better chilies I tasted in a long time. It was seasoned well and flavorful. The Don pizza on wheat dough was good except the dough was kinda of thick. It was something new, but I will probably order it with regular dough next time around. The pizza had ham, sausage, chicken. It was my kind of pizza. The sampler plate consisted of cheese balls, mozzerlla sticks, chicken tenders, and friend onion. Everything on the sampler plate was deep fried.
This place is really a 3.5 stars out of 5. I would recommend this place if you want to catch a game with your friends or an after work type of hangout. I bet this place must get pretty busy during the NBA / NFL playoffs. -

I've been here since the first week it was open! I came here tonight for dinner and it wasn't as crazy as it normally is. But they were turning away the takeout orders. Guess it was for all the NYE parties.
Anyway, on to the food. They have pretty good everything, from Philly Cheesesteaks, Pizzas, Salads, Burgers and of course Chicken Wings!!! Lots of flavors to choose from like traditional buffalo, honey bbq, Thai chili (my fave!), lemon pepper (yum!), chili lime, arlin sauce (lemon pepper & chili lime), Cajun, and atomic (you have to sign a waiver).
The sides are pretty good one of my faves is the garlic fries, yummy!!! The fried cheese balls in pizza dough are a hit, but a lil heavy for me.
And finally, the reason I come to Alondra..... Strawberry Sprite is yummy! They use fresh strawberries in Sprite! It's a fizzy strawberry lemonade!! MMMMMM
It's like a sports bar, its always crowded on the weekends for all the games going on as they have tv's everywhere! Anywhere you sit, you will see a couple of em.
It can get pretty loud, but its a fun atmosphere. The service can be good or bad depending on who you get, but its normally pretty good as they do have a team effort. -

Alhambra location... Y U DISAPPOINT ME?! Quality here is far from the one in Montebello.
My favorite thing in the world are hot wings. I could eat it every single day and never.. I say NEVER get tired of it. But their sorry excuse of a chicken wing is outrageous. They are tiny and I think I could devour one bone-and-all in one bite. It makes me feel cheated from the price I pay.
Even so, I must say I am in love with their Chile Lime flavor. The Lemon Pepper is also a good choice, but I like it saucy. Which also reminds me.. Y U SO LESS SAUCE?!
Anyways, I also come here for the cheese balls. I'm a huge fan of cheese so when someone tell me it's literally a ball of mozzarella cheese in deep fried batter? Am I in heaven? Gooey overflow of everlasting stretches of cheese in each bite.. yes.
Their garlic fries is nothing to rave about and don't even get me started about the ranch blasted fries. Sounds delicious but it makes your fries soggy and just ew. Pizza is average & I personally think it's not worth the price.
ONE THING YOU MUST MUST MUST TRY: Their peach ice tea. Not kidding.
Be prepared for long waits here, especially on games nights. Avoid the wait and moody servers & just take it all to-go. -

I've been here countless of times. I use to really look forward to come here and enjoy some wings. After a recent experience, I think I will not go here as much unless some of my friends really want to go. The wait was ridiculous, it took maybe at least an hour and a half. So we finally get our table and wait a little more to order what we want. Guess what? The wait isn't even over yet! It took about an hour to get our food. I noticed many other tables did not get their wings yet either. I don't really understand how can you be so backed up when the main type of food you serve is chicken wings and you have a huge oven to cook for you. This never happened to me before until now. I do not recommend going here if you do not have a lot of time to spare.
I usually get honey bbq wings. Their seasoned wings doesn't really taste like anything, so I don't recommend getting that. My friends and I got the atomic hot wings plenty of times. I believe they use habanero chili. There were many wonderful memories of the atomic hot wing. Whatever you do, don't rub your eyes if you have some atomic hot sauce on your hands. -

Great service! Great portions! Great good! I don't mind spending $10 per person when eating pizza and wings here! It's good stuff! And it's in my hometown! haha -

I came here with my brother after he came home from Disneyland to finish celebrating his birthday. I know we arrived late but why did we have to wait 30 minutes for a table? It was blatantly obvious that there were at least 3 tables available for customers but they needed to be bussed and cleaned. Anyways, on to the food part. They have the usual sports bar items like hot fried foods, a list of about 2 dozen different sauces for hot wings, pizzas, and sandwiches. We ordered the "garlic" fries and boy were they greasy! The fries came out sitting in a pool of grease, not good at all. We also got some wings and their "Fuhgedaboutit"/works pizza. The pizza crust was thin and just okay in my opinion. The wings were just good but maybe that's because I'm so accustomed to eating at B-Dubs (Buffalo Wild Wings) and their wings.
Maybe if I was drunk the food might have tasted better but unfortunately I was completely sober and on that note this place is worth a try if it's a more convenient drive for You. -

I've been to this location twice.
first visit was alright, i remember the server being very friendly, patient and helpful.
I remember ordering the chicken alfredo which was really creamy and rich.
second visit, which was recent, was nice. We went in with the kbg/restaurant.com deal. it was a $25 gift certificate but we had to spend $35 w/18% gratuity which meant i was really only saving like 17$ ?! -_- eh.
anyways, WiNGS! we ordered 25 pcs. w/half being lemon pepper and half honey bbq. the lemon pepper was really appetizing but a bit too salty. the honey bbq was aaite.
we also ordered the following (and shared :D )
+_Philly Steak Traditional (rib-eye steak ,with grilled onions and provolone cheese.)
It was yummy! good bread to meat proportion.
+_Mulberry Street Burger (Angus beef patty with mushrooms, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions)
It was realllly realllly mediocre. I've had better mushroom burgers. (bun'n burgers!)
+_The Rockefeller (Angus beef patty with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, dressed with mayo, 1000 island, and fried egg.)
this was ahh-maazz-ing! a MUST try! that egg really made the difference!
they have three tvs. all of which were on sports channels.
our server was also really patient and helpful. she would check up on us often but not annoyingly. which is a definite plus! surprisingly.. that's something that's really hard for a lot of servers to master -_- kudos!
parking can be a pain, the lot behind this place is small. i mean SMALL. tip, there's an extra lot across the street. -

Im a little late but my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza here to take out. We were told that the pizza would take about 20minutes, we get there in about 25 minutes after being told it would be ready in 20 minutes and they didn't even have our order in the computer. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our order to be made and when it was done it was waiting in the box without anyone giving it to us. HORRIBLE!!!
As for servers, we had a sit down a week earlier and our server was Brittney, AMAZING SERVER! The best I have ever had at Alondras in Alhambra. She always asked if everything was okay and she was always polite and professional. I would put 3 stars but because of our waitress I'll give them a 4. VERY pleased with her service. :)
