Review from agnes b.
Corvallis, OR
This place is a caricature of a cheap motel. There are bamboo chairs in the rooms, get it, Aloha? Then there are faux Native American print bedspreads. And on the wall above the bed, someone has scrawled in ballpoint pen, "I LOVE YOU BABY."

Review from Doctor M.
San Francisco, CA
I stayed here by accident once: I was in Rochester on short notice, and it was the only place near where I was going with a vacancy. I didn't want to stay across town, and I figured how bad could a motel in New York state be?
As it turns out, astoundingly bad. The only reason that it rates even a single star is that yelp does not allow zero-star reviews.
No joke, I have stayed at backpacker hotels in third-world countries that were cleaner, quieter, and more structurally sound. Graffiti in the closet. Stained carpet. Stained CEILINGS. Peeling wallpaper. Frayed sheets. Sagging mattress. Disintegrating box spring. Disturbing thousand-yard stare from the desk clerk. I assume that the only reason there weren't cockroaches or bedbugs is that the spiders (did I mention the omnipresent cobwebs in the corners?) ate them all. The only positive thing I can think of to say about the place is that the hot water in the shower mostly worked consistently.
To add insult to injury, the nightly rate was $110. I can only assume that this was meant to actively discourage overnight guests and that their primary clientele is hourly.
Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. If there are no hotel rooms available, a sleeping bag underneath the nearest overpass will be a far less disgusting experience.
And lest anyone think that I am exaggerating, I took pictures: http://flickr.com/phot...
