Wonderful facility. Very modern inside and out. A great room at a great price.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. We enjoyed our stay and will return. -

I wasn't so impressed with this hotel. The room was decent, but not out-of-this-world.
Five things I did not like:
1. It did not have a tub.
2. It didn't have individual shampoo and shower gel. Instead it had dispensers in the shower, one of which leaked a huge puddle over the shower floor.
3. No indoor pool/hot tub. The pool was outdoors, not much use in November.
4. Bed was comfortable, but not the incredibly soft experience I love about staying in hotels.
5. When I was assigned my room I asked to be put on a different floor than the first and was not granted that request.
Things I liked:
1. Room was exceptionally clean and well designed.
2. I left my phone charger at home and the front desk attendant went out of her way to find me one to match my phone (most hotels have a box full of chargers that have been left behind).
3. My pet was welcome!
4. I got the room at half price because I booked it online.
5. HD TV.
I think next time I stay in NWA, I will look for a different hotel. -

Save your money, there are better options in the Rogers/ Bentonville area!
I stayed in room 518 which had a leak in the ceiling above the shower and sink did not drain properly. I did notify the front desk when I was checking out and they were very apologetic and even gave me a souvenir candle to apologize.
Other things to note about the room is that there is no closet; there is only a cubby type space where only about 4-5 hangers would fit. And the bathroom space is very small and there is minimal counter space for getting ready in the morning.
So service is pretty good. However, I have been staying at the Fairfield Inn and found it much more accommodating for a business traveler. -

I am sitting here on a windy evening and it literally sounds like the wind is inside my ears. I am not even sure if these are single pane windows in this place.
Just here for the Starwood points.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I was thankful there was something in town while I was Bentonville that had SPG points and wasn't a Four Points...and along comes the Aloft.
I wasn't really thinking that it would be the best hotel that I stayed at but it was pretty decent for what I needed. It is kind of like the odd second cousin to the W hotels but I'm ok with it while I was here in Arkansas.
The front desk staff are very helpful and if you are coming here for an appt at Wally offices be sure to ask for the Wally vendor price!
I would stay here again the next time I am in town... -

Hey! It's aloft. Not too much out of the usual for an aloft. They do have a suite with a balcony on the top floor. Make sure you stay away from the rooms on the lower floors poolside. They get noisy, especially during the summer with a band playing outside and all the patrons hanging out.
oh and the bartenders and front desk people have been great every week. -

Stayed at the aloft again on a recent visit to Arkansas. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is really good and the lobby bar is the perfect stop before hitting the comfortable bed. I don't know if I'll ever stay anywhere else when I'm in NWA.

Review from Josie M.
my new favorite hotel in bentonville (sad that i have a favorite?!)
- convenient location: across the street is crabby's, great seafood & steak restaurant. down the street is starbucks & bonefish restaurant, and other shops (a 10 minute walk).
- friendly staff: bartenders and receptionists were super arkansas nice
- fun vibe: indoor/outdoor bar was hopping on a monday night
- comfy rooms: cozy modern space and large flat screen tv. free wifi
my only gripe is they have a shampoo and soap dispenser so no free lttle tubes of bliss to take home! :-(Listed in: Walmart Business Trip fun

so far it's my favorite place in town and I'm guilty that I've never stayed the night. I have been here many times just to visit the bar and have an appetizer. It's my favorite place to go!
