I come here if I want to splurge and pamper myself. I can easily drop $50 for just a pedicure at this place. The ambiance is relaxing and they have sink tubs to soak your feet in. No massage chairs but you do get a nice cushiony support from pillows for your back and butt. They also offer complimentary drinks, such as ice cold tea.
They have a wide selection of nail polishes to choose from and its a very sanitary place. -

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Got a glitter acrylic fill and she charged me $53!!!! Then she said it was actually $61 because I had two nails repaired. They nickle and dime you here. I've never paid that much for a fill!!!

This place was horrible! I came here several years ago for another wedding and I don't remember it being like this! I made a reservation for 4 girls for a wedding and when we got there, there was 3 people working. I was waiting for my turn (no big deal) and then a guy came in & one of the girls went straight to the guy to turn on his water and brought him apple cider. Then she comes up to me and says, "Oh, she'll (another lady) will be with you after she's done." I was already waiting for 30 mins BEFORE the other guy got there.
I was going to get a pedicure and manicure, but decided to just get a pedicure. They didn't have the color that we all wanted to use for our nails, so I went to Walmart to go buy the color we wanted. The pedicure was $20 and did not include a massage. My 6-year old daughter wanted to get her nails painted, so I let her paint her finger nails. It ended up costing $10 for her nails because they put flowers on all her nails, without even asking me if it was ok.
THE WORST service I have ever received. We didn't even tip! And people who know me, know that I ALWAYS tip. I will never come back! -

I am highly upset and completely unsatisfied with the services I received here.
Not only did i pay 110.00 for a facial and deep cleaning. I could have washed my face and put a mask on it myself for 5 dollars. Not to mention my face has broken out and the aloe products they claim is so good for your face also had either expired or did nothing for my skin what so ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know or don't know..
Stay far far away from this spa.
Ehh so disappointed. -

Wow sooooo not worth $70.00 for a full set of glitter / star nails... i guess you live and learn... o well and the lady even had the nerve to tell me that they were even and the same length.... and some are thicker then others... mmmm i will get my file out and do them myself....

I understand every word you're saying. I know I don't look Vietnamese, but I am!
So I went here on a Thursday @ 3 and the place was empty. So you would think they would take their time on me...but they didn't. I left with my big toes all smudged, but was so angry that I didn't want to go back in.
Because of my profession, my nails are always short. I just want to get my cuticles under control for a wedding that I was going to that weekend. I wanted my fingernails buffed (shiny) and my toes painted.
So when the lady asked me what shape I wanted, I told her that since my nails are so short she just had to work with the shape I already had (in English) , she said (in Vietnamese) to her coworkers, "This lady doesn't even know what shape she wants!" And they all let out a nervous giggle. The told her to ask me what ethnicity I was, but she said she didn't dare. So they all played a game of trying to figure it out. I just pretended that I didn't understand a thing and stared straight ahead.
Then she asked me if I wanted flowers or designs on my toes. I told her no. And she said, "Dammit! I can't sell anyone anything today!" It was pretty comical what these ladies talk about.
My cuticles were bleeding and sore for a a couple of days. And I went to the wedding with smudged big toes.
Not worth the money spent here... -
Review from Faye A.
I've been in salon a couple of times. The place is very tidy, and everyone seems nice enough. My two trips here were uneventful, I recall coming out with a good, decently priced pedicure after both visits.
So why do I give it a one star? Well, my friend got a pedi here, and got an infection....but that would only warrant a two star, because who really knows where it happened, and let's be honest, it will happen on rare occasions, just because of the nature of the work...to their credit, it does seem like they make a huge effort to keep the place very clean, and obviously have sanitary practices in place.
The reason I give them one star was for the poor treatment my friend received after she called to let them know she got an infection (confirmed by her doc). Mgmt at Aloe Vera called her in to the shop, and basically accused her of lying. They asked to see her prescriptions and demanded that she provide the name and number of her doctor so that they could verify that she indeed had an infection (btw, HIPPA prevents her doc from releasing any info).
Bad, bad customer service. Why not take the feedback and turn it into an opportunity to review your sanitation practices, apologize and offer some sort of incentive to keep her as a customer? -

I've been to Aloe Vera twice. The first time was for my friends bachelorette party, and all of us were impressed. The staff (though some were still in training....) did well and the spa itself was just amazing. They have modern furniture, clean utensils, and a relaxing atmosphere. I felt calm and relaxed and spoiled. :) They are a little pricey, but not over the top. Some of the ladies had a bad experience, some were happy. I was one of the happy ones till I returned the second time.
Then it was awful. It seemed that the efficient ladies that did a wonderful job on my nals last time had left, and were replaced by some "cheaper" trainees. It's obvious these ladies are training because they often work on their bosses nails and leave to work on guests. The nightmare began. They took FOREVER on my mani and pedicure. The french manicure I had was not even, some nails being thicker than others. They messed up a lot. On my pedicure they couldn't even draw the flower design right. It took them soooo long! They had to ask the otehrs, the bosses, and various people how to do it! I didn't say anything as i left, but I removed the pedicure nail polish after they had finished. It was truly ghastly. From a weird color combo they tried to the design. I wish the more efficient ladies returned but i learned tehy both left to be replaced by the training workers.
Needless to say, though the atmosphere is beautiful and the prices just a tad too expensive, i won't be returning simply because i had an awful pedicure. I understand everyone might start out and have a learning curve, but they didn't pair the trainee with someone experienced. It was an awful mess. Hopefully the trainees have improved but i won't be paying money for them to practice on. -

I went to Aloe Vera about a year ago with my friend and I was definitely not happy with the customer service. I'm lucky I understand Vietnamese cause they were badmouthing several customers who walked in. A group of women who were a bit on the large side walked in and one of the ladies said, "Damn, we better run from these big ladies." uhhhh... not nice
I wanted a French Tip manicure and the lady painted on an EXTREMELY THICK tip (covered up almost more than half of my nail) and I kept telling her I wanted it thinner. She says to her coworker in Vietnamese, "How is that going to look good?!" Oh yeah and 2 of my fingers were bleeding from her clumsy clipping. It wasn't a nice manicure -

I went in here without reading the reviews - I went on a whim - and I have to agree with the majority here: This is a great nail place.
I opted for the very basic pedicure, the $25 express pedicure, mostly because I was on a time crunch, and I was not disappointed.
I was pleased to see that they give you your files, etc. when they're done with your pedicures. I've seen some nasty things on Dateline, etc. about the skankfactor in so many salons, seeing some first hand, as well. Aloe Vera, though, is top notch in cleanliness and sanitation.
They have many different kinds of pedicures available over and above the $25 express and the $30 spa pedicure - they 're in the $42+ range, and they sound divine if you want to pamper yourself a little further. And really, it's the cost of 2 mochas for the week to indulge over and above, so why not?
Oh, and they also offer facials and waxing. May have to check that out on a future visit, too.
When it comes right down to it, the one thing I wanted is what I got out of today's visit to Aloe Vera:
My toes are very pretty for my night out tonight. :) -

The decor was really nice and inviting, but looks can be dececiving. I came here during my lunch break for a french polish change. One lady started helping me, but then another took over and when a third took over for top coat applications, I got really annoyed.
Before I left I noticed a white line in the middle of each of my nails. It must have been from the heavy top coats, or not waiting enough between the coats and/or combo of the UV lights. I don't know what it was, but never seen it before. When I showed Laura, the lady who did my top coats, she said "Oh do you have time to have them redone?" "No, I have to go back to work" Now, I'll have to go back AGAIN to get them redone. What a complete waste of time. -

My toe is bleeding! OMG my toe stung for a couple days. The tech cut a bit too much of my skin and strangely, I didn't notice her getting caught off guard or distracted to be slicing my toe! Eeek.
-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------
The techs are very sweet and funny. I understand what they're saying (speaking vietnamese) and it's good to know they aren't speaking negative about anyone or anything, just fun gossip and jokes.
Their ingredients for pedicure pampering are from green mint leaves to green salt scrubs. My toes were pretty cute for the New Year!
Extra star for their very sanitized equipment and modern furniture.

After reviewing recommendations from other yelpers, I decided to make an appointment to this nail salon. I followed georgina's recommendation and made an appointment with Van. When I first entered the salon, my first thoughts were how clean and new everything is. Van had told me it's only been open for 3 months and since its location is right in McCarthy Ranch, the customers are primarily from all the high tech companies nearby like Cisco, etc.
~ I give 5 stars for the cleanliness of this place. All the implements are in individual wrapped bags and they let you keep the buffer if you want.
~ Van gets 4 stars for being so thorough with my pedicure and manicure. It took a while for my pedicure but it's probably more because of me since it's probably my 2nd or 3rd pedi ever.
Since there's no 4.5 stars, I'm giving it 4 stars. I felt really pretty and clean for my engagement photos for the next day. I'll probably use them before my bachelorette party and my wedding day. -

My friend made an appointment for 5 mani/pedis for her and her bridesmaids. When we arrived, there was only 1 appointment available, so the bride went first. Shortly after our arrival, another girl came in and waited. While the other estheticians finished, they slowly started to help the other clients first. I was pretty irked to see two appointments go ahead of me while I was the first one in line waiting. However, when I got my esthetician, I was very happy with her work and speed. She caught up to the bride's esthetician and I started about 30mins after her. Another positive note, I thought their sanitation process was pretty good. They use a new pumice bar and filers for each client and offer it for you to take home. Although thats only about $1.50, I do appreciate the cleanliness.
3 stars is for their SLOW service. The bride and I spent a total of about 3 hours there! If it was any other day, we wouldn't have minded as much, but because it was the day before her wedding, it totally threw our schedule off. -

They lose that one star I originally gave them to 0 stars. 14 days after my original post and my eyebrows have grown to what they were before I wasted my 14 dollars. This has never happened my hair normally takes a long long time to grow. They must have not pulled out the hairs good enough to get the root. But whatever maybe they do have great nail service but their eyebrow service sucks a**

I'm not sure about the facial services..but the Pedicure services are AWESOME!! Love the extra touches like cucumbers on my legs. I didn't feel rushed and my polish looked great for over 3 weeks. This is my new go to place during work!! Highly recommended from your fellow pedicure princess.

Brought my mom here for a Mother's Day present. She got a manicure and spa pedicure and absolutely loved it. It completely relaxed her and made her feel very pampered.
I got a simple manicure done by Kelly and she was great. Awesome conversation and she seems very focused on her job which made me feel confident that I would have pretty nails. Her arm and hand massage is excellent!
My sister, my mom, and I had no wait at all, they were able to seat us right away and got started with no hesitation. 12 spa pedicure chairs and 10 manicure stations. Very spacious and contemporary. I'm definitely a fan.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I've been here twice. My BFF loves this place and each time I have gone, it's been with her.
Pricing is on par with what I get in San Francisco. The place is very clean, its fairly spacious and both times I've been it hasn't been crowded and they have sat us accross from other folks in the salon. It was still fairly quiet even with other folks there. Like the ambiance. Everything is super super clean and sterile.
What bugged me was each time I went the nail tech liked to ask me about my dry hands. I have never been to a nail salon and been asked several times about that to the point where I felt uncomfortable. Does it make a difference to you if I say Yes my hands are dry? I don't mind a comment but I don't like to engage in conversation about stuff like that. Other than that, I don't have any problems with this place. Decent for the south bay but definitely makes me wish I'd gone to a San Francisco nail salon. -

I have now been here twice for pedicures.
I have been happy both times. They may cost a bit more, but I have had a lot of pedicures and you get what you pay for, I have had a few cheap $15-$20 pedis at other places and they were NOT good and not as clean.
This place is totally sterile, you can see the cleaning equipment up front and all other tools are one use, in plastic until they are used. It is a clean place. I have been to an upscale Salon in Los Gatos that was not this clean.
(AND sorry, hate to break it to you, but just about every place you go in the bay area that has vietnamese nail techs...they will ALL talk about their customers, just get over that now....that's how they get through their 10 hour day and their 7 day workweek...Tell me that you don't smack talk customers or co-workers where you work...we all do it.)
I have been able to walk right in both times and had no wait and they always offer free water or tea, magazines, etc. It was a nice quiet atmosphere with nice music and my nail techs have been very pleasant and polite and were never talking with their co-workers.
I had a regular no frills pedi the first time for a vacation and this time I had the Aloe Vera Pedi. That was really nice. They put cold cucumber slices on my legs and feet which was great, because it was like 90 degrees outside, so refreshing! Then had a salt scrub to get all of the dead, dry skin off. I also opted for the extra callus removal---a must if you walk around barefoot or in flip flops all summer.
I am sitting here back at work after my nice pedi feeling cool and refreshed...and enjoying my pink toe-nails.
...and you CAN add the tip to your total if paying by credit card, just have to tell them before they finish ringing you up. -

Just went for a pedi here. I made an appointment, but I didnt need one at 1pm on a Wednesday...it was dead in there.
Well, I was a little afraid based on some of the Yelp reviews as I am VERY VERY picky about cleanliness but this place is so close to my office and I needed a pick me up. I was sure to look at everything very closely before I put my hands and feet anywhere! Everything was very clean...nothing gross floating in my pedi water or weird smells or junk on the floor. I also like how they use sealed/sanitized tools and fresh "utensils" every time that you can take home.
Also, lots and lots of OPI colors to choose from. I liked that.
They handed me a price list and everything looked EXPENSIVE. Hey, this looks pricier than your website! No offense, but 39 for a pedi at this place? Oh, sorry, 39 for an ALOE VERA with all kinds of creams and jells and veggies in the pedi water. LOL! OK, sure, why not?
Anna scrubbed and rubbed my legs and feet and focused on me. She did not chat with coworkers the whole time or make nasty comments about my sad feet. I understood her perfectly and she was very professional. She told me what to do with the stuff they sent home with me (scrubbers and stuff to maintain my feet until my next visit).
My feet are soft and look really nice. Definitely worth the money for the extra clean factor, but I would love it even more if the prices were competitive.
They take credit cards but you have to tip in cash. -

I've been to this salon before but came back after a long time looking for others and they are still the best bang for your buck.
I got Thi. she was super nice and detailed. I LOVE my pink/white gel set and I even got some art decor on 2 of my nails w/a gem. Everyone at work said the nails look very natural (more than the last place I got it done at a few weeks ago). Thi made them very thin, flat, and very natural. No hump, and not overly shiny. Just beautiful. I will definitely go back for my fill. -

My job recently relocated to Milpitas so I decided to give this place a try. I must say I was quite impressed.
My mom and I were 15 minutes early but were both seated right away and offered water.
The lady who did my nails was very nice-Laura was her name. She really made sure to continually ask along the way what my preferences were (length, thickness of the nail, etc.). I left after making another appointment in 2 weeks!
So as long as they don't break off or lift really bad between now and then, I'd say this place is an A+!
Also, my mom (who had a mani/pedi) said it was the best pedicure she's ever had. -

My friend had recommended this spot to me a few weeks back and the only reason I had thought to give it a shot was because it was 2pm on a Saturday and I wanted to drag my bf with me to get a pedi that I desperately needed. The thought of calling my usual salons to fit me AND my bf in during a last minute appt wasn't appealing.
I know this place is pretty dead and that should've been the first sign right off the bat. However, once we walked into the salon I was impressed. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. It wasn't run down or shabby looking like most Asian run salons.
The pedicure and manicure itself was okay. I think I was more impressed with the mint, cucumber slices and lemons they put in my water to soak more than anything. The massage was horrible, only because they lacked it! When they put the nail polish on it was very sloppy and I could tell from where I was sitting that it wouldn't last a week. On top of all this -- I don't speak a lick of Vietnamese, but I understand body language. These girls talk major crap about their clientele. Two heavier women that were getting pedicures beside me needed help getting up from the chairs and ALL the girls in the salon were giggling. Once the client was helped up by one of the girl's the girl had the audacity to refer to her back as if she had lifted something heavy and giggled! OMG. Unbelievable. Then an African American woman came into the salon and wow -- these girls had no shame. They were pointing and laughing and smirking non-stop.
I'm sure they said some pretty nasty things about me and my bf but that's whatever. To summarize, the pedi/mani wasn't worth how much I had paid and the non-stop gossiping and giggling were working my last nerve. If only this spot had professionals working it would've made it. But unfortunately, clean chairs and overpriced services don't cut it for me. -

Environment was decent and clean, but as someone else stated, staff is unprofessional. My friend, who is 100% Vietnamese, looks 100% Filipino and when they thought we were going to be getting basic treatments they decided to talk sh**. I still wouldn't give a place 2 stars for this, but during our appt the staff asked us if we wanted our "calluses removed" - sure right? I mean, for a $50 pedicure, why not? We were never informed this was $8 extra until we were ready to pay. LIke I said, decent environment for being in the middle of a strip mall, but if I'm paying $50+ for a pedicure you'll find me at Burke Williams for 40min instead of 30.

Sorry that I can't add to my former review, adding a hosting account to yahoo somehow re-set this account. In an effort to minimize the effect on this salon's rating through this additional review, I've given this salon three stars. Figure it balances the five star review they gave themselves.
The owner's response to my review hits at the heart of why I gave them one star. I have NO ISSUE with the cleanliness of this salon. As I said SEVERAL times in my review, it appears that they put a lot of effort towards keeping their salon sanitary and clean.
I quote the rep from this salon who responded on this forum:
"You said she was got infection because our staff was using water in the sink and make her leg got infection. "
READ MY REVIEW AGAIN. I made no such accusation. The issue, and the reason for my poor review is their god-awful customer service. My friend was treated unprofessionally, and frankly, the fact that the owner is using YELP to take her to task just adds more evidence to support my original post.
This salon called the person who was with my friend and accused her of writing my two posts. Let me confirm that I am NOT that person, I am a person who has visited this salon twice, was a satisfied customer with nothing bad to say...until this. I find their continued poor behavior increasingly disturbing. -

This place has got to be the cleanest nail spa I have ever been to. The sterilization center is right there in the open so you can see that all of the instruments that they are using on you are absolutely cleaned and germ free. I loved the decor and pleasant atmosphere and super friendly staff. this was my first time here and I will definitely come back because they did a great job and I have no complaints. Prices are competitive but you get what you pay for. Cleanliness 5 stars. Friendly staff 5 stars. expertise 5 stars . big flat screen 5 stars. :)
Oh! And one more thing. The nail buffers, nail filers, foot scrubers that they use on you definitely don't get reused. They send it home with you in a bag so that you can use it at home if you want. cool! -

This review is in two parts but since I cannot give ratings twice, here goes... Read carefully.
I do not like strangers touching any parts of my body. That obviously makes it extremely difficult to partake in the usual feminine beauty rituals. So if I find someone I can trust with my hair/ face/ nails/ southern region's upkeeping, I stick to them like crazy glue (granted that they can also accommodate my crazy schedule and requests). I guess most people do not have the same hangup as I do when it comes to intimate/personal space.
5 stars for Van, my regular nail tech/eyelash maven! Ask for her when you make your appointment and I guarantee that you will not get the same problems as the other reviewers. I followed her here from her old nail salon because she is that good. She is very sweet and will proceed with her trade in silence or keep up a great convo if you so desire. I have only had regular manicure/pedicure so I cannot review anything else but my last pedicure lasted about 2.5 months and the manicure lasted 3 weeks!
Her eyelash application skills has improved dramatically and it takes about an hour for a full application and it looks awesome! I have been getting my eyelashes done (by her) for the past 1.5 years and she has never disappointed me before. Do allow for at least an hour and remember, you cannot rush artificial perfection. She works best when she is not rushed. She is willing to work with the client's schedule even if it means coming in crazy early like 7am or staying late till 10pm.
That said, the following paragraphs are reviews of the physical location.
This is one of the biggest and cleanest nail salons in Milpitas. Awesome location. Right off the freeway and in the same complex as Loehman's, DSW shoes and Michaels. Borders, Bestbuy and Starbucks are just across the road so you can probably park your other half there while you get your nails/eyelashes/facials done. You can probably spend the whole day here doing mindless wanderings (if that is your thing)
They only use their nail accoutrements once. A separate set is used for your manicure and pedicure and you get to keep the emery board and pumice stone after the visit. Not sure how important that is to others but it is definitely worth 5 stars for me. Not the free stuff but their sanitation methods.
Yes, their pedicure station chairs are not designed with ergonomics in mind but I HATE those crazy massaging chairs anyway so it is just as well for me that this place does not have them. I just reposition the throw pillows strategically and you can always ask them for extras. I love their ventilation/air conditioning systems.
I am not a huge fan of their wall paint palette/choices but again that is (pun intended) cosmetics and secondary to me. If looking at forest green and mustard yellow walls will cause you irreparable harm then do not venture in. I have been told that those were "fengshui" colors though.
They have a plasma TV for screening movies so if being entertained while you get your nails done is your thing then step in to the salon. The TV at least may provide a welcome distraction from the crazy colored walls.
Their prices are comparable to other nail salons of similar sizes but dissimilar sanitation practices.
I am willing to pay a premium for their sanitation methods and I am sure that there are others with similar inclinations. I am deadly afraid of any type of skin infections after witnessing my friends' descents into fungus hell after a group visit to a nail salon (that shall hereby remain unnamed) soooo I just love their sanitation policies.
5 stars for Van
5 stars for the salon for the sanitation policies.
They do not take personal checks but they do accept visa and mastercard. Tips however, are in cash only so remember to bring enough for your nail tech. -

Gonna keep it short. Not worth your $. It's overpriced for the service they provide. Given it was in a close location to work, I tried it twice and never again. The manicure I got was shotty the place is large and empty at even prime times. It tells you something about a nail place. They need to improve on their skills if they want to keep customers. Price point is also something to RETHINK for the lack of quality at this place. I referred a coworker to the place ONCE and only ONCE as it was nearby (she was looking for something near work) after the comments I heard from her experience I will not refer another. She's new to town, she was totally upsold for a mani-pedi and walked out paying little over a $100.00!!!

I have been here 2 times now. I had a fabulous pedicure ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO and FOUND MYSELF in a pinch for a fill a few weeks back so I went in on my lunch hour. What a mistake!! My nails look HORRIBLE and it was 48$ for MY FILL!! She took 80 minutes to do a fill, she worked as slow as molasses, had to re do some of them more than once and then they came out WORSE! The white portion on my nails is thick on some thin on others, they are crooked, they are thick and poorly filed, some are round some are square... I paid and left and will NEVER EVER try them again. They are over priced and it appeared this lady was new to the trade although she said she had been there for 2 years. Save your cash and go somewhere else. The nice appearance of the place is all they have to offer.

-the lady who did my pedi didn't do such a good job.. for the price of $30 (+5 tip)...i think i could have done the same job myself.
-they put mint leaves inside the pedi water which i thought was really cute and clean -

I was here just last week to get my eyebrows waxed and shaped. Usually I go there every once a month and Lynda would charge me $12. Until last week, I can't believe she charge me $35 for the exact same service. When I was at the counter, I was like, "are you kidding me?" It has always been $12. She said, "the price went up for shaping" and she showed me the new price. In a way I felt it was my fault for not asking in advance, but still, I'm her regular customer at least inform me ahead of time. I was upset. Never coming back there again. $35 is not worth it just to get my eyebrows shape.

Lovely space. It's my special occasion spot. Kelly was meticulous with my pedicure-- cleaning the oils from the nails before applying the polish which nobody seems to do. The layout of the foot spas make this a great place to hang out with your ladies, and they have lots of fancy treatments to choose from.

I like this salon since I moved to Milpitas last year. They have a excellent sanitized method for Pedicure. I am scare to go to pedicure before, but now I feel safe with this Nail salon. They use all new pumice pad & buffer & emery board, then they gave to me to bring home. All tools was sanitzed in Auto Clave machine, and they do in front of customer. I have an allery with chemical smell, but this salon has a wonderful ventilation system. Laura is my best eye brow & bikini wax lady. I tried her one time for eye lash extension. She was kindly person and sweet heart. 5 stars for this nail salon, and 5 star for wonderful cleaning nail salon in Milpitas.

So, went here to today to get my eyebrows waxed. I dropped off my puppy to get groomed at petsmart and then headed here since it was close and I had to kill time. Overall I loved the way my eyebrows turned out. However, -1 star for getting a little bit of wax in my hair and -1 star because it cost me $15 bucks for eyebrow wax........I have got my eyebrows threaded for $8 and eyebrows waxed at other places for $10.

Standing in front of this place I was very skeptical. Their VERY tinted windows don't look welcoming at all. However as I went inside I was surprised at how fresh and clean it was. Not your typical unhygienic gossiping Asian ladies salon, YAY. Their equipment is new and sterilized but the prices reflect that... I might just stick to paying half the price at my Vietnamese salons.

I go here every now and then when I feel like spoiling myself. This place is quite pricey but the quality is great. The place is CLEAN and not sketchy looking. I feel like they really focus on giving you a comfortable and relaxing environment. I always get Paraffin done on my hands and feet so they end up super soft! They are always very careful and thorough with my nails and I've never had a bad experience here, but the only downfall is that it takes FOREVER. Its nice to go here with a friend cause you'll be here for days.

I am a regular here. It is not one of those typical cheap & quick Viet-owned nail shop. The place is very clean and all the staffs are friendly. I always get my manicure and pedicure here and they do a pretty good job. My sister got gel tips once but I would say that they are better with your real nails.
Check this place out yourself. -

I was in dire need of a mani/pedi and was in the mood to get pampered. I came to Aloe Vera on a friend's recommendation and I think I'm hooked! Even though we came in on a Sunday one hour before closing time, we didn't feel rushed out at all.
Staff: The sweetest staff I've ever interfaced with! They really care about the customer here and will ask if everything is to your liking throughout your treatment until the very last pinky is polished.
Facility: It's only 7 month's new and the pedi benches were nice and cushy. They are very clean here and the tech will even send you home with the files and pumice stones they used during your treatment since they use brand new ones for each client.
Treatment: They warm up the lotion and towels they use on you and it feels super nice! They also used salt scrub to exfoliate your calves and feet for an extra touch for softness.
Lash Extensions: I didn't get any done here by my friend who recommended the place has really nice and natural looking NovaLash extensions that were done here. I really thought that they were her natural lashes until she told me that they were extensions! If I decided to get extensions, I would definitely try them here.
The price isn't bad to me, but I'm into middle-of the road sort of quality where I can have a nice experience without breaking my wallet. Overall, a great experience at Aloe Vera!
